Dr. Shah his wife and the team (patty and others) were simply amazing! I was skeptical at first but once I got the service , I was mind blown. Dr. Personally did a follow up with me and my wife the same night and the next day to see how she is doing. The staff is very friendly and will try to fit in with their busy schedule. The best part is they are punctual if you have a tight schedule . Also, very clean and pet friendly office. You wouldn’t regret your visit.

I have been going to Dr Parmar and Dr Shah for both regular dental maintenance and Invisaligns. They are both great dentists. Painless, courteous and have my well being at the forefront of their treatments. I broke a tooth and crown and they went through the entire process of getting my implant with me. I will definitely be staying with their practice.

I recently had a dental cleaning with Dr. Avani Parmar and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Parmar is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable dentist, and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step of the cleaning and answered all of my questions. The office staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire visit. The cleaning itself was thorough and painless, and I left feeling like I had received top-notch dental care. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Parmar for anyone in need of a dentist. The staff here is great. They’re very friendly. Dr Shah is the best, he is very knowledgeable and he always explains in detail any work that is needed. Dr Acierno did my root canal, he was professional and funny, made me feel at ease. The procedure went well and had no pain during and after. Marlene, the dental hygienist, she is great, she made me feel super comfortable. Greatful to have found this team.

I've had an excellent experience. I am not the biggest fan of the dentist and I always get very anxious about them. The team here has definitely change my perspective on it. I have bad jaw pain and little pain tolerance but they always make sure I'm feeling as little discomfort as possible. When having my 2 extractions they made sure if I felt any kind of pain they stopped and numb to ease all my pains. From the moment you step in to the moment you leave they make you feel safe and cared for. 10/10 recommended!

I started coming to this dental office about 2 years ago. So far I have been helped with deep cleans, a crown and wisdom teeth removals. And can honestly recommend it to anyone - my previous dental visits I always dreaded because if I ever felt pain on sensitivity the hygienist and doctors would assume I was overreacting - from the beginning that was never the case here at Dr Parmar’s office. My comfort has always been a priority here and I’m always assured if I feel any pain or sensitivity to let them know and they would stop and address it. Dr. Shah’s first question every visit is if I have been having any discomfort and sensitivity.

Dr Parmar and her staff were some of the best dental staff I've worked with. Everyone was so kind and very accommodating. I have Autism and struggle with the sensory part of dental visits and they did everything they could to make the environment feel safe they even let me use their weighted blanket! Hands down best dental service I've veer had I truly look forward to workinging with them further.

Several years back, I was new in town and needed to find a new dentist. I tried several dental offices and I finally found one where I felt comfortable and being treated with honesty. My dental situation have been fairly complicated though Dr. Shah and his amazing assistants always came up with the best and cost effective treatment strategies. I have had several hygienists for the routine cleaning throughout the years. Everyone one of them were very thorough and treated my sensitive gum with extra care. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. My questions on billing and scheduling were always answered with details. I have been very happy with every visits to this dental office. I love coming here, it’s like family. My bite was horrendous. I couldn’t chew on my left side as my teeth didn’t align. Dr Parmar and Dr Shah did an amazing job in helping me. I can really enjoy eating a good steak again

This by far is the best dentist! My son who is 5 went to another place and said he needed a root canal and other cavities fixed. So I said ok went in they gave him sedation it was the worst I took him home before they could do any work. Called dr Parma’s got us in two days later and confirmed he didn’t need a root canal. I’m so thankful for him and his staff for their honesty and patience with my son they were a 100 times better than where I first took him.

I appreciate Dr. Shah and his wonderful staff very much. A good dentist is so hard to find anymore. From the moment I called and spoke with receptionist, I felt welcome and cared for. When I got their the energy was very good and peaceful. They are very clean, thorough, organized, and kind. Dr. Shah and his amazing team came up with a plan for my dental health, and I'm very happy and hopeful about it. I feel grateful and important that Dr explained everything in depth, and sees you understand. I feel like they care about their patients genuinely. My husband and I are from San Diego but we are new to the Chula Vista area. I was nervous about finding a new dentist due to having some unpleasant experiences in the past. I was impressed by the positive reviews I read about this practice so I decided to try it out. I have had several procedures done including dental cleanings, fillings and crown placements. Now, I could not be happier!!! Dr. Shah has done on excellent job. He has a rare combination of competence and humility. He makes you feel comfortable from the start. He explains the procedures in simple terms. He treats everyone with kindness and respect patients and office staff alike. His wife, Dr. Parmar is also a dentist at the clinic. She is also wonderful! The staff are very respectful, friendly and helpful. I give this dental practice my highest recommendation!

Dr Parma’s and Dr Shah are the Best! Not only do they provide excellent dental care, they truly care about their patients and make you feel at ease. My family have been going to them for years and could not be happier with the care we have received. I was surprised when I found out that I was eligible for Invisalign braces and have been amazed by the results! I strongly recommend Dr Parma and Dr Shah for any dental needs!

Dr. Parmar Family Dentist is a great family of doctors. Most people have unpleasant experiences at the dentist but they put you at ease and talk you through the procedures. My wife and I are so happy we changed dentists and we know you be happy as well.

10/10 would recommend!! In the past, I’ve avoided the dentist due to fear of pain. Dr. Shaw made me feel extremely comfortable before proceeding with all treatments. He’s explained in detail the best treatment plan to keep my teeth healthy and pain free. Plus, the front desk staff and all of his dental assistants were welcoming and friendly. Had a dental emergency on a Friday morning and reached out to multiple dental establishments and was denied due to my last minute request. However, the silver lining to this situation is I ended up in Dr. Parmar's office, and I couldn't be anymore happier with the outcome. Initially I was told that they were fully booked for the day, however they were very considerate about my situation and squeezed me in mid day on a Friday with just a few hours until closing. The staff here are so wonderful that I immediately felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door. It was my fist visit (certainly will not be my last) and they made the whole process so seamless and easy for a new patient. Prior to Dr. Parmar's office, I had multiple assessments and they were all doubtful as to whether or not they would be able to repair my snap in apparatus. Sandy, the Dental Tech took a look at my device and was very confident about repairing it on the same day, which gave me so much hope and relief to my situation. Not only did she repair it on the same day, she did it in under an hour and the fit is better than I've ever had it before. I was so happy with the outcome and the quality of the work. I will forever be grateful for Sandy, Dr. Parmar and the whole staff for taking me in on such a short notice and the confidence they gave me throughout the whole process. They truly are a life saver, and I am looking forward to a be a part of this family. THANK YOU SANDY!

This office is such a pleasant experience. The doctors have an interest in creating positive dentist experiences - Dr. Shah gives positive encouragement and makes things stress free. I have had dental problems my whole life and my family couldn't afford proper dental care since childhood. I was prepared to just live my life as best I could knowing my teeth were very unhealthy and painful. This office made me feel comfortable enough to finally fix these problems.
