They are pretty fast in making your food.. always double check to make sure you got all your food and condiments requested. They seem to forget a few items very often..

Great food, made very well. I go out of my way to this restaurant when I want to eat at taco bell, I live closer to another taco bell and their service is below standard. This taco bell is the best in Chula Vista, even when they make something as simple as a bean and cheese burrito, it looks fantastic! 👌 they don't rush your order, they prepare your food the correct way!! Well I'm not a huge Taco Bell fan. But time to time I do like their so called Mexican food. It's not Mexican food, I live in San Diego I know real Mexican food. With that part out of my system it's good food, it's a niche flavor, and I like it. The wife likes it too. I like their simple crunchy tacos. They have great nachos and dollar nachos, the good ones have ground beef. The dollar nachos are just chips and cheese. Like all foods I say try it, you never know what you might like. In this occasion, I did drive-thru. Not bad, they where quick, they even gave me an extra taco on accident. There was a new person so I'm not complaining, there was a more senior person managing the newbie.

They forgot to put meat on my cheesy gordita crunch— the worst part follows because I paid extra for shredded chicken. Extremely disappointed— I would prefer any type of meat versus none.

Bad management. The worst service ever bunch of lazy employees waited more than 30 min. For a tacos and Mexican pizza and the manager is just sitting around and not helping how does he keep his job by not doing nothing.this place is so disorganized no team works. I watched them telling and blaming each other on who’s going to prepare the orders never going back to this place ever again.

This Taco Bell is not good! Every time I order there, it feels like every time, my order is wrong! I asked for steak burrito and I get one with bacon in it and I under no circumstances eat pork! Wow this place is really not good! Can you imagine biting into something that you hate? Like some people say no tomatoes for a reason! And to have someone take your order in the United States of America and not understand you because they speak a different language is really crazy!

Taco bell has been on a stark decline in my areas. Every taco bell location close to me not just this one. I will never order another crunch wrap supreme again even though it used to be my favorite item. They're so thin and nasty these days and mostly lettuce. The ingredients are so cheap since the meat is fake and they still short you. Not to mention breakfast. DO NOT EVER EAT BREAKFAST HERE. No egg at all. look at this disgust they gave me. Ate half the crunch wrap before i got to any egg. In total I think there was 1 eggs worth between a breakfast crunch wrap and 2 breakfast burritos. This bacon one was just full of nasty refrigerated pre cut bacon like you'd put in a salad and had no egg what so ever. Tacobell you're company is cheap and your food sucks so bad these days. Do better.

As always, very clean and very well situated. Excellent food and the drive through was also moving. Excellent service with everything i asked for.

This Taco Bell consistently gets my order correct, and the food looks and tastes great. Big fan of the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito for $2. Great service almost every visit as well! EDIT: Changed from 5 to 3 stars. Things started changing negatively within the last few months starting with friendliness of the servers and definitely the quality of food. I'm told that timeline matches the time owners changed and one server when asked seemed to insuate the workers aren't happy with new mgmt. I hope things get sorted--this was my go to for a cheap burrito.

Awesome Taco bell food! Took my Dad son and brother to eat dinner. Food was good, service was great and the place was clean...could ask for anything else.

I love Taco Bell on so many different levels it's not funny, their food is amazing. this place in particular was overall a great place to go. everything was fast & easy and just as i expected the food was absolutely phenomenal [for being a fake take on/version of what Mexican cuisine is but made fast food style] that is if u dont mind or actually like( just as i do) that type of thing. the only complaint i would have if i had to make one would be that my nacho fries were a little bit colder then what I would have liked them to be but other than that everything was delicious, convenient, fast, well priced...etc.

Every now and then you get a craving for Taco Bell I really like this one because it's the cleanest 1 out of the mall fast service great service good prices I will definitely be back.

Chicken quesadillas have a cheap processed cheese. Very toxic. They aren't able to keep Mexican pizza's available. Next time I'll go elsewhere.

They asked if we wanted hot sauce and how many when taking our order then when I get my order I ask are the hot sauces in the bag and they confirm yes. How is it posible to mess that up? Horrible service

We like to order off the dollar menu. We’re magic players. We don’t have the money for food. LOL! With that said is the best most generous dollar menu and friendly staff. Thank you management for taking care of your team in the restaurant. It reflects.

They remodeled and it looks good inside. There are a few things that catch my eye, but that is me nitpicking. They have charges, and even some lounge chairs that are comfortable...sadly there is no charge at the loungers, but there is a large charging bank at the bar top table. Ultimately it is tacobell trying for a different approach and not quite hitting the mark like their not 100% beef

It's a taco bell. You've got your chalupa, you've got your Baja blast, you've got a meal. This location is very accommodating for longer drive through lines, though it often has shorter lines than other taco bells in the general area at the times I visit.
