There was a hair in my food. When I called to tell them, they questioned me as though I was lying, luckily I had pix and it was literally one minute later. They exchanged get it but still...the audacity

The service and the food here is amazing. They gave me my food very quickly, but the only thing I can complaint is that the water had a yellow color and it had a bad taste. I'll never drink water here anymore.

Every time I crave for taco bell this is the go to place I always love coming here, the food is always delicious and they never mess up our orders. Will definitely continue coming here it's just so great. :)

We ordered no hot sauce, and we still had it with the order. When I wanted to give it back, the employee told me I needed to put the sauces in the trash. Stupid food waste! And the rice in the burritos were old and hard. Even for taco bell a poor service.

Went in at 8am and the girl who took the order was rude and slow and said they didnt have steak,the did have it. She said something in the headset and without a response from the other girl said they didn't have it. They were to lazy to do their job They just opened and already out of food. Extremely bad customer service

It took less than 10 mins to order my food and for it to come out. Hot and fresh and the customer service was fast and accurate! Can’t wait to return. The grilled cheese taco thing was not that great. Should remove it from the combo box and replace it with a Mexican pizza and I’d be 100% more happy !! Other than that great food

It's a TacoBell. You guys know what you are getting into. Personally I like it. Service here is usually normal so I have no complaints. I haven't got any problems with my food while being a recurrent client.

I went inside taco bell for the first time a couple days ago and the staff was very eager to take order at the counter. The place was nice and clean, my food was great!

I love the tacos it's just a bit expensive... But I still have to buy them once in a while, especially now that I don't have a home to make them... "They are delicious.. finger licking gud!"

Very nice employees. Good food. I called in about a cold nacho fry and they replaced it immediately.

Stafff was rude, they left my food to sit out without even calling my name. And when I take my order home. This is what I got? I paid almost six dollars for a corner or fries. Definitely not coming back, this was a ridiculous waste of money.

Don’t go after the dinning room is closed long line rude employees and they made mistakes to my order the person that left before me and the person after me all order were given to different customers. The way they decide to deal with the problem was to shrug their shoulders. They eventually sorted all the mistakes but after a long long wait and a back and forward from multiple customers causing the manager and employees to be confused. Don’t walk run from this location!!

We love Taco Bell, they have the right size tacos especially for seniors we go to other place and tacos or burritos are humongous that we don’t care for. That’s why we love Taco Bell. I only wish the nacho fries were always available.

Im glad they are open late. Since Covid, almost nothing stays open late. The food is as good as taco bell gets. However, one time I drove thru and ordered. When I pull up to the pay window there was a female there doing something, idk if they were taking a phone order for a banquet or what but it took a good 5 minutes till she even noticed me. I had my money ready, my arm was hanging out the window with it. Sheesh! I was the only customer there at all. I don't get what was up with that. It hasn't happened again. I hope it doesn't. Other than that one time this taco bell was A-ok!

Thank God the Mexican Pizza is back.! I was ready to boycott when they first took away their benchmark dish. I may have if not for the Mountain Dew Baja Blast and a few of items that are never perfect, but alleviate the craving for ultra-Americanized Tex-Mex food.

The service was amazing i was able to order pretty quickly she was very patient with me very helpful and did not mess up on the order they were very nice and the food was very good no complaints

What I really live is their crispy taco supreme. Super delicious. Not only that the price is also very affordable. I like the fact that they have ice tea either sweet or unsweetened. I rather have the one with no sugar. Just plain.

Got soft tacos asked for extra cheese there was none and hardly any meat in them and the burrito we got was all tortilla hardly any beans ,,

The menu is disappointing but that's every Taco Bell now. I rate this location 5 stars because no matter how busy the drive-thru is they don't take forever, the order is always correct and they never forget cutlery, napkins or the famous Taco Bell sauces.

I just ordered from taco Bell. First off compare prices here's a fact online different taco bell different prices Anyways I ordered their $5 special box and a chicken quesadilla. I swapped the cinnamon twist for nachos I got this dinky nacho cheese container barley a quarter full and compared how small it is that's not much. I could eat half my chips cause I did have cheese, and i looked on online they don't even advertise extra. Then my chicken quesadilla wasn't made properly their was barley any chicken on the the corner pieces. They may have been nearly $3 than downtown now I know why they cut corners. Just be cautious!

Ok, I should have ordered just two crispy tacos instead of the $5 special as burrito and curros not my pick, but love the crispy taco. Yes, $5 value meal is good pick if you like burrito and sugar treats! With drink included, it is a true value meal!

I go to this location Twice a month. The Service is Wonderful and I love ordering online. I never get Disappointed with the Food and the Girls there are very cute

The food was hot and fresh the soda was fresh out of all the times I've come here they've never messed up my order not even once and everything has always been hot and fresh customer service is excellent they're all smiles and happy to have you here I'll give a review and say yeah come to this Taco Bell on East Street and Woodlawn

Nothing bad to say about the workers themselves, but these employees are over worked. They are hustling but I waited more than 20 minutes and customers came in non stop. This place needs to expand to accommodate the growing amount of customers

Standard taco bell, this taco bell in specific is not too big but you can always just do take out. The tacos as most people know are very cheap but I had a little bit of stomach trouble afterwards. I like most of the stuff here, its very standard. Good location, drive thru is nice. Love it, like a lot. Would recommend here. Love taco bell.
