Usually have good service, but not this time... My wife and I went out for dinner. Out was after 9pm, you can see per my pictures there was no one there. We were sat by the bar. Our server was no where to be seen. Twice I got up and walked over to the bar tho have my drink refilled. The second time I found my server in a booth by himself eating his meal. I asked him if there was anyone else that could help me since he was at lunch.... He didn't like that...

the food was great, but the service not so much. the waiter my family and i had did not give us his name when attending to our table and was rude the entire time we were there; he cut us off when we spoke and was very rude to my mother when she tried to ask for a dessert for the table for my birthday. i do not recommend this place at all!

Burgers never look as pictured on the menu, BUT the burgers we had tonight...WOOOW!! I had Alex's Santa fe with extra roasted jalapeño and the Santa fe sauce on the side. I cannot begin to describe the flavors and juiciness of this burger. The down side were the fries(meh)! Our server was great, I was truly impressed. NOTE the burger is very spicy.

Great location. Every one is very courteous. Very nice atmosphere. The service was a little slow. Now I'm letting that pass just because it was Easter, they where pretty busy. The food was great. Cooked to order. I had the serloin stake, loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob (sub for streamed broccoli) gave me no issues to sub out the veggies. Also unlike other restaurants I was able to get A1 sauce for my stake! I love A1, a lot of restaurants have their own in house stake sauces, ( I call them "fake 1" sauce) usually no where near what I wanted. As mentioned earlier I was there for z Easter, but also there for my mom in-laws birthday. Great location for family fun time. They did not even mind is bringing in s small cake, and even provided us plates to cut our cake. This is a definite location I will be going back to.

Lunch - The good first, food taste was fine, nothing bad but nothing great. Burger overcooked as usual. Now the unpleasant, so damn slow. Waited too long to order, waited so damn long to get it delivered. Five seated tables and two in the bar, roughly 12:30pm. Three waitresses and waited over 25 minutes to get a burger. Pathetic, had to ask multiple times for a refill on beverage, if your going to charge me $3.39 for a beverage keep it filled.

I go to this Chili's regularly because it's the only place in all of San Diego that I can get a steak just how I ordered it. The staff is always awesome, I have speech problems and they're always kind and patient and whatever I order from the bar is always well made and gets to me quickly. It's been like 3 years of going here constantly and I've never had any issues. Atmosphere is rated lower because it's always so loud, the place could really use some sound dampening, it's overwhelming. On a rough day I'll take it to-go but it's still perfect. Get a margarita and your steak made perfectly.

Great place to get food. The food here is good and the prices are reasonable. They will usually have pretty good deals going on as well. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. Service can be a bit slow if the place is busy, but it's usually pretty fast. It is also conveniently located at the mall. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for food in the area.

I would give 5 stars but our waitress was not into it! Outside that, I will say the food is actually really good and the prices are amazing! We don't really eat at chain restaurants and I'm starting to ponder,,, WHY!!??!! Will definitely come back...

They kept bringing us food and drinks that we did not order. We brought it to their attention probably around 10 times, but they never fixed the issue. An overall annoying dining experience. We won't be back.

Chicken crispers not fresh, shoulda sent em back but very hungry. If u don't get a fresh meal, send it back cuz they'll continue this. Last time it was the ribs that were terrible. Fooled me twice, 2nd time is my fault.

Pretty good, I came twice. I love the togo spot. Like, I don't wanna see any one but my food. Decent price. Good portion. Definitely can feed two for one order. Love the kid menu. Try more foods for less. Overall, they all just good.

The bar area is so bright and the don't have any music in the background.. it's boring. The bartenders are great though.

Went for lunch with my wife and daughter. I ordered a hamburger when I got it the meet was burnt to a crisp. I asked the receptionist to please call my waiter. The receptionist returned as ask if there was something wrong I told her the hamburger was burnt. She said we will prepare again I told her to cancel my order, the waiter never came back to my table. The receptionist was very professional. Not going back

The carnitas fajitas were great. Lunch portion was just the right size. Came with chicken tortilla soup. Although chicken doesn't seem fresh, the soup tastes good. Altogether, spent less than $10 everything included.

I've been coming to chilis and my son loves chilis. I asked my son where he wants to go to dinner for our family night he said he wants to go to chilis. I am very disappointed of the way the server Vanessa didn't properly explained and on top of that the manager Ayla came out like she was already ready to tell me know face. All I wanted is for them to explained it clearly then my kids would've gotten the other option which they like. What upsetting the most is the manager had a big time attitude more than Vanessa did. With an attitude of so what do you want me to do?? With her big eyes looks like mad like I'm bothering her with my complain. As a manager I understand that might pretty busy but you also need to cater to your customers. I didn't think that she wants to help me at all. I never experience such a rude way to solve a problem with any customer. So I didn't want to embarrass myself I felt like being attacked by them. I am just sad that this is one of our favorite place to go now it's more like arg. This is bad management and knowing that I know someone that works there felt like a threat to that employee by saying oh so you know him right uhhuh. I will let him know also ! Her reaction was very concerning just because I had concern. Not fit for a manager!! Made my high pressure go up smh. Only if they have 0 star but I'll give 1 star for the other nicer server.

