Asked for a Swedish massage and received a Thai with pressure points. I asked him not to be so hard on my body but he did not understand. I asked him if he knew this was a Swedish massage scheduled and he smile. No English. I continued the massage and several times throughout the massage asking to go gently. I did not need a rub down I wanted a relaxing massage.After the hour beating, I went to checkout and handed my gift certificate and the person behind the desk stated it was expired. As far as I know gift certificates are valid as long as the business is still in business. After arguing back in forth I finally asked what was my bill so i could pay and leave. I told him this was poor customer service and I will never come back or refer anyone else. This wasn't my first visit with this massage place there were others time i had issues with their service and employees. Goodbye.

This is my mom’s fave place to get massaged (she’s almost 70) Just in case you’re wondering how much to tip: We are usually generous with tip because they give it their all when they massage - a well deserved tip of $15! Well, It was my first time going there, I got a 60 minute full body massage, the lady who was doing my massage wasn't doing it the way I asked her too, she was massaging me extremely softly as if she didn't want to massage me in the first place. However, my PROBLEM was that when I finished, I was forced to pay a $10 tip. The massage for 1 hr full body is $40 and since the job wasn't done well I was not going to tip at all. The man in the counter asked how much I was gonna pay in tip, and I said $5 although i feel like she didn;t deserve it and the lady complained and said minimum $10 tip and was forced to pay them especially since they charged my debit card. I would appreciate it if they reached back to me.

Make sure to check your time, did couple’s massage and they stoped 15 min earlier, on top of that my girl left the room at least 3 times and was texting while massaging me poorly with the other hand. THEY DONT WASH THE ROBE after each client, caught her folding back the same robe while I was still there so now I am suspecting they don’t wash sheets between each client also.. Been going there for 8 years with my husband and this was the last time.

Almost doubled their price for massage. There is no upgrades, no new service or furniture. I don't see why the price went up 175%. Hot stones are extra. Not sure if table shower is extra too.

The first time I went to this location my full body massage was horrible. The young lady doing my massage literally just pressed on my skin for an hour. I waited a year or so to give them another try. I just wanted a foot massage and was happy enough with the service for the price. I returned today for another foot massage. They tried multiple times to try and get me to upgrade to an hour and a half full body massage. I refused. Just as they were beginning my foot massage a gentleman walked in wanting an hour and a half massage. All of a sudden they wanted me to wait 45 mins for my service. I left and won’t return.

Had a wonderful and relaxing experience here. My wife and I both got the foot massage which was at a very reasonable price. The massage therapists were very attentive and highly skilled. We didn't even have to wait and the late night hours were really convenient. We will absolutely be back!

The massage therapist was sick, had a runny nose, and sneezed a few times. Then I had a scalp massage, and the same massage therapist tangled my hair, didn't know how to comb or untangle my hair. I went next door to Fantastic Sam's to get the knot cut off.

This place is clean and does great massages! If you just need to relax or if you are an athlete and need a great deep tissue massage or evening cupping done...this place is the best place to go! Great prices and ALOT of options to choose from. They have chairs if you just want to get a basic massage and not remove your clothes;) Or....another option is a couples massage. That is Full Body. I absolutely love this place.

I was not expecting the type of massage, but it was really good. They charge extra for using a credit card, and have a minimum tip requirement. That is all new to me, and that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

It was my first time coming here, I got a Groupon for the hair/scalp massage and a 70 minute body massage it was soo nice I've never had a massage like this before! Super soothing and refreshing I felt like a new girl! I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my services but she was very sweet and helpful in everything. Just be sure not to wear makeup because your face gets a little wet with the hair/scalp massage since it's also a hair wash :)

Went here last week and I’ll say that it will be my last experience there. The massage lady didn’t do anything I ask her too. Also, I did a couples massage and they were both chatting the whole time. Thought it was suppose to be relaxing massage, but I should have just stayed home.

This was my first scalp massage and I highly recommend! Cindy was by far the best. Definitely will be back again and the pricing is reasonable.

I am very disappointed that I was supposed to have a 75-minute massage and they did a 60-minute massage and charged me 75-minutes. I want to pay fairly for business but this was not fair on my part. I will have to look for another place to go to. I’ve lost confidence in this business.

So don't expect massage envy when you come here. The massages are great. The English is limited but you just have to tell them where your problem areas are and they will fix you up. The price is great too

They're great. These old ladies are hella strong. It hurts a bit, but really helps all my aches and pains in the end.
