I've trained at Aldama's gym for close to a year now, the place is amazing the staff is super friendly and helpful. Not gonna lie, I had never trained Muai Thai before and was a little "scared" of how it would be as a new guy, but the STAFF and the ppl that train there are very cool, down to earth. They promote a good environment to where now I see myself more than happy to welcome new people into the gym because I was the new guy at some point. I’ve been to multiple gyms here in San Diego, and Aldama Muay Thai is is by far the best I’ve been to. Coach Robert teaches real authentic Muay Thai, and the gym holds many national champions and youth world champions. The environment at the gym is great, everybody is there to learn and grow and the coach and the Aldama Muay Thai staff make it a great experience training at the gym. I would highly reccomend it for all ages, and the pricing is great for the high value knowledge and training you receive.
