Love In-N-Out! They have it down to a science- even when the lines are extra long, you aren’t ever waiting forever. No one goes here for a “gourmet burger”…but they are really good burgers for fast food.

Hello again everyone! It’s in-n-out, why are you reading the reviews? Maybe you have never been here? Maybe you’re from the east coast trying to convince yourself you’re better off with shake shack? Maybe you have come to in-n-out so often that you want to see what other people are ordering? Well if you want to see what I ordered, take a look ‘cause when we eat we don’t play! Double-Double animal style Double-Double whole grilled with chopped chilies You’ve probably had it animal style before but if you like the cascabella peppers you’ll love them chopped up in the burger. It is an honest game changer! But in any case I we also had a cheeseburger extra cheese, no veggies, no spread, with ketchup. That was a pretty good dessert, ‘twas like a grilled cheese sandwich. Look if you’ve read this far just go already! Is it over hyped? Yes Is it worth the wait? Idk how hungry are you? Is it expensive? No! The staff was as great as always! Thank you Emilio, an expert at drive-thru orders! Told him my order once and he got it all.

One of the best if not the best in and out i've been to. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked fries which is rare for me. Double double was excellent and the chocolate milkshake was extra thick.

Super fast. Quality In-N-Out burgers. Drive thru line is organized. Good service.

Great burgers. Nasty fries but get them animal style and they taste reasonably good. This is a busy location in the hood so don't expect clean tables or condiment & drink stations. Staff is very friendly. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

It’s is really crowded and sometimes it takes a bit longer to get your order ready. Staff is amazing and good as well! Every time I go to California I must make this stop to the best burgers in town. I was able to buy a T-shirt as well!

I've tried few In-n-out burger places and I still don't understand the fanfare. The Service was great and I appreciate it very much. But the burger is just ok, very small patty and the fries were overcooked and hard. I'll try the double next time maybe. This just tastes like a mcdonalds cheeseburger with worse fries.

I visited way past 10pm but the place was still very busy. Drive thru line spilled into the highway and walk-in line was huge as well. The staff there looked like they were doing their best to serve everyone quickly. The food was cheap and delicious; everything was made fresh per order. We got the food in 15 min and sat at the table outside. I guess you should prepare to stand in line amongst a busy crowd but other than that it was a good experience.

Great hamburger franchise, loved the double-doubleand chocolate shake. Very busy place, but extremely cordial and helpful staff. A pleasant experience!

My family and I don't really eat In-N-Out. Our favorite place to go to is the one in National City is clean and the employees are awesome. But this time I was surprised that the food was cold.

In-N-Out Burger is only in the West, so I was excited to make my first visit. As they are known for, the menu was simple, slightly customizable, and had hidden menu choices. This store is small, and despite visiting during off-peak hours (3-4pm), the store was nearly packed. Accessibility is good, and if you've never been to an In-N-Out, it's worth a try.

Great burgers and Service. Sure the wait can be long at times, due to the amount of customers that love the food here. But the wait is worth it. We keep going back for more. 😁👍

Food was good! Fries didn’t taste like wood!!! The normally do at other locations! They were salty, hot and fresh!

I do not understand the obsession with this place. I got a burger, fries, and a chocolate shake and everything was bland and boring. There is more lettuce then there is meat and the long wait time and price are not worth it. It's better than McDonald's but you could get a better meal at Burger King with more options.

It’s my first time having in and out, I order the number 2 meal, it’s really nice and cheap, I’ll definitely eat again. Btw the staff is really friendly!

The burgers here were quite good. I was told that they were the best burgers in the world, a claim I find disputable, but I'm going off a tangent. Nonetheless, the one I ate at this place (a Double - Double burger, with fries coated in fried onions and some spread, with some root beer) tasted good enough to me. The only inconvenience I had was the insanely long queue to get serviced in this place. The burgers are cheap, and taste good.

We've come to this location for the past four years being that it's closest to our home. Today Johnny took our order at the drive thru and he was amazing!! Best customer service we've had. He was polite, patient, and when he saw we had pups in the car he offered us puppy patties off the secret menu. It's great to see people that take pride in their job and are so kind. Thanks for the wonderful experience Johnny!!

It had been awhile since I've had In-n-out, but it was definitely nice to have it again! The line up for the drive through went pretty quickly, they had a pretty solid system in place, so it made for shorter wait times. By the time we got back to our hotel, the fries were cold, but still tasted good. The burgers didn't taste the same as I remembered it from a few years ago, but it didn't stop us from eating the entire double double. We'd definitely go back again.

This place doesn’t need a review to tell you if it’s good or bad. Place was busy so service was as fast as it could be. In my opinion in-N-out taste also like Whataburger so it’s nothing special. Other than their spread they use. However their animal style fries were very good!

Food is delicious, this restaurants are always busy busy that they mess up on the orders. Check your food before you walk away . They need to clean the tables more often as well. Try the 4x4 from the secret menu

We are from Miami, we stop by for the famous food, but the service made it special for us. Isaiah was super nice, he made out experience 100% better. He came to check on us, help on what we needed and he recommended us the in n out sauce. Thanks Isaiah

What can I say? If I'm going to eat fast food, 9/10 times this will be my choice. Very tasty burgers, great fries, real ice cream shakes. They will happily customize, so you can get animal style (sauce and grilled onions), wrapped in lettuce, grilled cheese, a double double or a triple triple (three patties, three cheese), etc. The fries can also be ordered animal style. The service is great, and though it's almost always crowded, they do a good job of keeping it clean.

I came to California worked up for In-N-Out. Everyone talks as if it’s the best burger place in the world. The atmosphere was nice but it was really crowded during lunch. The hamburgers are good but I would say it’s similar to a Freddy’s if you’ve ever been there before. The animal style was ok if you don’t mind onions. I’m not a huge fan of that many onions so it was ok for me.

Had to stop in for my first experience and it's definitely worth all the hype the atmosphere was definitely awesome with a 1950d vibe and uniform everything was made fresh right in front of me food came out quickly .. it was all incredible

So friendly! Food is good too. I like to order the French fries extra crispy. ;)

Food is always good and I know many people that don't like the fries there all that much, but I like them. The issue with this place in particular is that it's always full and you have to be in a high alert to find a spot to sit at. My kids and I have a plan; while I order the food, they stakeout places to sit, and they are good at it because they are still small and nimble - haha.

The food was exactly what we look for every year when we visit an In-N-Out. Service was quick for the lunch rush and everything was clean.

Right now, 07/31/2022, the value experienced from the service and in-store delivery of the burgers and fries we ordered, along with the quality, is the top of the top. It's been awhile but this whole experience hit it everywhere it counts 💥💖💥

Everything about In-N-Out is amazing. Including, this one. The burgers = Immaculate, the Staff = Immaculate. The lines can get a bit long, meaning you’ll have to be patient, but it’s definitely worth it. I mean, it has big lines for a reason. You’ll be greeted by one of the employees and they’ll kindly take your order. If you’re ordering inside, the parking isn’t too bad, it depends on the day but most times it’s not. Sometimes, the fries do come a litttllleeee burnt, but it’s still great. The burgers itself are wonderful. The Bun, The meat, absolutely Marvelous. It’s always fresh. Not only do they serve sodas, but delicious Milkshakes, which sometimes are for the Kids. It’s kid Friendly! The atmosphere is a bit loud inside and trash can be found there but it’s understandable because they’re busy. 100% recommend.
