They close at 10:30 pm, but it was 8:40 and they only had white rice to sell, they didn’t want to make more food… I can understand that but the cashier was very rude! Left without food :(

Workers from Saturday 11/06 very unprofessional. At this location your normal portions are very small. Do not order online, no recommend.

it gets packed in the afternoon somewhat of a decent line. place gets overwhelmed by orders they give you small portions specially if they don't like you. They do always have food on all there items they check temperature on food to make sure it's all fresh for you. I would not recommend taking family specially when there's a lot of weirdos and homeless in the area last time some guy flipped us off infront of our kids this is normal to people in the area and they choose not to do anything.

Customer service was very good. Just decided to stop in for a quick bite. The Good thing about chain restaurant. You can count on them being very similar. Its exactly what I wanted =) The price is not bad. And This is the only time I have been to this location. But I would not mind going there again. The only down side is that it was a little small. Also Sorry did not take many food pictures this time around.. only the kids meal i bought my little girl. Was chow main and Grilled chicken, no sauce, (this is the chicken they use for the teriyaki chicken, which is what I had).

My wife and I went pretty early...........just a little bit after opening time.............only the most popular dishes were ready...............but our food was good and fresh.............usually when you go that early not all of the dishes are up............but they do their best to keep food fresh and meet the business............slow or busy.............this location opens pretty early...............was nice to eat early instead of waiting or eating somewhere else

Food was cold by the time I got thru the line. Had to wait on cooks/servers because there wasn't enough food on the line. The dining area was a mess and I had to clean the table before seated all the tables were dirty. And to top it off the food was awful. Not returning to this location. Broadway in Chula Vista.

Lines can be long most of the time, wish the location was a little bit bigger because the seating area is definitely small for the amount of clients. The food is always freshly prepared and hot always with a lot of flavor. Definitely one of the better panda locations would recommend don’t come if you’re starving because you’ll get frustrated on the wait.

Fantastic service at this Panda Express. One of the best stores we have experienced. Staff who run everything so efficiently with a smile. Edgar and his team are great. Lines are long but you'll get your order within a few minutes!

Ordered today and I got food poisoning never again go there

Clean , not too crowded this time , the servers were very attentive, recommended egg-rolls, and this time, I did get 2 egg-roll , not a fan of them, but my husband ended up eating them, good food if in a hurry good prices as well.

I love the food at Panda Express. I couldn’t take the service at the main and 805 restaurant which is closest to my house so I decided to look for another one. I first went to the one on Palm and Saturn but after standing politely waiting for someone to take my order while the staff just stood around talking with each other I drove to this on. What an amazing difference. The staff ( even though they were quite busy,) were friendly, efficient and put a fair amount of food on the plates. Their smiling faces made all the difference in this experience. I will definitely be returning.

This location is pretty small. Dinner time gets really crowded. But the food is always fresh and the staff is friendly

The food was not great. It was ok. I bought a bowl with orange chicken and the flavor was not as close as they make it in other locations of the same chain. Also, the service was slow. Of course, they might be short staffed, but it could improve and be a bit faster as have better coordination to serve and to charge the food. It took me more than 20 minutes to get out of there. This was on a Wednesday around 8 pm.

Wish I could leave a 5 cuz the food is so good and Lupita and Dora were extremely kind. However the girl named Yazmin was being extremely rude not only to her colleagues but to one as well. Go take a break girl. Be kind to everyone.

Probably the worst Panda Express I've been too. I came in towards the end of the lunch rush(2pm). Super greens not ready, teriyaki chicken not ready. The girl was clueless and told me it would be an 8 min wait. Maybe its because it's this far south but they really need to stay on top of things and make sure popular items are ready . Ended up waiting 15 min before my order was ready. They definitely have plenty of employees in the kitchen. In need of some leadership & organization.

One of the girls doesn't give us good service, she was a latín girl.

Panda is one of my favorite places for cheap and tasty food, plus in there you can make healthier choices if you wanted to. In my last visit, I had a plate with the mixed veggies and double green bean chicken breast, so delicious and every person in there is kind and helpful.

I attributed 2 stars because the staff was rude , their customer service was non-existent. The background music is TOO loud, which makes it impossible to communicate with the staff members. They all automatically speak Spanish to you without bothering to find out whether you speak it or not, which I thought was weird. They don't answer questions and get irritated because you can't hear them well However, the food tastes very good and their orange chicken was crispy. I got the bigger plate with 1 main dish and three side dishes. I chose the teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, veggie rolls and I combined noodles with white steamed rice. Only go if you don't care about customer service.

The staff is friendly and you gotta get the Teriyaki Chicken with whatever else you like. It's good.

Unfortunately this is the closest location to me, so I have had to order from them several times. This location never disappoints when it comes to forgetting items, saying everything is in the bag when it’s NOT and making you wait forever even when you ordered online in order to avoid the line and long wait times. It’s crazy how you have to ask for teriyaki sauce for your order of teriyaki chicken! Makes no sense. I hate this location but it’s the closest so.. I deal with the headache and have learned to check my orders before leaving now.

Dined in here and ordering was quick. Got my food in about 5 min. There was a line, but the employees were quick. Enjoyed my time eating in. The place was relatively clean. My only gripe is whenever I go or pass by this area, you will see homeless people walking around. No offense, but I've had homeless people follow me so there's that.

I placed an order online at 2:45 to be ready for pickup at 3. I got there at 3, stood in the designated mobile order pick up area and was ignored by the employees. After a couple minutes I said I was there for a mobile order and was ignored twice. Once I was approached around 3:08 I was told my order wasn’t ready. I waited there until 3:24. Horrible customer service and they do not prepare mobile orders on time

This place needs to be keep well maintained. Inside too dirty, food to salty, bathroom out of order. Management need to do a better job on this store.

Their food is good, as always, but this pandemic has forced companies to reduce the number of employees thus affecting customer service. It took almost 20 minutes from the time the food was served (to go) to when the cashier decided to stop helping prep other orders and charge me and 7 other people waiting (no social distancing at this point!). I try to be patient with new staff learning, but today was too much.

Today was one of many occasions that this site is not OPEN as indicated on their hours of operation. It seems that employees choose to open at whatever time is more convenient for them, not the time this business has published for the public. Sometimes they open at 10:45...11:00 am if they please. Staff members also appeared annoyed when asked what time they open despite it being later than published hours of operation.
