Homage to the Falafel Vegetarianism has come a long way over the decade. I am so impressed that eateries believe in nutritional meal planning and flavorful eats. I ordered the Luna Vida Bowl. The beautiful medley of colors & fresh crisp vegetables on the salad was inspirational. The falafel bites were seasoned to the depth where your stomach dances. I didn't care for the lemon vinaigrette. But I also did not-not care. Instead I added the traditional Luna vinaigrette complemented with taziki. I've had every overpriced item on the menu but this salad was Ottimo! Oh that's Italian I meant to say! νόστιμο. And I would eat this every time. Especially if you are on a "getting to look snatched plan" for New Year's. High quality indicators Very pleasing and gracious employees Food prepared while you wait Sweet and tangy lemonade Any Luna bowl is worth the price and can be split easily between two adults, and purchase extra falafel on the side Not so favorable Several combos are $14 or more, senseless

Pretty busy during lunch hour,salads fresh,chicken tender and indoor n outdoor seating available,food came out quickly.

Me and my girlfriend went here for a quick bite to eat and it is good, but not great. The wrapping on the wraps is dry and the cheese and chicken pita is mid. Atmosphere is also mid. Fries are delicious!

I recently dined at Luna grill and had an exceptional experience. Jackson, the cashier, and the manager were incredibly attentive and friendly, making my visit truly memorable. Jackson's knowledge of the menu and warm demeanor added a personal touch, while the manager ensured everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of flavorful dishes. The food is always hot delicious and tasty. Restaurant is always clean and tidy. The staff are all amazing and the customer service is phenomenal. In this particular day I was assisted by a great crew Jesus, Sasha, Kata, Ingrid, Alfredo, Miguel, Jorge Jose Luis. The food is great with one minor remark: they burn/ torch your veggies on the bistro beef kabob. A couple of years ago they offered Lamb which was not burned and tasted great but have since discontinued it. That said everything tastes fresh and delicious. This particular location offers a longer than usual wait time due to its busy location.

I am a regular who loves coming here. Yesterday I did not receive a welcoming experience, one girl who worked there kept making faces at my 18 month old who was crying. I came here for a quick to go order and I had my 18 month old son with me. He was crying and being impatient while I had my purse, drink and my receipt in one hand. I tried to pick him up and calm him down while we waited for our order, there was an employee who kept making very rude faces at my baby because he was crying. I felt really uncomfortable so had dad come take him to the truck while I waited for the food. He noticed the employee also making faces. Safe to say this is our last time coming here.

I've been dining in Luna Grill every Thursday for the past 6 years. Great food, environment and above all, service. This is the best restaurant experience for me, all the staff are very kind and respectful. Hopefully I can come back for another 6 years. Keep up the good work, for me is not an ordinary service is extraordinary. Thank you for everything.

Great experience and customer service, best I have had from any other Luna Grill team. Food was cooked just how I ordered. Jesus was very helpful with recommendations and had a pleasant conversation with him, spoke great about his team. Would totally come back again!

Great! The food was deliciously good. Not dry. Everything was fine. We didn’t have time to dine in because we have work. Take out is better for busy people. We will order again. Hope the cashier will be welcoming and smiling on Luna Grill at Otay lakes rd.

The person who served me at the counter was great. I asked about one of the dishes and she told me it was her favorite. And it was fantastic. I'm vegan so I love that they have vegan options too.

Amazing tasting food , clean always friendly staff. I ordered a large order and they got it 1000% . Food was amazingly delicious and perfectly seasoned and good portions .I was helped by Pedro which exceeded my expectations. Everyone at my event loved the food and I’m sure they will visit that restaurant again and again . Definitely recommend Luna Grill . Food is always good. Consistent. The gyros are yummy. The bowls are my favorite. And the salads are also great. The service is good not great. They use single use plastic for everything.

Luna grill is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always good and fresh. Doesn’t take long to get the food. There’s a very good ambience and the staff is super friendly. The cashier Jackson is super friendly and very attentive. He gave me recommendations on what i should and he did not let me downn!! Luna grill is good especially as a healthy meal after some exercise.

Food was great Bistro beef kebab with Greek salad and rice is my favorite, and always got extra order of their pita bread with spicy hummus to go.

I like the food, it's really good but spending close to $20 for "fast food" seems a little too much.

It was a great experience visiting Luna Grill. I was ordering for several people, to be dropped off at different locations, and they had no problem bagging things separately. The manager, Roman, worked with me closely to create a safe dish for allergies, including subbing out the pita bread for extra rice. We will definitely visit again! The restaurant was clean. There was a short wait in line when we visited around 2pm, but no line after that. Two of the drink options were out of order.

I was expecting more from this place.... Food is nothing special, not great taste.. the price was really exaggerated for the plate. Taking off from my list to return.

Luna grill has amazing Mediterranean Food. This one of my favorite places to order take out. The staff is always friendly my food is always ready when I arrive. Their hummus is one of my favorites to order.

I love eating here. The staff are always friendly and helping out. Brianna was especially friendly and helpful in making sure my mobile order was ready and that my order was correct. Will definitely be coming back soon!

The food taste great. Today though, I was given a wrong order. I ordered falafel because I'm not eating meat and when I got home, I got chicken. I had asked for rice and got a salad. I took out the chicken and ate everything. It's still very delicious but I was really looking forward for falafel.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Chula Vista. I always order their chicken kabob plate. So fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended !!

The food came out quick, ordered gyro with fries which was a plus. But the Gyro was luke warm at best and the fries were cold. The Gyro meat did taste good and that is why they get 2 stars. Will try again and see if that was a one time thing.

I ordered for take out and got the keto bowl/salad with grilled salmon, the stuffed grape leaves, the falafel side, and a side of pita. Both the sides were really good. The grape leaves were very flavorful and the garlic fetta sauce is very garlicky. The falafel were very crisp and came with some raw carrots and Greek cabbage as well. The salad was equally good and although the grilled salmon portion was on the smaller size it was just enough with all the other toppings. Everything was so filling that I had leftovers.

Normally I really get impatient when it comes to taking longer than normal for food to come out after however if the food is spectacular than it is always worth the wait. Although they were a little busy the order seemed to take a little longer then what I expected however I understand why because that chicken was so ridiculously phenomenal I would have waited another five minutes longer if I had known how good the food was going to be. I got the chicken and gyro plate for just shy of $16 And the chicken was so perfectly cooked and seasoned I had to give a complement to Brianna and her team. I will definitely be going back and eating there again and I will wait another 10 or 15 or even 20 minutes if it takes that long to get that chicken again it was damn good good!!!!

Not worthy of the price you pay for... the food is tasteless and meat is dry. The bread was good. That’s about it.

Tonight I really enjoyed this yummy Mediterranean meal of Chicken & Gyros Meat with Basmati Rice, Pita Bread, Tzatziki Sauce, House Salad and Falafel.

Literally the best Luna Grill I’ve ever been to!! The staff was super friendly. I didn’t get his name but I think he was the manger; anyways he was super nice and we had a great talk about baseball. The food came out super quick and was exactly what I ordered. Absolutely loved the staff 👏

I've been to much better Luna Grills. This storefront had very poor service and seemed to have a disorganized kitchen. Manager offered fake apology. 1 star for being open.

The foods was good except for the green salad wasn't good mushy old tomatoes and cucumber. I just wished that Luna Grill would stop using plastic plates and spoon,fork,knife for dine-in. Bring the real dishware back..!

Excellent atmosphere and very good service. Very nice, I recommend it. I will be back soon!!
