Went to Wendy's for dinner. Ordered a large chilli and baconator fries. Most of the bacon was burned! And I only got a tiny bit of cheese. Also, the young lady working the drive thru was really rude! So I didn't even bother to take it back. I just won't bother to go back!

One of the best Wendy's I've ever been to. Food was perfect - good presentation, tasty, good portions. You put other Wendy's to shame.

This was my first time here and the cashier Ashley was very patient with me. She was answering all of my questions. The food didn't take long to get to me. The dine in environment was very chill. It was empty when I came in but people started coming in. I would definitely come back again. Thank you for giving me a good experience.

It was good but the fries the way the advertised it wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Thats just my own opinion. Other than that service was amazing and it was quick. I do think something was wrong with the screen so you couldn't see your order.

I used to love wendy's because they have fresh food and good sized food for the money. But every time I go there recently I get a little more disappointed. I'm still sad They don't sell their delicious tropical green tea anymore. But today was the worst. I asked for a Jr cheeseburger deluxe, which used to look like a Jumbo jack. Now it looks like a mcdonald's kid's meal burger. It literally is only 2 bites of food. The only improvement I've seen in the last year is the frostyccino.

This Wendy's is really close to my house so I go here pretty much any time I see Reggie Bush in a commercial and start craving a Biggie Bag. Mostly I go through the drive-thru, with no issues. Ever. The few times I have gone in to sit down and eat it was always clean and efficient.

I was denied using the restroom unless I ordered, I was in line at the moment awaiting other customers. So therefore, I had to wait on a big order that took at least 10 minutes just to be able to urinate.

This is a biggie bag meal that’s $6 pretty good and service was good great place for a lunch break

If you like your burger dry & cold, this is the place for you. Employees are rude & act like you're an inconvenience. Waste of money.

The 5 dollar meal deal is great and I love the chili cup with everything on it. YUM. The Frosty is delicious too.

Wow! I always get my food pretty quick here but today they were way faster. They had my drinks sticking out the window by the time I got to the window to pay. I was impressed how fast I got my food.

Our favorite Uncle Dave's Lettuce Wrapped burger and Asiago Classic Chicken Lettuce Wrapped sandwiches.

I usually get my food through the drive thru and the wait isn’t very long. The amount of fries they give you is insane… ordered a medium fry and it was half empty. Prices are already really high and on top of that the servings are really bad

Had spicy chicken sandwich one was up to par and the other was about chewing my shoe also the salad the tomatoes were definitely not fresh .also the bathroom was in need of serious attention. The bathroom was out of soap and paper towels.

I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo meal and I was very happy with everything. Thanks Wendy's for being consistently excellent 👌👍.

The cashier that served me, speaks such poor English, she made me believe a $12.05 order was “$4.05”. This place needs BETTER ENGLISH SPEAKERS! I will NEVER GO TO THIS WENDY’S AGAIN, and advise those who want to be communicated to in CLEAR ENGLISH, not to, also!

I am allergic to eggs. Hence, I don't eat mayonnaise. I ordered 2 Dave's singles, no mayonnaise, no ketchup, add mustard. The screen showed the request for only one burger as you see in the receipt. So I confirmed that both burgers are supposed to be no mayonnaise, no ketchup add mustard. The person taking my order said I know you told me Of course, one of the hamburgers came with mayonnaise and ketchup, so I took it back. Fortunately, I was eating here. I guess they weren't happy about fixing the order because look at the photo of the bun they gave me caked and flour crumpled, then the burger was old and falling apart I don't know why they didn't just replace the burger made properly and fresh Ruined the whole meal, to be honest $17 for an unsatisfactory and insulting experience Not to mention, I had to repair the toilet so I could flush it....

Share some details well they have cheese and pickles and onions square patties always fresh no problems I wish they didn't freeze their patties anymore and just the way they used to remember the one in Santee throwing up one of the first them and a&w root beer that was another store you can get fresh burgers from or the best sorry to compare but they're both good one's gone now.

Rude staff. Need counseling for how to do their job and speak calmly and nicely to people. Did not serve what was paid for. Wanted to fight me over food. Would not recommend. narcotic and illegal activity take place here on the daily. Not a place to be or go. Drive thru is full of pot holes assuming your car doesn't get broken into while inside. And worst of all, they took my favorite burger off the menu. So. No reason why anyone should go to wendys or this wendys. Go to the gym instead.

