Awful experience, the worst birthday we’ve ever had for our daughter. Place is dirty, over crowded and extremely disorganized. Most of the staff are very rude, have zero experience and don’t know how to deal with kids. I ended up paying nearly a thousand dollars for my daughter’s birthday, and the least I can say is that it was just a disappointment for everyone. From the booking call I had with the party planner all the way to the end of the whole party, you were extremely rude and disorganized. Such a waste of money and time. Such a shame to pay all that money just to make my daughter’s birthday party the worst, you even made her cry on her Bday. By the way, you can see my review on the survey you gave us to fill after the party. 23 parties all in one day and in one place!!! Seriously what are you thinking and during Covid too!! It’s all about money for you and you don’t even care about all the families and the kids who put their trust in you to hoping to give them at least an okay birthday party, and not the worst ever!!

Place was uncontrolled for proper behavior for children not being monitored. This is especially concerning if parents are not in the immediate area. Had an issue with my one year old, doing absolutley nothing about it when it came up, and when I wanted my refund they gave me a sad excuse about no refund policy. Be advised, go elsewhere if you want to make sure your kids have fun around a responsible venue.

It's a fun place for the little ones, and the pricing is fair. I think the employees can be a bit rude. I also wish they had a little line around where you can't step for the climbing obstacles. You need to pay attention when walking around or you will get kicked in the head. They loose points because the little arcade games that they have, now only take their own special card that you have to load on 1 of 2 machines that can have kind of a lengthy wait time. Also, its really warm here. I wish they had better AC or a big fan to blow around air. You would think that they would, with every one jumping around. But no. All in all, not a bad way to spend the day when you have a kid who needs to burn off energy, but I can't recommend it for young ones, or on warm days.

I was very scared to go on the obstacle course because I have already tried it and couldn’t do it and came off. But, I did it this time. What helped me get through it was a lady who worked there named Valeria. She made really good conversation with me and helped me reach to the end of the obstacle course. I want to thank her very much for being very kind and patient with me and helping me to reach the end of the course. I loved her personality and would definitely come again. Thank you Valeria and thank you Jump Around!

Place is absolutely terrible there are other trampoline parks to go to in San Diego PLEASE AVOID this one at all cost. Long story short we had my sons birthday party here we paid a lot of money for burnt pizza and no customer service fernanda who was supposed to be our server didn’t even serve us we had to do it ourselves. When we asked the excuse was she has multiple parties ok so do we get a partial refund they told us no we don’t do that then the Brent nasty pizza no they don’t care about customers. Then at the end we get our bill and they charged us for 5 extra people that showed up 5 minutes at the end just to tell my son happy bday. They maid us pay for the full time are you kidding me. We asked for a manager then this snooty little girl came out named crystal (if that’s her real name) they like to give fake names by the way. When we chatted with her about this sistuation she walked away and brought another bigger young woman out that had a bad attitude monette if that’s her real name. They all got caught in lies and played games with our money when we asked to speak to someone over them they said no call the store and leave a message and we will get back to you meaning them so they can go to the owner who they claim is a man named Patrick but I doubt it and lie to him instead of just giving us a call. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT got to poway or a different one this was the worse service ever.

I went with my kids and they had no pizza or any kind of food because their oven was broken... but they made pizza and hot dogs for the birthday parties? Then the place was dirty and the security was not good because someone stole both of my kids shoes. I will not go back

I'm sorry but it was dirty everywhere, machines weren't working and there was only 2 people working so my kids couldn't go on some of the attractions. It was like a ghost town. My kids got bored after 30 minutes and I regret getting a play package. The only plus was the 2 employees that were there were very nice and courteous. That's it.

Spacious, clean and strict safety policy which is totally appreciated for families with small ones. Pricing not bad compared to others in the area but they DO NOT offer groupon like others which is why the 4 stars

It has trampolines and my kid enjoyed that part. It's gross and the staff don't know what's they're doing. The was gum and can't wrappers everywhere. We did not enjoy waiting an hour for a slice of pizza. My recommendation would be to pay for an hour. Then after the hour is up order pizza and go back on the trampolines for an hour while your pizza is defrosting. If they try to kick you out just tell them you're waiting for pizza and show them your receipt.

