Well the beds are very comfortable. The TV didn't work. The showers had no hot 🔥 water 💦. The door of the entrance has a big gap on the bottom. Anything can crawl under the door. The pillows are so flat u need like 2 pillows to sleep. The toilet seat was broken, had to fix it. Plus u had to open the back part to fix the flusher cause it wouldn't flush right. Y'all charge a lot at least fix some of the items n buy new pillows.. I always have to bring extra.

Stayed on New Years Eve for two nights. Arrived at noon and the room was ready and we were allowed to check in. Room smelled fresh and was very clean. Check in was quick and easy. We were even helped unloading our luggage from our car! Customer service was great and available if we needed anything. Parking area is very well lit all night and we felt very safe staying there. Down the road from the Casino so location is perfect. We will definitely stay there again. No coffeemaker in the room but we always take our own. Coffee is available at the front office. Room had microwave and mini fridge. No phone in the room so make sure your cell is charged. All in all I give this place 5 stars and recommend it highly. Great place to say for the price.

Fantastic experience. The staff is caring considerate and have a good grip on reality. Only quam is that wifi is spotty in certain parts and water takes a bit to get warm, BUT the service and experience is so over the top that I feel the Casino hotel deserves 5 stars.

Be Aware....This Hotel is A High Priced Dump This hotel is NOT equipped with safety features. There is no phone in the room to call the front office in case of an emergency, no smoke detector in the room, and no security latch on the door for safety. The mattresses on the beds were very old and worn out, which was evident by the tilt/slant. It was very difficult to sit on the sides of the beds. There was NO shuttle offered to the Casino like advertised on the internet , and no breakfast. However, the rates were still very competitive in comparison to big chain hotels, but not worth the money. At check-in we were threatened about keeping our security deposit, if the room key was not returned. Upon check-in the sheets on the bed were soiled with blood stains. When reported to the front office, the office manager verified by coming down to the room to witness for herself. At that time, we were offered a clean sheet set. I then explained that I was not going to change the sheets! When asked for an additional key, we were told NO, only one per room. Housekeeping did not come until check out time. I was also charged $50 on my credit card for stained towels. I called the front office several times to speak with the manager, and was never afforded the opportunity. I explained that we did not leave stained towels, but that didn't seem to matter. I have never known a hotel to charge for stained towels, and have such a clause outlined in the policy. This leads us to believe that this is a common practice for them to keep the security deposit. We are very disappointed, because this hotel came highly recommended. Do yourself a favor, and find another place to stay.

While out of my room someone went into my bedroom and stole my purse and wallet and when I spoke w someone from the front desk and told them what happened they said they would look into it and never return my phone call do not stay here save your money and go somewhere else.

This place over charge people and nothing works 😠 Not a good experience But they made up for it the next day because we want it to stay another day to go to the casino, a nicer attendant came and assist us she fixed the tv and we got a lot of channels like we should have in the first place and she gave us more towels so are stay was a lot more comfortable 😃 yayyy 👏🏼 I don't know her name 😕 So I hope they keep up the good work, they'll get more results 😃😃😃😃

This was not my first choice however it did work out for our last minute stay. Appreciated they were able to accommodate us. Front desk was nice and friendly. Room was very clean, but TV only stayed on a channel and remote was broken. There was plenty of hot water and AC worked perfectly.

We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel overall appearance was great. The room was really nice. The staff is very friendly. The price was not bad at all. It's not far from the casino at all. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back .

I booked a room on August 4th for August 7th and 8th made the reservation with Expedia price came out to $90.40 but the casino hotel is charged me $200.

Great price for a comfortable, convenient room. Service is always great, room is always clean, and location is perfect for my needs.

Over priced for this ugly place. They are called casino hotel and not even closed to a hotel. No ice, no wifi, no coffee maker, floor tile had cracks, front door had an open crack not flushed, no telephone and t.v. remote didn't work. I will never ever book at this place ever again.

I just stayed at Casino hotel and checked out 6:50am after ringing the doorbell 4 times a lady finally came out and got my key. I called later 4:40pm 10-29 a guy answered. I told him if he could double check that my deposit was cleared because the lady was still sleepy in the morning.He was super rude and sarcastic telling me well was she asleep or did you give her the key. I told him no need to be rude but he proceeded to tell me I had to be clear if she was asleep or turned in the key in the morning. I had no choice than to hang up because it was very uncomfortable. The conversation was in Spanish. I did also pay 150 plus 52 dollar deposit. Not worth it.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Between the sheets there was underwear left from previous renter. The bed was made but obviously not cleaned or sheets changed. The lock on the door was falling off. The satellite TV remote didn't. Work. There were dead small roaches around the room. The bathroom was not clean as, there was long hair against the wall of the tub. No parking space available. Even after reporting everything to front desk, nothing was done about it.

Room was okay. Bed was too hard and sort of tilted. Stayed there for two nights and room was not serviced. Remote to the TV did not work properly and TV was not working either. Had to let personnel know and they fixed the issue. Guest service personnel were okay.

Clean hotel. But not as advertised. It's advertised as having a free Wifi. But according to the front desk employee. Wifi is only available at the lobby. We booked 2 rooms for a day stay. Both fridge in those rooms are broken. If you're desperate for a room close to the Casino and you don't mind having no Wifi. Then this is the place for you.

Decent place for last minute booking...first we all remember the not so good. Was told I booked a single large bed...got a double queen. Parked far from my room...was packed lot.Rooms were very clean. Beds felt cheap.Basic amenities. Under new management I was told....hopefully, next time it will be better.

No hot water but got a special deal because of the situation. They said room was sanitized and it looked clean. However, after walking barefoot in the room a couple times, my feet were literally black. No coffee pot. Said coffee is available in lobby 24/7 but door was locked and lights were off at 8am when we tried to get coffee. TV remote did not work and our TV was stuck on same channel.

Room was clean, area was well lit outside, only issue was a lot of little roaches kept coming out from the back of the bed, other then that would of gave it 5 stars.

Negative 5 stars all around the worst hotel my family has ever stayed in. Don’t waste your $ at this place.

Great place clean cold a/c great price and provided machines to play and Free beer and snacks on site will be back for sure great employees also

It was a nice room but it was very HOT so bring your fan if you want tobe cool

After having a bad experience at another hotel when arriving we looked for another hotel for our 2nd night stay and let me tell you this place is amazing from front office to the staff rooms are clean and ac is cold Thank you for your hospitality we will be back Sincerely The Lucio Family
