    Horrible service! I sat in an empty drive through for 5 minutes trying to get service. After taking my order I got to the pay window to find it was messed up. I had to fix my order. When I got home I noticed my large fry was half empty and my special order burgers were made wrong. Finally there was the taste of mold in my large drink. I emailed them and called the customer service options with no avail. I have given them 1 week to reach out to me to discuss the order and they have failed to do so. PLEASE AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S!!!

    Went in to dine in and oh surprise manager told us lobby was closed already when sign outside says it closes at midnight, he put our order in bag while we were still inside the lobby and wouldn’t at least dine in. One more mcflurry was halfway not even full

    I was placing an order on the mobile app and had to use the restroom so I went to the front to ask for the code, and employee had an attitude asking if I can use the kiosk before I even said anything. I was just gonna ask for the bathroom code. Canceled my order and left because I’m not gonna deal with attitude just to get a dang chicken sandwich.

    Good service . All my orders was wrong Happy meal miss nuggets I order a double cheeseburgers and they gave a mc chicken .

    Been coming here on Tuesdays for the last 6 weeks and the kiosk will not accept payment. Have to print a ticket and hopefully get someone to help me at the counter. It’s misleading because it says to pay at the kiosk(attached pictures). I will bring them some out of order signs next Tuesday. Update machines have now been fixed.

    I ordered 2 happy meals thru the drive thru and they told me to park in a spot to wait for them. I had no problem doing that until I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out. I ended up walking inside and they didn't even have my order. That's what I was upset about. Whats the point of drive thru if I have to go inside. Luckily I didn't have the kids to where I had to pull them out of their car seats and get our food. This place sucks

    High-school staff with high school attitudes. You want some ketchup for your fries? Be prepared to stand at the pickup counter for 10 minutes while making eye contact with all of the staff, and have NONE of them acknowledge you. Hire some people with confidence, and real customer service, and stop recruiting at chuckie cheese.

    The food is pretty consistently good! Only ever had to wait a long time because of other customers never due to the staff.

    Burgers were over cooked, dining, play area and bathrooms were all completely dirty. This isnt the first time I've brought my son and its been like this. Plenty of staff and nobody cleans. Will not return to this location.

    I was given incorrrect change. I spoke with the Manager Martel (Martl , Marcl )who was very rude and hostile. I asked to condiments she did not give me a enough. So after waiting on correct change and not receiving condiments. I go in the store and she takes one look at me and asked another co worker mike I wasnt standing there "whats up with this .. . . Guy " the pause was very deliberate as if she was ferrying to me as something other than a guy(sarcasm ) so then I replied Im looking for grape jelly and Im not a guy Im a customer and she gives me strawberry jelly. I then asked to grape jelly for a third time and she wouldnt look me in my face and she didnt tell me good day or anything. I probably wont return to this location

    The ONE thing we wanted was not available because of equipment issues. Second visit. Equipment still broken for slushy coke. And they messed up on order. YOU tell a child she has to eat onions and can't have her ketchup!

    Second visit in about two weeks time. Parking lot pole light was still burnt-out. Safety hazard. For customers and employees delivering food to vehicles. Also, wi-fi issues with app. Now, everytime I come, l connect to their wifi and disable my mobile data. It appears that when I enter the curbside number, it doesn't register, thus not notifying them that "I'm already here!" Advised employees of that. And lighting issues, employee advised, "That's why I'm wearing a neon (reflective) traffic vest."

    Love a good filet of fish sammie, but the cheese (half slice) is most often hanging off one side of the sammie and stuck on the box. Not sure why they can't center that slice

    If I could give them a zero I would. Waited in line for an hour. Workers move like they have lead for feet and hands. Worst McDonald’s in my almost 45 years of life. Worst restaurant fast food everything

    Drive thru may get hectic 'cause of the plaza parking layout, but it's always nice and calm for dine-in even on peak lunch hours. Staff is chill, and food is as expected of any McD's. I will always remember this McD's as the one with the best McRib though!

    Great attitudes and friendly faces. The food is McDonalds tasty. So why not five stars? My issue is with the drive thru... They don't have the best scenario, with an extremely short driveway from two speakers to the first window where one might pay. And though they have two windows to distribute food, I rarely see anyone or myself get sent to the second receiving window. Once out of three trips through. So you tend to sit in waiting while the line piles up and the next cars can't even reach the speaker. So because the cars area piled high, you might want have some patience when using the drive thru.

    Great service the owner is a Michigander as myself and they do HBO Hand Bag Out when you pull up to the window . Being on dialysis hurts everything about me but I still enjoy a good fry and a smile.

    I ordered large fries, coffee with cream and flavored syrup, and a plain sundae. I ordered from the app while in their parking lot and they brought the order to my car. I love their fries, their coffee is great, and I love that I don't have to go inside (I was sweaty from a run).

    Food is fine, not too expensive and i have never had a complaint here. If you are looking to zest things up try the honey mustard and or mexican salsa.

    My experience is based off of the drive-thru only. This location is currently under construction so you can’t go inside. It’s usually busy around 11-12pm since everyone is on lunch. Surprisingly about 90% of the time my food is fresh. I usually have to wait for it to be done. (even the fries are fresh) I will continue you go here unless that changes.

    This McDonald's is hit or miss when it comes to order accuracy. I tend to go here when I know I won't be bothered if the order is wrong as it's not worth turning around to fix. Other than that the employees are courteous and the place seems clean.

    Always check your take out or drive thru order! My husband and kids came home with a piece missing from a quarter pounder patty. Luckily, it didn’t have teeth marks.

    I mean I went to Jack in the Box across the Street, I don't know why Google is suggesting I went to McDonald's. From what I could see from across the street as I was eating my tasty Ultimate Cheese Burger combo, I saw that McDonald's did some remodeling recently. It looks very nice 😊

    This is the worst McDonalds with the worst service! They asked for a large menu with cola without ice, they gave me a medium cola because I said without ice🤔! Car without ice is diluted and tastes like water, why do we pay and stand in line for water 😡

    The drive thru service is very slow. Last time I was there, I ordered 4 drinks through the drive thru, 1 was a chocolate shake, and they parked my car saying they were working on my order. I understand that you want to keep times down but if you have to park my car for drinks, then maybe the process needs to be re-evaluated.

    I don’t know if this young male manager is new. When I asked about my mcdonald’s app were not working, he didin’t pay attention to what I was saying. I want to order for takeout and have points at the same time but he didn’t understand that. He took my orders and there was no points. I asked him why I did not get any points appeared on my receipt. It’s because I didn’t use the app. Whaaat! I thought it would carry over. From the beginning I was telling him about my app and didn’t even bother to help me or look at it. I didn’t get my points. So they cannot do it manually? Do we always have to use the Mcdonald’s app in order to get points?

    There have been some renovations since the last time I was there but everything was clean and the staff seemed friendly. Somebody removed the bear trap I left in the play area last time which I guess is understandable.