This place is a joke. The waiver system. They have very old computers. Their Deli/snack counter. It’s all pathetic. They ran out of pizzas on Friday 5:30 pm ( peak time). It really is sad. Find a better place. Plenty of choices. Never coming back!

Okay I might just be a big kid at heart but I just love this place. What can go wrong when you have pizza and trampolines in the same place. Got my exercise and full at the same time. Beats going to the gym.

Fun, fun, fun. Went for my granddaughters birthday and there was so much for her and her friends to do with an excellent group of workers to help elevate our fun and safety. Will be returning!

Your customer service front desk was very polite but after that everything went downhill bathrooms were out of order water all over the floor food was a long wait it was not edible I felt the place was run down and needs some TLC I wasn’t very impressed your food section needs a lot of work I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I don’t know how you write four stars

Lots of trampolines as well as ropes course and foam pit, kids all looked like they were having a great time. Hand sanitizer stations we tried were all empty, pizza was good, cheese sticks were ok. Party rooms are nice, but if you have more than 15 attendees it's better to have a whole room, not half

I got a deal of 1 hour for $10, Sunday from 11-12 and that was great! My kids had fun and also they got 1/2 hour extra because I follow them on Tiktok.

Came here for a birthday party and it was a great experience. It was huge and lots of space for kids to jump around and be wild. Snack bar located inside building. Grip socks are required but can be purchased in the front. I like that older and younger kids can all enjoy. Bathrooms could have been cleaner but other than that, service, staff, and environment were amazing.

Super arrogant staff especially the manager Mikaiva. They created a mess because my son was wearing another sock and at no point in the contract was it informed that he could not use other socks other than jump socks. Terrible place, do not take your children there.

Went to are Grandsons birthday party there. Place was dirty, sticky, no paper towels in women's bathroom, place needs to be wiped down more than once a day. food was Average. Family said they would not have a party there again. No supervision at the dodgeball, big kids were picking on the little kids.

  • 4/5 Matthew 2 years ago on Google
Great spot to take my son so he can burn off some energy. There are two dodgeball areas and that is by far his favorite game to play. Anyone hitting the trampolines needs to have grip socks. If you don't have any you can purchase them at the front desk. Once you've got a set you can bring your own. There is an obstacle course that runs along the north and west side of the building. You wear a harness so it is safe, but its low key terrifying if you're not used to that kind of thing or afraid of heights. You have to wear close toed shoes to do the course. Myself and several adults did it while the kids watched from below. It was a lot of fun but I'll never do it again. Definitely recommend this place.

I thought there was more to do there than just trampolines. There is a rock climb , another climber made out of plastic bricks, the sky line , many many many trampolines and some balls there where you could play dodge ball. But not that much things to do. The place was clean no paper towel in the bathroom but it was an ok experience. To use the trampolines you have to buy the green socks for 3 bucks if you have your own you can use it.

If I could do 0 stars I would but I didn't have a choice. Bad service. They took over an hour to get us out food. Water fountains have been out for over a month and they told us they would refill our pitchers of water because of how long it took for the food and because of the bad service. Went for a refill it was another $5. All they say is that they are working on the water fountains. Very dissatisfied and bad customer service.

Let me start by saying this, the facilities are nice, however if you plan on having a party here, please be prepared to do everything on your own. The “dedicated servers” don’t really help with anything, I spent more time looking for them than actually being helped. This was the second party I hosted here and the experience here with the staff was more than disappointing. I will not host any parties here again.

Most things are closed inside the activity center, staff does not know what they are doing. Terrible experience. Too expensive for what you can do inside

So much fun for kids of all ages to jump and run around. There is a small snack bar. All the staff were friendly and focused on all children. Only complaint was the small seating areas.

We had the best birthday party for my son's 11 birthday. Our hostess was so patient and sweet. I can't say enough, how well it went. The arcade package was a hit with the kids. I really recommend buying it for you party.

👍👍 We took our under 3 yr child to it on a Saturday. First I would suggest for just trying it first time, don't do a weekend. It's more expensive and alot more kids using the place. We did enjoy watching our kid have a blast with all the options they had to play with. They do have a under 5 yr area if...

😠 This is the second year I have my son's party at My Ninja Factory. My first experience was 2 to 3 years ago and it was great however this time was horrible. I won't be back again.
