Normally fine but yesterday I ordered a 5 piece tenders and what I got was 5 very small pieces all less than a 3rd of the size of what is normally a chicken tender. Very disappointed. Also the cashier seemed to have a hard time grasping that fact I wanted to order a milkshake so that was weird.

Waited for an HOUR just to get three simple items. In-n-out line was moving faster. Within 20 mins I had only moved up 2 cars, and when I originally started making line there was no more than 10 cars infront. No way of even getting out of line. Never coming here again. The ice cream was already melted on my 5 min ride home and the cheese curds was only half full. Not worth it.

We stop to drive true to pick up food for my husband, first food was expensive for 1 combo and a hotdog cost was 27dlls ! Second the burger meat was insane salty couldn’t even eat it , and I soonest my husband stop eating his food started experiencing stomach pain !around 7:30p And the same night just a few hrs later we have to go to hospital for food poisoning! Vomiting and diarrhea and crazy stomach pain .

The word custard kept me from this burger joint for quite awhile. I decided to finally look up exactly what Freddy's meant by custard. I envisioned something similar to Jello but made with milk, I guess like pudding. I don't do jello,it's a texture thing for me, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was just ice cream basically. I was missing out this entire time on the most delicious burgers! I dare say that I like the burgers at Freddy's more than In n Out. You can customize your toppings, my ultimate perfect burger is just cheese, mustard, pickles, and jalapenos, mixed with the crispy ends of Freddy's meat patties, oooohhh lala. If you know, you know. It's like the crispy, almost burnt cheese on top of a lasagna, so bomb. I love the super thin cut fries mixed with their "Fry Sauce", which again, also rivals In n Out's spread. The frozen custard is a treat, although I'm usually on my lunch break and don't get frozen custard, there'sa ton of options with different toppings/add ins. I have picked up a Root Beer float for lunch when I was having one of "those" days though and it definitely hit the spot. The staff is always super friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the drive thru line doesn't wrap around the block like other burger joints. I order ahead to save time and I'm in and out. The burgers are literally craveable, go get you some!!!

Great food as always but the dining area was easily the dirtiest I've ever seen. Every single table was dirty, the floor was covered in food, ketchup packets and trash, the trash cans were overflowing and had not been tended to for a long while and the entire staff was just standing around talking. I counted 6 people behind the counter by the drive thru window all standing around chatting while the dining area remained an absolute mess. The three customers that came in and ordered were obviously upset that they had nowhere to sit that was even close to clean. It was apparent that there wasn't a manager on duty or, if there was one, they didn't have any control over their staff. They were nearly two hours from closing so I couldn't even chalk it up to them simply putting off closing procedures. Absolutely disgusting presentation that only got two stars because the food was good. To the owner: please find a shift manager for Saturday night or have a serious discussion with your current one. They are not doing their job at all.

I know its in the name, but I still haven't tried the desserts yet. The patty melt from the #4 combo is my go to! I'll be honest the fries suck until you dress them up. Whenever I hit Freddy's, I need that #4, sub for chili cheese fries with shredded cheese! If you don't ask for shredded cheese they will give you nacho cheese. Besides the plain fries not being the best, it's just hit or miss with the order being correct (which is anywhere you go I guess). The last order I got from here about a week ago had the flavor and was on point...except for the raw onion instead of shredded cheese on my chili cheese fries. Do yourself a favor and double/triple check the order before pulling off from the drive-thru.

I'm here for the frozen custard. The burgers are good but mostly come for the desert. Before COVID-19, the dipping sauce for the fries were on the counter. Now you have to order it during the like at 5 guys. Update We recently arrived prior to closing. It was at least an hour before it was supposed to close. The staff said they were closing but they will take our order but we couldn't sit in the dining room. They took our order and we waited outside. The staff member did deliver our order to us in the outdoor seating area. We did inquire to the staff about the posted hours and the admitted the sign was wrong. I attached the picture of the posted hours.

My First time and I really enjoy my hamburger 🍔 perfect sized, meat well seasoned, pickles and fries were my favorites so yummy and fresh. Ah! The vanilla custard ice cream 🍨 so thick and flavorful. I think you’re going to be one of my two favorite burgers restaurants so far,

Ah, This place is absolutely awesome! Food is out of this world! The fries are amazing love how thin they are. The people are great too. You won't be disappointed. The Midwest's best kept secret.

The foods great, the shakes are great but the customer service is horrible. The employees made a mistake and gave us a cup with a hole in it, my dad took it back to hopefully get a new one (which he did but was melted) but had to explain that they owed him a shake since his original had a hole in it. It took them a bit before he finally got and then got a comment of, "Don't choke" when he got handed his shake. Who says that? Don't choke, that's not cool. I hope Freddie's hires better individuals in the future.

I went with the peanut butter cup custard Sunday. I came through the drive-through. It was fairly quick. The server was friendly. I like the custard Sunday, but I must say I am more of an ice cream or frozen yogurt person.

My burger was good, but those skinny fries are not it. My husband ordered some spicy jalapeño burger thing and got a patty melt. Meh....

We enjoyed our burgers and fries. Will be going back soon! I think the food was as good as the competition across the street and a heck of lot better than waiting in a long *as line for the same kind of food! Hey everyone give Freddie's a try!

We love Freddys. Their burgers and custard are ah-mazing! The fries are cut shoe strings style and their fry seasoning is bomb. But this location or particular time, the food was off...not so fresh or prepared quite right. I left feeling sick after this experience.

Sucked up from my shake what I'm praying is a crescent shaped piece of glue but distinctly reminds me of a fingernail. Definitely not going back here.

Drive-thru took order correctly but cooks obviously can't read. When I say no onions and clerk (Desi) gets it right but cooks don't, cause for bad reviews. SEE PICS.

The burger is smashed-style & abit greasy. I usually have a full course meal dining in. I strongly recommend fried cheese curds, chili fried along with burger and the custard. You could request to put your dessert "on hold" while you enjoy your burger. "On hold" means you could pickup the pre-order dessert when you're ready to consume. Their string fries are the bomb. The utensils are upon request only. I'd always come back for more

Been here dozens of times - always a solid steak burger! Fries are amazing and the shakes are out of this world!!! 5-stars every time!!

Food was excellent and very quick no long wait.

Love the burgers with one exception - my bun was weirdly cold on the bottom. Had the turtle sundae concrete and it was top-notch. Biggest negative of the visit was cleanliness. Our table was sticky, the bathroom doors were sticky, and there were piles of trash around all of the trash cans, so much that you couldn't really put your trash in without having to touch everything else... Kind of gross.

Some of the best shakes I've had. They're all vanilla apparently and you just add what ever you want like strawberries or chocolate. The burgers were pretty good about the size of an In N Out burger but a bit more expensive. Still good though. If anything I recommend you visit just for the custard. Which they swear is not ice cream. Tastes the same to me

This place has the most delicious burgers I have had at almost any fast food joint! I would have to say that their fries arey favorite. Seasoned perfectly, they were such a great side to my meal! Come to Freddy's and they will knock your socks off with their stellar customer service and timing! Thank you all for the great service.
