Great shopping experience today at Macy's. Their cosmetic beauty area was very helpful while shopping for gifts that I knew little about. The area was very open, bright, played fun music and made it a relaxing shopping experience. Their men's department had the trendy INC denim that I have owned for years. Macy's always has the selection I hope to find and knowledgeable customer service to help me make the best purchase.

I had an amazing experience today. I walked in to see if I can exchange my shoes I purchased at another Macy's when Antonia greeted me with a warm smile. She made me feel welcomed. I explained to her my situation. She went above and beyond to help me get my shoes exchanged. It's one thing to make me feel welcomed and important, it's another to empathize with my situation and explain to her Manager Geneva to ok the exchange. Geneva was very empathetic in fact I even insisted if they can't help that I was going to go back to the other Macy's where I purchased them originally. Geneva was very courteous and totally awesome. You want an amazing experience I definitely recommend coming to the Macy's and ask for either Antonia and Geneva. Thanks Lady's I appreciate it.

The escalators have been out of service for far too long. They won't even let customers use them as stairs which makes zero sense. The only option is a long wait for a very crowded elevator. So much for maintaining social distancing and limiting elevator capacity to four people. They should close the store until the escalators are fixed or let people walk up and down them at their own risk, post signs to that effect.

As you walk in Macy’s the first floor is very clean it’s very exciting to see such a clean store go to the second floor it’s messier than Messi third floor it’s not too bad but it’s still a little on organized the little boys section is very small and I was out numbered by the number of girls things they have I’m very disappointed in the store and the staff would answer questions before you finish asking which is annoying

My friend Wendy told me to come here. And I constantly share this store with lots of women, men and children. We have something to do in a nice store. The managers are very nice, polite and know how to be and act. Marco is very nice. They always get me to like everything. I already do but more than anything else. The jewelry is so nice. They have watches, things you can really wear out and in store.

I was misinformed that my Macy's had closed as they are all polite and hard working people who work here. Glad to know that the store is still open. The staff will do their best to make you happy and satisfied.Love their sales too. Ten stars! There is a particular woman with very curly blonde beautiful hair who works in the lotion department and she helps me everytime I come in there. She will go out of her way if I don't know the name of a particular brand and I tell her I need a wrinkle cream she will go directly to all the creams and show me the bottles until I select one I just adore her I mean the help is just phenomenal there. I appreciate a sales rep that really goes out of their way for you and Macy's does that constantly I believe that they're known for that.

I needed to buy a perfume for a gift, they wanted $132 (before taxes!) so I did a quick Amazon check & it was only $65 for the exact same perfume (& same size). So nice place to shop if you don't care how much money you're spending.

I'm very unhappy and upset with this entire process I was on your store trying to use my Store credit card and for some reason they ask me to call 1 -800 number spend one hour 15 minutes with them on October 27 however the lady finally said that they will issue me another store credit and will mail it within 3-5 days I have yet to received the new store credit and its now Nov. 4, 2022 so I called again today (11-4-22 ) I spent another 45 minutes trying to get an answer why my store credit balance of $29.35 still unresolved. I do have the original receipt and the store credit card with me. I need someone to help me on what is going. This is not acceptable!

Truly disappointed on the afternoon staffs on the lady's perfumes section. The female staff was really rude and did not want to assist me on on buying a perfume as gift so i just decided to buy somewhere else. In the past the same female staff gave me a CHANEL perfume i bought for my wife as gift in a macy plastic bag and just the perfume lol. While the other times the morning staff would give the perfumes on gift bags in the brand logo & name.

Staff here is always very attentive and helpful. This makes the shopping experience very delightful!

I always love Macy's! They have everything I love to wear! Shoes, belts, and purses included. The best perfume, and they can give make-up make overs with the best brands! Sunglasses are top of the line, although I wish they had even more from their already wide selection 😅🤷🏽☺️One thing I must say though, this Macy's is the only one that sometimes follows me kind of racistly like if I'm stealing. I feel since I'm the only black person everytime I go, they have their own stereotype and it kind of hurts my feelings even though I say nothing and still but my items. But I spend thousands and thousands of hard earned money there, so it bothers me a bit at times😞😒..... Other than that they are perfect as can be on quality customer service! 👍🏽

The Macys at Plaza Bonita is not a 5 star. I’d give them 3 stars. But the Macy at 555Broadway and H street gets a 5 Star. The shoe department is where I went at both Macys. The one at Plaza Bonita didn’t have the devoted one on one service that I got at H streets Macys. The shoe department here was very attentive to needs and pleasing the customers. Even for having a few customers to attend to. I’m very pleased with H Streets shoe department. Thank you Macys on H street.