The manager must be the one answering the phone, because I was told there is no EBT Hot Meals here. This is Not True..... The employee was kind and said EBT is Accepted there. They have Boo Books for Halloween and I Hope to give some Coupons away.

Dear Wendy's. I had a strange craving for a chocolate frosty. Haven't had one in years. A couple years ago I had a baked potato and decided to do both! My daughter hopped along and got the fries and a chocolate frosty, too! The restaurant was empty and the drive thru was super long and stayed that way. When I got home, the frosty was somewhat melted and super creamy! Thank you Wendy's for not changing that yummy flavor.The baked potato ($2.49) was still hot 🔥 . I give 4 stars because they could have baked the potato a little longer. The edges of a fluffy potato should have been flaking off the skin (like the last one I ate from Wendy's in Kearny Mesa 2 years ago). Other than that, it was 👌 awesome. And now Why bake a potato when u could have one for $2.49? My daughter macked out on her dessert / snack during the drive home LOL! She was happy!😋

I love the Apple Pecan salad and would have given more stars but I had to use the bathroom here (first time in a while) and it was atrocious! No toilet seat covers, tissue on the floor and the paper towels were stuck in the automatic dispenser so I don't know how the staff was able to wash and dry their hands after using the bathroom. Other than that their food and service is always top notch.

Shut this place down! There's no option for 0 Stars so they're lucky they got 1! For Wendy's sake, hopefully not all locations are like this! Bread wasn't even toasted. Cheese was not melted. "Fresh, Never frozen beef"!!!!???? There's ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! Unless the beef is cooked fresh hours before and sitting on a heater?? Thats the only way it could be "fresh". 🤮 NEVER AGAIN. Avoid this location at all costs! To make matters worst. My daughter threw up later that night. Even her stomach didn't like any of it!

Food is always good at this location, store in.a.serious need of a remoldle, inside and out, kinda dumpy all around, but has been there for as long as I was a little kid, so atleast forty years old. Way over due for a new fresh look.

Fries are amazing, better then any big name fast food. Fries never raw and and crispy even after a while. Love that theres skin on them too, adds great flavor and texture.

It took them 12 minutes to get a baked potato ready. You can microwave one in 6 minutes. Woman at the window was feeling her oats and was passive-aggressive. Ants still crawling over the pick up window area.

The entrance to Wendy’s is absolute garbage. There’s no entrance unless you take a right turn in, or you can get honked at like a jackass for trying to take a left in the same median others are trying to take lefts. All the markings on the road are worn off so good luck trying to make out where the actual turns are.

I dont know why but the select sandwiches combos are a rip off!! You get 1 small piece of meat an all the fluff on top you cant taste your meat and cheese! You buying more but getting less! Then if you go or the double its double the price!! Anyway te food was fair i rather go to the in la mesa they never failed me yet with a hot fresh juicy burger!

I love their apple pecan salad!! Normally I take pics of my food because I do, but I couldn't wait to eat this salad. Lol! That is my go to when I go to Wendy's. Very filling and the flavors explode on your mouth!

Lets fave it everyone here hates there job bc if they didn't they would be on time food would be ready on time there employees wouldn't look like they got hit by a bus when you simply say good morning they are quick to shut you down an eager to throw your food in a bag an get you out there face but hey at least there dinning is clean ( ONLY BC ITS CLOSED ALWAYS ) just bc they shut it down doesn't mean it stop covid from spreading nor make the food better ! I'm a driver for door dash. This was my second time I had to pick up an order for customer over here. I came to this Wendy's, lobby doors are closed, walk to the drive thru to talk to a person, she tells me that I would have to actually drive through the drive through. Drive through had at least 10 cars in line and customer already placed their food, what's so hard about just quickly handing the order to the driver? I think it's not good business that customer who already placed their order sometime ago, would need to have their driver wait at least additional 20 minutes just to have their already cold food picked up. And from a driver point of view. I'm not sitting around in drive through with 10 cars in line to get paid 5 dollars. Would you wait that long in line to pick up food and then drive additional time all just 5$? Time is money for us drivers. I unassigned the order. I'm never going to take any Wendy's orders again, thank you.

I like the burgers better than most fast food places. Not a fan of their sides as much, fries are just heh, and if I wanted a baked potato I would cook one at home....

We decided to eat somewhere else. Not the cleanest place. Pretty sketchy area. We were there around 3 and there were drunk people in the parking lot yelling. Lots of glass on the asphalt as we went to exit. Wasn't directly in Wendy's parking lot but was the road to exit it you don't go through the drive thru.
