The
owner
and
staff
treated
my
wife
terribly
yesterday
because
she
brought
mistakes
to
the
nail
tech's
attention.
She
takes
pride
in
her
nails
and
believes
in
getting
her
moneys
worth.
This
place
isn't
cheap
and
she
previously
had
issues
with
nails
cracking
and
breaking
to
where
she
even
bled
and
returned
for
repair.
I
don't
know
why
she
kept
coming
honestly.
The
nail
tech
this
time
was
very
inexperienced
and
struggled
to
finish.
She
texted
me
the
entire
time
for
about
three
hours
saying
how
shocked
she
was
with
what
was
happening
and
how
she
was
being
gaslit
and
talked
about.
She
understands
Spanish,
but
I
don't
think
they
knew
lol.
She
is
an
extremely
patient
person.
At
any
time
they
could've
canceled
the
service
if
they
felt
she
was
being
difficult,
but
money
is
always
most
important
to
these
shops.
The
nails
look
ok,
but
it
took
very
long
to
get
what
she
asked
for.
Looks
quite
simple
to
do,
but
what
do
I
know?
She
used
to
get
beautiful
flawless
nails
done
by
a
young
girl
on
the
other
side
of
town
with
zero
issues
and
lasted
up
to
a
month.
Clearly
my
wife's
standards
are
too
high
for
them.
Her
cuticles
are
still
sore
from
the
girl
drilling
over
them
several
times
and
she
is
applying
neosporin
with
pain
relief.
They
never
once
showed
any
concern
for
her
pain
or
acknowledged
how
long
the
tech
took.
Several
staff
ganged
up
on
her
at
the
end
and
they
told
her
don't
come
back.
I
think
this
is
a
for
us
by
us
type
of
place
that
caters
more
to
their
own.
If
it
were
me
I'd
sue
and
get
my
money
back
plus
damages,
but
thankfully
for
them
she's
not
as
petty
as
me.
