The veterinarian is absolutely wonderful and her team is very caring. Highly recommend The Pet Clinic. Also Chata didn't realize how difficult and strenuous being the Cadbury Easter bunny on Easter was. Thank you.

Very attentive staff. Great prices. The only downside is they aren’t offering neuter and spay services which they didn’t let me know when scheduling my appointment (otherwise would’ve rated 5 stars).

PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY and CARING CLINIC I was in a jam crossing the border at the CBX and needed to get a health certificate for my small dog. The kind lady who answered my call was able to get me in within that same hour and completed the certificate for me. I was able to cross the border and I am very grateful for their help.

good customer service and so happy they could squeeze me in with an appointment even when its a late call cuz my cat wasnt eating and drinking any water. The doctor is wonderful too! I'll definitely come back when needed to again~

i took my cat for a small wound on its paw which seemed like a result of an animal fight. Dr. Laing and her assistant were wonderful and professional. very down to earth and friendly. Cost very reasonable. Dr. Laing was like family, so caring and understanding.

Dr. Laing is the total package when it comes to a vet. Thank you for always taking the best care of our fur babies and just being a wonderful person in general. We have 5 animals, 2 of whom are geriatric dogs, and we couldn’t imagine going to any other vet.

Dr. Laing is amazing. She actually spends time with your fur baby and gets to know them and you. The prices are very fair and good here. So happy that we switched vets and came here.

Absolutely love these ladies. The Dr. Is so good she can finesse even the mean kitties. It's super convenient but more importantly it's a comfortable environment for both people and animals. Helps to ease the stress of the vet day lol

I found a lost dog with no collar a few weeks ago and was referred to The Pet Clinic for microchip identification. The chip was not registered, but Dr. Laing and her office were able to connect me with the dog's owner. Thank you for helping reunite them!

I used to see Dr. Herron many years ago. He was my cats primary before she passed away. I live downtown and have always made the drive, but I didn't want to make the drive anymore. I have gone to two different clinics, and both are not up to par to Dr. Herron standards. We have 4 cats and a dog, so trust me when I tell you we frequent the vets very frequently. Needless to say that I'm back. Although, sadly, Dr. Herron is not with us anymore the office has remained the same, and Dr. Lang is as friendly and thorough as Dr. Herron was. It is also well priced. The staff is really nice. Oh, and one other thing that I found amazing is that one of our cats always bites when they shave him to get blood work. I even warned them that he would. Well, he didn't bite. Which means that they must have really taken their time with him to not compromise his behavior, and I honestly can't even express how thankful I am for that. Kudos to the staff and Dr. Lang, for having an amazing, trustworthy office.

The new veterinarian from this place was rude and misdiagnosed my dog. She stated that if my dog was on the operating table she will die right then and there and there was no reason for her to get surgery in my bumps that she hand and instead to leave her how she is because she was old already innstead if speaking to me in a proper manner and giving my better options to help my dog. I then went and got a second opinion and that GOD I did because I was able to save my dog and if I would have listened to her my poor dog would have died because I would have taken the "ADVICE" the veterinarian gave me. I found out the bumps my dog had were not "just mass" they were tumors from her leg to the inside of her stomach. Now from that second opinion I went to I saved my dog and she is recovering and back to her fun happy self. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL coming here! the workers are great but the vet she was just mean and not helpful at all! If i would have listened to her my dog would have died but now she is going to live a much longer and healthy life!

I take all my dogs there and I really love how they treat animals. I used to work at a veterinarian in Japan and I am very picky when it comes to my dogs health. Dr. Lang is very knowledgeable and loving to her patients. Staff is very friendly and very sincere. I think they are one of the few places you can trust taking your dogs/cats. The clinic is very small and no fancy equipment, but they can refer to the best alternatives if your pet needs X-ray, dental procedures, or any complex exams. I highly recommend this place.
