Was so excited to see a new ice cream roll place open, because the only ones in san diego seem to be in Convoy, but they're way too sweet and taste too artificial! Thaicy Rolls was quite the contrary and tasted so much more fresher and yummy. The ingredients were nicely combined and the texture was splendid. I liked the menu options here, I got the Strawberry Crunch and Piña Colada. Both super good, but preferred the Strawberry Crunch. I'm excited to go back and the staff was really friendly!

This is was the saddest day and also the best day. Right when we ordered our meals, I got a notification that Kobe Bryant has passed away. Today is the first time I went here. We then ordered a Halo Halo, Cookies and Cream Waffle Taco, Orange Dreamssicle, Double Chocolate Brownie, and it came out to be $6.35 each and .65 cents for the waffle. One of the best ice cream I've ever had. This beats Creamistry, Golden Spoon, Cold Stone, and Baskin Robbins. Ill definitely be a regular here. Thanks so much!

I didn't like the fact that online it said the shop opened at noon. When we arrived, the window said 1pm. There was one person working inside, the icecreams were pretty good. The kids loved it! I personally wished there were more toppings in my Halo Halo. It was pretty warm inside the shop - no air conditioning.

Knowing how much I like ice cream a friend wanted me to try this place. It was fun watching the girl prepare our treats. It is rolled ice cream. My friend had peanut butter, chocolate banana. I had the orange cream. We had a taste of each other's. Peanut butter, chocolate, banana Very good. Had the orange cream, tastes much like the Creamsicle bar. Yummy, so delicious. Will definitely go back to try the other flavors. Regarding cost. It was less than $9 per bowl. PB Banana $8.00 Orange Creamsicle $7.50

While workers were making our ice cream, there was a roach customers started noticing and getting a refund. Employees were polite but the sanitizing was terrible in the kitchen. Especially for a price like that and having poor hygiene.

Ok, lately I feel like I’ve been indulging entirely too much but I definitely don’t regret it. Thaicy’s presentation is as unique as their flavors. The rolls looked labor intensive but they were quick enough for service. Their prices won’t break the bank either. Win win!

No restrooms, not even for customers. Parking lot is tight. Ice cream was a fun experience for my son. I don't know if I would return only because of the price for what you get. But I wanted to try this place once to help support a local business. Neutral if I'd recommend or not recommend. I didn't order for myself my son ordered the ice cream he wanted- I couldn't justify the price for what you get so I don't know how it actually tastes. My son liked his Cookie Monster ice cream and said it was good. The presentation of the item was nice.

Just wanted some ice cream today with my family. Google said it didn't open until 12. Got there and the sign said it didn't open until 1. Whatever, Google is wrong sometimes. We left and killed some time and came back because we Really wanted this ice cream. Came back at 1.15 and it was STILL CLOSED. no one inside or anything. Was disappointed to say the least. Didn't get ice cream here and between driving there and waiting around we wasted 2 hours. Needless to say, we went to a different place

I use to go often, but the last time I was there I was disappointed on the service. My daughter wanted water and we were about to leave I stand up to buy one and by this there were +6 people waiting on their order. I ask if she had water she said yes she stop to come and charge me but didn't give me the water. I totally understand she was busy but she should told me that I would have to wait until she was all done and I would decide if I wanted to wait. But no she came and charge me and went back to finish the rest of the order I waited like 15 min then left to get water somewhere else. And most likely won't be back.

This was my first time ever having rolled ice cream and it was AMAZING!!! So dense and delicious! The employee took forever to acknowledge me and I was the only person in there but, meh. I got what I came for and left happy!

I love rolled ice cream this is only the second place I have been too but there’s something about the texture that’s really good. The rolled ice cream here was good and flavorful. Their sugarcane drinks are also really good. Which is cool because it’s not the usual bubble tea pairing with a place like this.

The ice-cream tasted good enough but the whole experience wasn't great. Store was out of their best sellers. Service was lackluster, person making ice-cream had an old t-shirt on and she did not seem excited that we were there, even after I mentioned it was my son's birthday 🎂. The store looked sad on the inside. I wouldn't go back.

The ice cream rolls I got were so delicious I'll be coming back.

the rolled ice cream was super good but my experience there wasn’t. i got in and started to order and the girl was like we don’t accept cash so we took a step outside and struggled for like 10 mins for apple pay and we came back to order and then we see a customer come in and they paid with cash and i called them multiple times and they ignored me.
