one star rating because of the restrooms. Unacceptable restroom conditions. I understand it's a Mexican restaurant chain, but they should maintain American health standards. Can't imagine what condition the kitchen is in.

Very good fresh seafood. Atmosphere was homely. Customer service was excellent. Although prices may be a little high, you must try this place at least one time.

I bought 4 taco Tuesday fish tacos that was a total of 12 dollars and the waitress told me do you want to leave a tip I said yes 4 dollars so when I paid with my Apple Pay, she charge the tip for $11. She didn’t give me no receipt. The food is good but what she did is not good.

I didn't like it at all, even though I got the best dishes they had in their menu, there was a lack of flavor everywhere and it was pricey, a way pricey than other better seafood places. I wouldn't recommend dinning in here unless you don't have any other option 🤷🏻‍♀️

This place serves fresh food its deliciouse if ur not happy they will exchange or give u another pkate doesnt limit the shrimp or seafood on the food. Has live band and also regular music its a fun pmace to come and enjoy the food is great customer service is satisfying they are on top of ur table making sure ur ok great service overall would recomend if u want to try something new

Food is good but not that great I've seen better restaurants with better taste food this place can be a bit pricey if you choose one of their dishes it can cost you up to $95 however this meal probably will feed about 4 people if you split the bill he comes around $25 per person and that is the average you end up paying but I always say it's better for you to try it and be the judge your points of view and taste my be different than mine.

Food is okay some the servers not polite

Went their food truck that was located at the Outlets. Food was great and stained well. I had the spicy fish tacos combo. Took about 10 minutes to be ready but there was few people also waiting for their food too. Easy to order was the menu was on the side of the truck and they take cash, cards or mobile pay. Atmosphere around the truck seem to be pleasant and no shortage of people eating here. Will definitely try again if I see them around.

It was almost perfect until I got my bill, you have to be careful and check your receipt, they were charging more than what the menu show.

According to the waitress for order from the owner name “JUAN” or “CARLOS” surprise that the waitress didin’t know His boss name!!!!! I have to prove if my dog was a real a service dog!! REALLY Sr.??? There is disabilities that you are not able to see! They make prove that my dog was a service dog. And after that they give me the OK to stay and eat!!! NO Sr!!! I will never make business with a restaurant who discriminate pople with special needs!!! LEARN THE LAW ABOUT THE ACCESSED OF A SERVICE DOGS TO A PUBLIC PLACES!!! SAD THAT YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT FEELS WHAT MEANS TO HAVE MY SERVICE DOG WITH ME DUE A MEDICAL CONDITION!

Best Mariscos around!! Love love love this place. If you love seafood you will love it here. Costa azul shrimp, and best ceviche’s!

Service was not great. First, the waitresses had masks on but were covering their chin with it. When our waitress handed us our food she spoke over my plate which totally grossed me out and just isn't something to be doing during these times. Also, my husband asked for 2 orders of "almejas" and literally received mostly veggies. If they aren't in season they should just say so. Such a rip off. We also practically had to call our waitress' attention as she never came to check on us on her own. Just wasn't the experience I expected.

The service was great and the atmosphere was not as loud as the Zona Rio location. I tried ordering the same identical entre as the Tijuana location and I prefer they flavor of the entre in Tijuana. The sauce tasted completely different. Price and portion was good. If you're expecting TJ flavor in Chula Vista, it all depends on what you order.

The servicer was ok, the the meal was served fir the three of us, separatly: like 5-10 minutes apart so in waiting for our plates, our friends food got cold. And the food looked nice but none of our plates of food tastes good at all, we will never return here. And the prices were over charged. Your better off going to a food truck then here, Horrible food.

First time here. Felt like I was at the ocean down in Mexico. I order 7 Seas OMG it was pretty good 👍. Great atmosphere.

Very good service and the 7 seas delicious, the.pina colada very good. I totally recommend it.

First off i want to mention that we drive from temecula to this location for two things and thats the tower of mariscos and the guila which is a mixture of mariscos with the sauce on the side. We have been coming to this location for about 4 years now and it has always been great but theres some flavor that its missing now it wasn't as appealing this time around. The cooked shrimp had to much "dirt" if you know what i mean that black line on the back. The tower was also a bit plain. The prices have definitely gone up but now a days thats something to be expected. We will be giving it a try again but if its better or worse i will update this review.

The food is great but the music is gar too loud. They alternated between a live band and music playing in the background and I enjoy music just as much as the next person but the volume was so loud my partner had to scream so I could hear him speak. If I'm enjoying a nice meal I want to be able to hear what my loved ones are saying to me. Maybe turn down the music a few notches.

Their fish ceviche looks more like a cucumber ceviche not enough fish and too much cucumber, their shrimp plate has a ton of rice underneath the shrimp and makes it taste watery with mayonnaise sauce definitely Not tasty. - they use too much of unnecessary ingredients and not enough sea food - that’s definitely not a Mexican seafood restaurant besides the prices are too high and not good enough
