Took my 6 year old son here. They kept pressuring me to do more treatments and procedures than necessary. The dentist kept pressuring us to let them administer an oral sedation. At first, they agreed to only use the nitrous, but after my son was nervous, they again pressured us to use the oral sedation. Both my husband and I felt it was unnecessary, but then the dentist refused to do any work without oral sedation. My husband had to walk out of the appointment before any work was done. We took him to a different dental office, and they were able to complete the work WITHOUT any form of sedation with no problem! Also, our new dentist said he had less cavities than what this dentist said. They will rush you at this office. They would rather the kids just sit down and shut up so they can get them in and out, instead of giving a little patience. Kids get nervous, but they deserve respect too. I'm so glad we didn't give in to the pressure, and looked elsewhere!

We were greeted as soon as me and my 2 kids walked in, the ladies (Nora and Tonie) at the front were super friendly, kind and helpful. We got there 1 hour before the scheduled time, they worked us in and were seen almost right away. The assistant, Moises was great with them, my daughter has a sensory disorder and has trouble with certain textures, he took her xrays and made her feel very comfortable. Amanda, did a great job at cleaning their teeth, she was friendly and gained my kids trust. I met Dr. Sara, I liked that she introduced herself and answered all of my questions about treatment. Definitely will be returning and spreading the word to friends.

Dr. Regina wouldn't fill my sons cavity because I refused to give him laughing gas. He sat still the whole time while she worked on one. He didnt kick, scream or anything and he's 4. She said she didn't want to move forward with the second one because my son frowned. So I guess my son can't make facial expressions due to numbness and bad taste thats happening all around in his mouth. Maybe she's not confident enough to do her job so she needs to drug up kids in order to work with them. Thanks to her my kids will be going to a different dental office.

My child said the X-ray lady was mean due to pain, i experience with another tech was a little issue, she started working on my child with out letting my child know the steps or introducing self until I asked her what was going on and if she was the doctor… love the doctor always kind and professional, tech staff needs a little more kindness due to working with kids… admin staff always kind and professional. Thank you…

We switched here after an unpleasant experience with the Super Dentists, have been here about 2 years and very happy. Yesterday my daughter hurt her mouth and we thought she might need teeth extracted. They were very accommodating and saw her without an appointment. Took x-rays and assured us she was fine. My daughter was very anxious and the staff calmed her down. Dr Mendoza was the dentist and he was great.

We waited for over an hour and the dentist was rude. Plus, the front office isn’t organized or helpful with checking you in. 0/5 stars because it was for my kids and they didn’t deserve the attitude from the staff. I think they should be shut down for just the gross floors.

I have been taking my kids here for over 5 years now. And every time i come it Is always a good experience. Dentist take time to explain the process that needs to be done. They pick up the phone fast and are always helpful when rescheduling appointment's.

Everything was going well except when the dentist assistant came. She was rude and not professional. The first 2 ladies that did the cleaning on my children were very pleasant. Then the dentist assistant came and she was rude from the start. The dentist herself was pleasant as well. This is the first time I get a ride person.

Staff is friendly up front a shout out to Toni excellent front point for your office. Took my daughter to them since she was four and no trauma. Lol. Thanks to all of you.

wanted to start off by saying I applied for the DA position here, and was treated poorly due to their own inability to read a resume that clearly states an objective. I started the interview very polite and kind, the main boss guy constantly insinuating that my current office is “trying to get rid of me or what is the reason for my leaving” personally I felt the way the question was worded was very disrespectful, my reasoning was due to relocating, which isn’t any of his business. he also asked about my current wage which I’m now aware isn’t allowed, if you decide to apply for this office don’t let them take advantage and treat you poorly based off their own inability to read. Dustin was the only kind person throughout this interview but I do think the other main boss guy needs to work on his overall professionalism and wording. According to Google Employers can't ask about previous pay or benefits. If they already have that information, there can't use it to set pay. Which is exactly what they did to me here.

Nice place Kids love it But idk what's going on Everytime I leave a message or i am told they will call me back I never get a return call Happen more then 3 times Staff is nice but like I said customer service is not on point. So make sure to call them back 👍🏼

Staff is efficient, always friendly. I love how my appointments are always running on time, in and out the door within 30 minutes.

If you have small children that need dental work, be ware. They won't let you in with your child and you can't bring in your other children either. I am not going to pay child care just because I can't take my other child in with me. Small children need parents to be there for emotional support.

