Although she was able to help us with linen rentals at the last minute. Which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I can see why she had them available and no one else did. A few of the table linens had holes and stains on them. Then she wanted to charge us for them. Good thing we took pictures.

Rented some tablecloths and decorations. Loved their services they have everything in stock everything for you to look at right there. They are my New Spot for Sure. I’ve been renting from Mirandas Entertainment for Years!!! Not No More!!! Love this spot😀😃😊🙂😍

Their customer service is really bad and when you call there’s a man answering the phone calling you names like “little friend” do you understand that the equipment is used; he added to the conversation and I said yes understand it’s used but my understanding is that the equipment was supposed to be delivered in good ok condition for our even - and not only he didn’t try to repair the problem but he said I can pickup everything right now and give you the money back - I said really; that’s terrible- one night before the event that’s very frightening and bizarre - NO MORE BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Linens were mildewed and stained. Of the 60” round tables only 3 table clothes were the right size. The rest were either oblong or only a 15” drop. The color was supposed to be ivory…but the colors didn’t match either. The buffet tables were standard 6 footers and again the table clothes were short. Don’t even get me started in the return policy. “Rehang the linens on the hangers”. This was for our dads memorial service. You get what you pay for…in this case look somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Called in for a quote, got one price. Then when I went to arrange service, got a bunch of added on extras including a$100 delivery fee and $50 fee to provide us a copy of thier general insurance to submit to the City.

I rented linens for my daughter's birthday party. Gabby helped me she was great, very professional and patient as I was a bit indecisive about the color/material I wanted. She allowed me to set up a table with desired linens/ centerpiece to help me choose. I ended up needing to add a few more linens last minute luckily they were available and I was able to reserve and pay over the phone for a seamless pick up. I will definitely be coming back for future events. Thank you

I rented 2 white lounge furniture sets. When they arrived they were in great condition. Gabby had previously sent me photos of them in the warehouse to reassure me they would be perfect for my sons graduation. The delivery and pick up staff were great. Very accommodating to last minute plans.

Rented a set of folding bar stools (actually bar height chairs) for poker night. They only had one style but it worked for me and the price was fair. They even sent me a text with a photo of the chairs so I could see what they looked like before I actually went to get them. Friendly staff and easy to find location.

The price was good but the chairs were not clean and most weren't in very good condition. We sorted thru over 100 to find the best 25 we could

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to please costumers. This is my 4th time renting chairs and they always have these available even on a very short notice. Prices are unbeatable! Highly recommend!