The staff at this location were doing their best but way understaffed, 2/3 of the restaurant was shut down, food quality was average... have pass on this one for awhile unless it goes out of business first.

My son and I go here he loves those big salads. Good portion sizes and friendly service.

Little low end spot for the area but always satisfied for the price paid in terms of quality and service. Went an hour before closing and the wait staff and bartender were very accommodating. They ensured we got our meals and drinks in before closing and was a delightful time

Ordered southwestern egg rolls and a bowl of baked potato soup, to-go. Egg rolls were good. But they gave me not even 1/2 a cup of this cheesy goo with hardly any potatoes in it (see pics below for measurement). I’m disappointed because I paid for a bowl. And even if I had actually ordered a cup, this definitely isn’t even enough to fulfill that size either. I got gypped.

The wait was short. But only because they weren't busy. Got seated and ordered the food. Appetizers came out in a decent amount of time. My wife's order and my order came after like 52 minutes. However my burger was completely wrong. Our friend's orders took forever because the kitchen was "backed up". There like 25 people in the restaurant don't recommend this chili's at all.

Stop here for dinner with my son and grandkids, wait was short even do it was crowed, food was good service excellent, lots of parking and they do have a bar with tv for sports, check it out We did enjoy our visit even the bill was ok 👍

Maybe on a different night we would've had a better experience. We waited for over an hour to get our food and not everyone got their plates . We had to ask several times about our missing meals. It was most likely due to being under staffed and I get that. Just be prepared for a long wait.

Chili’s is always a nice place to enjoy some great food, happy hour...service is on point. We had a dish the food wasn’t hot, it was taken back and served hot! Excellent and excellent service! Enjoy👍

Service and food was good. Steak was tough. Chips and salsa was excellent. Not enough salsa for the amount of chips.

Server was awesome sadly I forgot his name. Food was good except my steak came out still moo'ing. I asked for a MR but it was damn near raw. I still ate a bit of it but didn't send it back. It was veterans day and I know how stressful working that day can be. Drinks were good though.

My boyfriend and I had an order for DoorDash at this location, we were directed to wait at the takeout area. Waited over 40min for a small order from our customer. I feel really bad, even though it’s not entirely our fault. Longest I waited for an order so small. It’s terrible, absolutely ridiculous.

It was ok, drinks are watered down, and the food is just ok, at best. The server was amazing but the manager gave off really creepy vibes. He was all touchy feely with the really young staff. If it wasn't for the server, I would never go back.

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE this place! If you want a Strong, Delicious Margarita and some yummy chips, salsa and Guacamole for a GREAT price.....this is the place to go! We always have great service and good food!

Blake and Ricky at the bar are on a whole other level. These guys will speed your drink out in a matter of seconds. It was astonishing to watch- their work ethic and customer service was unmatched. I wish I were a millionaire to tip these youngins 1k each.

Nasty junk in my cup meaning not clean what so ever, the floors are disgusting my salad had dark old spots meaning old and starting to rot. Just overall disgusted

We ordered curbside and when we arrived the food is typically delivered to the car within 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes we walked inside to pick up our order. The store was in disarray and many tables were not bussed. Our food was finally given to us. After arriving home we began to eat our food, only to find that the chips were stale and the food had a texture that it had been sitting for an hour. This is the worst service we’ve had at the Otay Ranch location.

Great food and better drinks! Waiters were attentive and frequently checked on us. Definitely will be going back again.

Gave hostess my name and cell number. She told me it would be about a 15-20 wait. She said she would text me me when my table was ready. My wife and I were seated in the waiting area directly across from the hostess stand. After about 10 minutes the hostess looked directly at my wife and called out a name, however it was NOT my name. Finally, after about 30 minutes and after serval parties were seated that arrived after us I approached the hostess stand and asked the manager how much longer the wait would be. He asked for my name, but he could not find it on his wait list. I showed him my verification text I received immediately after checking in. He repeated my name was not on his list. I asked him if he was saying it was my fault I was not texted. He the asked who took my name. I pointed to the hostess standing next to him and he asked me to not point at her. He then offered to sit in the bar area. The bar was full and very loud. We wanted to be seated in the dining room. Infuriated I told him we would be leaving. Apparently the hostess misspelled my name. In either case what difference would it have made if they had only texted me rather than calling names? Incompetence at its finest. Since Covid one must expect and accept subpar service like this as being common place when dining out.

Our server was attentive and very nice. However the quesadilla explosion salads we ordered left a lot to be desired. The quesadilla pieces were hard, dry and cold. The salad was room temp and limp. I have always enjoyed this menu item, but not this time. The rest of the dishes seemed to be okay.