I was at Macy's to buy an Estee Lauder perfume , the girl at the counter didn't even see me or pay attention to me ( maybe I wasn't dressed properly ) my perfume was not available , maybe because it was a "classical " her words , I was there to purchase not to be stereotyped , so I walked away.

Like shopping sales. Still using Delsey luggage I purchased over 20-yrs ago - travelled Europe, Japan and Mexico.

I did not go to Macy's I walked right past it go to Burlington coat factory instead and I bought a whole bunch of stuff and a week later I had to return a couple of items last did not fix me so I had to return them with the receipt they accept it and then get to give you store on credit or give you money back I use my new purchase.

Went twice in two days trying to find shoes, never did. Then the one Mac cosmestics girl(singular) that was working, had a lil line at the register, and I was standing near her just to ask if they do makeup application for a wedding. I needed to buy makeup too, but she was applying makeup on a lady, never asked me if I had a question or needed help and never addressed her line forming either. So, I bounced and hired another girl who came to my hotel did my face there. Idk I just thought that was no bueno. I really wanted some makeup doh. 😑

I tried to get a fitting for a bra. I talked to 3 people. No one knew what I was talking about. A lady finally said she would do it. I did not believe this would be a very proficient fitting so I opted out. I will have to find a new place for bras.

I love going to Macy's even if it's just to look around. Love finding good stuff on discount..one of my favorite stores.

I refuse to buy goods manufactured in Third World sweat shops. They charge as much as U.S. made goods.

Went to return item, had no problem and checked out merchandise bought I few things and surprised that even there was a lot of people in line to pay cashiers were pretty fast overall a nice experience in the holidays.

Only giving the 5 stars to the lady at the men's cologne counter. She made me a gift set since they ran out, so I was not paying full price for just 1 item. She was the sweetest.

I love the specials they always have and getting reminder in my email account. However, for the “Perfume/Cologne department” I recommend that they should not be so pushy with the customer. You barely approach a display and they are already offering you a fragrance. Very uncomfortable the last couple of times I’ve been there…

Quick stop to the Lancome counter, again, to get Maria's help for cosmetics we forgot to buy yesterday. Got it done quickly and nice chat with Maria!

Disappointed, story very messy! Store feels very old, and no associates around to help at registers. Decided to just leave and go to another store. Sad, one of my favorite stores. That location I will not return.

Haven't been in a Macy's for years, now that I finally did I remember why! Employees are not helpful at all, ended up feeling ignored. I wanted to buy gold rings and necklaces, but just decided to leave because no one would help.

My husband and I went to Macy's on a Fragrance Date we were treated Royally. He and I left very satisfied and we will be going back to buy one of the samples that was given to him and I.😍

Omg. Having such good sales right now! I found what I was looking for at the price I wanted. I do wish they had a better plus size selection. I also learned this mall has a vending machine that sales weave 🤣

I found the dress and accesories that I was looking for wedding that I was invited to. The lady was nice, the only thing is that it was very warm inside the store like the A/C wasn't working so I gave them 4 stars for that. Shopping in summer there needs to be working A/C in the store.

If you look you can still find good bargains here. Went for party dresses. I did notice that for a young pre teen there is really nothing for them. They are too big for kids department and nothing in junior section and too small for women's small from the sleeve part or they are way above the knee not appropriate for a pre teen to wear. Then some gowns were too long. It's hard to find nice age appropriate dresses. This was not the only place I went.

I love going into Macy's but at the same time I believe it is based on commission I have been there many times in a pair of jeans with no makeup and they don't want to wait on me and unfortunately these women that come in dress nice lots of makeup don't buy anything and I am actually gone there with an intent in mind to purchase some makeup and some perfume there is a lot of discrimination at Macy's and I have told the sales people this that is kind of like what happened in Pretty Woman if you remember the episode where they told her she don't belong there but fortunately I have money in my pocket where the other ladies did not buy anything so I went to Macy's in a different area to purchase my items I refuse to give them the commission for selling me my items and the perfume and makeup Department
