This
is
nothing
new
but
so
disappointed
with
customer
service.
I
always
prefer
to
call
in
my
order
but
lately
either
they
dont
answer
the
phone
or
place
you
on
hold
for
over
15
minutes.
By
then
im
already
at
Sunbow
location
to
place
my
order
in
person.
While
standing
in
front
of
register
to
place
my
order
staff
looking
at
personal
phone
and
sharing
some
social
media
video.
Finally
someone
takes
my
order
and
in
the
middle
of
it
asks
another
staff
member
if
she
should
continue
taking
phone
orders
(1
1/2
hr
before
closing.
When
told
yes
she
rolled
her
eyes
before
she
finished
taking
my
order.
My
order
was
going
to
take
2o
to
25
minutes
again
nothing
new.
There
were
two
tables
available
and
both
were
dirty
with
food
and
utensils
on
table
and
empty
water
cups
on
seats.
I
chose
to
stand
while
waiting
when
a
young
lady
took
her
break
at
one
of
the
dirty
tables.
She
made
a
phone
call
and
loudly
complained
about
how
tired
she
was
and
how
bad
she
smelled
like
carne
asada.
To
top
it
off
she
used
profanity
language
and
customer's
waiting
kept
looking
towards
her
with
disappointment.
I
decided
to
walk
away
in
order
to
not
have
to
hear
her
and
went
to
salsa
bar
to
prepare
salsas
to
go.
Salsa
bar
was
practically
empty
and
messy.
Zero
radishes
with
the
exception
of
some
floating
in
water
including
utensil.
I've
been
coming
to
this
location
for
years
and
each
time
I
come
back
ithe
quality
of
the
food
is
worse.
Smaller
portions
at
a
higher
price
with
the
option
for
extra
carne
asada
@
$3
extra.
Seriously!!!
Will
not
be
going
there
again
nor
do
I
recommend
it.
Here's
picture
of
staff
sharing
social
media
instead
of
providing
customer
service.
Lastly,
the
girl
with
long
hair
is
the
one
with
the
foul
language
at
break
and
with
loose
hair
at
working
area.
So,
disappointed
😞
