Hear is a great place to grab a quick filling meal. I had the #16 Rare steak Pho and it was perfect exactly what I needed to fill me up and get me back out there. The service was fast and food was fresh. I got the tea and it’s really good not sweeten but it dos t need it. I gave it 4 stars slot because the vibe just need refreshing but it’s a perfect place and I would bring friends and family here to enjoy authentic Vietnamese food.

I’ve been coming here for years. Service is super fast. Staff is courteous. Springs rolls are amazing, peanut sauce is so delicious, egg rolls, chicken phö(with the ginger sauce and chili oil), veggie phö, everything we’ve tried exceeds expectations. We will always be loyal customers of Phö Vinh.

Easily the worst Vietnamese place I have ever been. I went there yesterday before the Padres game for the first and now last time, and had the chicken curry. The curry was more like a soup, very watery and I am not sure it was chicken that was in my plate. The Thai tea wasn't even sweet, very diluted. My brother had pork rice vermicelli and had the runs the next day. We both didn't even try to finish the dishes. The service is no better. Stay away from this place for your own good.

The Bahn MI with chicken was really good. I also got the Pho with well done flank and brisket. It was OK.

I came to try my Rare Steak Phõ with the Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were very good though it was a thicker rice paper then I'm use to and it was a perfect peanut butter sauce.The flavor was good here and I was happy with that but so far out of the places I have been they gave me the least amount of noodles and steak. The service was pretty good though I waited a little to order. It was lightning fast to get my order though. They did there best to make my dinning experience a good one.

Great chicken soup/pho all the springs rolls are delicious. All most everything they serve is good. Very pleasant workers but also distant if you need extra water or anything you'll have to ask because they won't come back around to ask if you'd like anything else. Other than that great eats

Every Pho in the world is different. This one is good. Not my favorite because that is somewhere else but maybe this place is someone else’s favorite and this just occurred to me. The wonderful thing about Pho is its uniqueness in a world of chain restaurants.

The pho ga was ok - just a little bland. I appreciated the fresh carved chicken pieces. Veggie pho is very bland and the veggies taste like it frozen veggies. It was definitely clean eats, but coming from LA, I've definitely had better Vietnamese food. Everyone is very nice and there's a cool fish tank inside.

Love the food here. The crispy fried spring rolls were flaky perfection!Condiment platters are generous. Thai basil and mint leave were very fresh. Prices have gone up some, but that is everywhere. Exactly what you expect from a pho joint. Service is prompt and friendly. Place isn't fancy, but it is very clean, and booths are roomy and comfy. A large party was arriving as we left. Their table for 20 was ready and waiting. I may host my next bday here.

My favorite place when it comes to pho, seriously Clean, fast service and great attitude from the staff, plus prices are good.

Everything is good. Pho? Solid. A little less flavor but good. The vermicelli with beef? Pretty good. Beef has some wok-hei flavor and tastes quite good. Overall, 4 star represents its reputation rather well. Note this is based on one review at 8pm on a Friday night (And based on my pho experiences in Houston and Nola).

When I used to live in national City I went to this place all the time. I drive 50 miles just to eat this food here. Perfect egg rolls perfect number 38. So delicious every time.

I love this place. It delicious. I always have the #4 that comes with all the meats. It's a huge portion and very well priced. Staff is always SUPER NICE!!! Be sure to grab a Thai Tea Boba for the ride home!

This place is perfect! My family loves it. We can come here, sit comfortably, be treated to excellent customer service, great food and its tucked away. Hardly anyone knows about it. Couldnt recommend this restaurant more!

The food is always good. I get the #22 I believe it's the chicken noodle soup. The staff is friend polite and the service is great. We went in for Mexican Mothers day, 9 were in our group and everything went well as usual. And they made sure we had everything we needed. Happy with the service here.

Food was OK. But they started cleaning the floor and prepared for closing. It was way before their closing time. Uncomfortable eating there.

I have been coming here since I was small and the food never fails to put a smile on my face. So homie and warm. The broth is so delicious and the noodles are so soft yet remain in tact. Wonderful place highly recommend !
