Had lots of fun there play Tic-tac-toe and had a milkshake and some french fries had a great time can't wait to go back there it's a great place the staff is all nice the food was you know the french fries and the milkshakes me my friend had we're great they're on time they weren't soggy they were everything was perfect

I enjoyed my visit to McDonald's. I purchased a big mac with extra sauce, with midsize fries, and a drink. I really liked the pleasant and socially engaging atmosphere. I was able to enjoy my meal and the nicely decorated McDonald's. I visit again.

I never like posting anything or reviewing any place, but feel like it’s important to share. If I could give 0 stars, this would be it. I got food poisoning from here. My husband was fine but not me, with vomiting and everything. I got the breakfast McGriddle meal with the orange juice. Your manager that you have at night is very rude. They also never have anything available either and won’t let you know before hand. she said “we don’t have any sodas” and stuff like that. It’s bad service, they never have anything and just a horrible experience for me overall.

Horrible customer service at the drive through window at 9:57pm. The man told me to go to Jack in The Box, for my Oreo ice cream because they didn’t sell any at McDonald’s. Terrible service, employees have attitude, if you don't like your job than don't work there, make up there own for rules, I'm paying for my food so make it my way.. even the supervisor has attitude, the worst service!

Food was way too salty and wasn't made the same way it's been made for the last 40 years. And it took 15 minutes to make one drink and one burger. And there's 6 people in there. It's not the same .

This Mc Donald’s for some reason has very slow service. I think if they picked up their speed it would be quicker. I mean the employees walk at a slow pace regardless of how busy they are. Doesn’t seem to bother them to stay at a slow pace. Also if they would acknowledge the customers when we approach the register to order it would help ease the tension of having to wait. They do one order at a time. Doesn’t appear they can handle more than that. Hope they pick up their pace it would help the rating. I can say this. The restrooms are the cleanest I’ve seen yet in a restaurant. For that I gave them five star for atmosphere.

I still see the same issue. Food and service are average, but the atmosphere in that workplace is not good. The employees are rushing, and they look all stressed out because they don't have enough crew. As a customer, I want my order to be fast, but on the other hand, i do understand that the employees are doing their best to have their work done. I hope the owner of the franchise hires more people. 😞

This is the only McDonald's I know of that serves breakfast all day! Perfect for when I'm running later than I plan and I'm craving a sausage McMuffin with egg and a hash brown. They're always friendly and have never messed up my order.

Is not the best location as it’s really close to the trolley and homeless leave around and come in time to time and bother people. There is an older gentleman that’s always cleaning around and keeping up the place.

Nice employees, I ordered the cookie pie and the store was out of Oreo pies? So they replaced it with cookies.....I am very happy. We sat there for at least 45 minutes and order 2 coupons off the App while my daughter played games on the computer there. It was enjoyable..... I ordered the $6 big Mac deal off the App it was delicious and tasted hot and fresh.

This McDonald's is better than most. The burgers are always straight and they get my custom orders right. Best part is they always have 2 for $4 MCdoubles McChickens and Nuggets! Btw they ALWAYS SERVE BREAKFAST.

Messed up on the kids orders. Something was wrong with the soda machine. Flavors don't taste the same as other locations.This has always been a issue here. No sauce/wrong sauce cups. Place was dirty but this is also a very busy place with alot of foottraffic(from the hotel, trolleystation/busstop,etc). Place is a hit or a miss.

I had came in to this location and the lady who took my was rude from the start. She did not have a pleasant face when walking into the doors. I work in fast food/restaurant industry and no matter the situation you always have to carry a smile on your face even tho your dealing with rough customers or if you feel like you don't want to deal with it them then polity say let me get my manager but still carry a smile. I had gone at 7:44am 7/24/23 cash register KS#3. Whe hiring people make sure they can always carry a smile and make sure the atmosphere is amazing

I used drive thru, it was warm and freshly made. The only thing was the wait, but food was fresh!

Oh my god why don't they have any outlets to charge phones smh. I think its because of the location a lot of transits in the area. The food was good and the cashier was super kind I wanted a ranch and she didn't even charge me which is a miracle 😆 McDonald's employees are stingy about dipping sauces 🤣

Their soda machine is not leveled like other McDonald's. The coke tastes weird and the sprite does too. They have been like this for the longest time. Ive mentioned it before but they dont seem to care. I sometimes forget why I stopped going here then I stop by for a soda and YUCK! I get remembered why I shouldn't go to this McDonalds anymore.

Problem with app code resolved quick and efficiently. Food made at order time, had to wait a few minutes to be able to eat the fries since they were really hot.

Is McDonald's ignoring walk in customers? Seems like all the atention is on the drive up. This is the third McDonald's I have been to recently where I had to flag down an employee to take my order at the counter.

McDonald's has lost his touch, I enjoy a cheese burger once in a while, but you can tale they focus more on quantity than quality.

If I had the opportunity to give this place no stars, I would have!!!! This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I will never ever return to this McDonald’s!!! First, they only had scrambled eggs available. Could not get the white cooked in the McMuffins. The McMuffins were Stale and the eggs they substituted were burnt. Very poor quality food! We just finished eating and I hope we don’t end up sick. Shame on you McDonald’s for not keeping up on this location. Your district manager is not doing their job!!!!

came in at 6:30 pm on the 11th and watched an elderly gentlemen come in because they forgot his coke and ask for new food because he went home and came back and now his food was cold. a hispanic male worker wearing a black under armor jacket and a gold chain was very rude and told him he can have his coke but there’s no way he’s getting new food. after the elderly man persisted another worker came and offered to make him new food because his was cold. the first worker then came back and was very rude to the elderly man berating him and saying there’s no way he could’ve left without realizing he didn’t have his coke. this is the most rude i’ve ever seen any worker be to a customer who didn’t even do anything wrong and was being completely reasonable. if you can’t make him new food that’s fine, but there’s no reason to be rude to customers or to criticize them for not realizing they don’t have the drink that you forgot to give them!!

Date 7/27/2022, Time 5:15am Terrible service. Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one answered. Employees ignored me at the second window. Came in to order and asked if the drive thru was in service. The laziest girl I’ve ever seen in my life said “I don’t know, I’m in the front”. Food was cold, egg was burnt, was denied what I asked for, and still gave me an attitude when I asked for a straw and a stirrer. Avoid this place in the early morning. Overnight staff is just lazy.

I love their apple pecan salad!! Normally I take pics of my food because I do, but I couldn't wait to eat this salad. Lol! That is my go to when I go to Wendy's. Very filling and the flavors explode on your mouth!

Rude employees very dismisive. No bathroom service there was water coming from the bathroom floors very dirty there was flies everywhere. I really regret placing my 36 dollar order will not be coming here again.

They don't serve breakfast all day. They need to get on board with the rest of the McDonald's that have come to the conclusion that it is possible to cook an egg after 10:30a.m. local time.

This place get 1 star cause I gave to give them one. 1st I was rushed to give my order and wanted a few other things but the young lady cut it short. 2nd thing when I payed and has handed my change back the young man handed it to me so the change fell to the ground and when I looked at him he just smiled and did nothing. I will not be going back to this place

Slow service. Dining room understaffed. Long line in drive through went faster then short line inside.

Ladies working at the cash register were pretty unprofessional, we were standing around for a couple minutes while they gossiped.