3 stars because staff is great but the facility itself I didn't like very much. Bathroom was dirty and smelled horrible. The walls looked dirty with old tape residue. I've been bringing my kids here for years and it's time for a remodeling of the place. Seriously.

I never have any issues with this place but the only thing I find odd is they keep pre booking dental appointments for my kid without my knowledge or consent is that normal to do? This has happened 2 times now back to back.

Dentist and staff have been amazing at treating my child. They have shown her lots of patience, flexibility and even loving care as she is a child with anxiety. They go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and feels at ease when they are treating her. Love the smiles and respect we get from all! 💓

I was informed that my daughter needed surgery for something diagnosed 2 years ago the day of her 3rd exam and cleaning which has been done annually.What’s frustrating is that she recently got braces and if she needed an ortho surgery 2 years ago that should have been expressed to me when it first was done and it should have gotten done before she got braces. This lets me know that the dentists are literally in the same office and are not communicating with each other. Very disappointed.

My daughter had the best experience at this Dentist since she was 5 yrs old she is now 13 teen n never regret taking her there , they were always so professional gentle w her and loved the fact that they were very polite and had great customer service all staff were always ready for her and assisted her , unfortunately this was her last year here or else this is where I would of continued bringing here

Wonderful experience every time in the front section and the back section. My son has a fear of the dentist. Every time we go he gets worked up but he is quickly put at ease and has an excellent visit due the support of the staff. They talk to him, encourage him, and before we know it's all done!

I enjoy taking my child and he's not upset with the process. Staff are friendly and facility is always clean.

My son has autism and the staff is always very patient with us from start to finish. I have even had to use the referrals department to get his work done at Children's Hospital and everything was seamless (even in the midst of the big C word that ends with a D) I travel to this clinic all the way from El Cajon because of the great service. I also love the set up of the clinic. They do their best to make it as kid friendly as possible with all the artwork and movies playing throughout the office. Thank you all !!!

The staff is amazing especially Vicky. They are all very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very professional and informative on my chil's dental procedure. They provide excellent service and I will definitely continue coming for my child's future dental needs.

I love this place. I've had a pleasant experience bringing all 4 of my kids here. The staff Is very accommodating to the children and to their experience. Patient comfort is important.

Everyone was nice except for the dentist assistant. She was impatient with my son and brushed to yards. She kept almost yelling at him when he wouldn’t close his mouth and push his mouth with her hand very rudely.

Loved this dentist! Recently had my 7 year old and 6 year old attend. Such nice and caring staff. My 7 year old just went through general anesthesia due to severe anxiety toward dentist and some work to do, it was a very scary first experience as a mom and father! But the staff was very ensuring and caring and honestly don’t hesitate to take your kids here. They do such a good job and work quick and safe to ensure patient confidence. I love this dentist! My son did so well in his procedure not only were we parents amazed but the staff was amazed of how great my son did! I trust this facility and you should too. My 6 year old is next to undergo surgery but I am not hesitant this time around as my first experience was great! My son recovered well and fast! Only thing is you do wait for a long appointment but it is super worth it and the staff will send you medication and make sure your kid is pain free. Loved this dentist and will continue to attend! Coming all the way from a 2 hour drive and worth it! Enjoy! Thank you all staff!! For being so caring and loving especially the coordinator! She is the best 😘 thank You so much for being so patient

I was not at all satified with my last visit. I took my two daughters in for their appointment and I felt they were treated like a number. The Assistants seemed like they were in a rush and not friendly with children. Also the quote I received for their dental work was soooo much. Close to 1000 dollars for 2 children. I went for a second opinión somewhere else and it was nothing compared to what I would be sending here and their staff was AMAZING! My daughters even walked out with little gift from the other place at childrens primary dental all they got was the tooth Bruselas the Assistant usted to clean their teeth that day. Never ever coming to this place again and I don't recommend it.

I was really impressed how knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring the staff was with my Son. My Son has Autism and it has been extremely difficult finding a place that is patient with him and accommodating as they have been with him. From beginning to end, they made sure that he was comfortable and explained what they would be doing every step of the way. Thinking outside of the box with other ways to get his x-rays done without causing him any unnecessary anxiety made the visit very smooth. I'm beyond grateful and appreciative of the staff taking such great care of my Son and providing him with such a good experience.
