Went in here to browse, not looking for anything in particular. Was really impressed by how huge the store was!! Employees were eager to help me. The bathrooms were really clean. Starbucks was inside and they had no line. They also had really nice furniture that I wish my neighborhood bookstore had!

We come here every so often to find books that are discounted. The deals are pretty good and the employees are generally nice and helpful if you are looking for something specific. Sometimes we like to grab coffees and pastries from the coffee shop inside and chill while we let the kids run around looking for books they want to buy!

Usually a nice place. I bought a drink and then came back a few minutes later to ask for water. They refused to give me water because “you need to buy something” even though i did. They said it doesn’t matter because you need to buy the item at the same time you ask for water.

This is a nice place, it's cool they have a Starbucks inside. They recently added a "pop culture" section near the manga and comics. The record selection here isnt very big, and also expensive; if you're looking for a good priced vinyl I would go to a specialty store. There are restrooms here and a water fountain. The staff is usually nice, the only issue I found was that I wasnt allowed into the children's book section.. what if I was buying a gift for someone? This was a few years ago, but the woman would not let me in regardless of my reason.

Good except the men's room doors don't close for some reason. Weird rule. *Update* After asking if the door could be closed while using the facilities, the local management simply responded with "this is our building." Standing water, urine and a sink broken for 6+ months is the standard. Just be aware.

Can’t beat the location. Clean, accessible, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff. Though this place is prone to getting busy (school kids etc) the staff here gets the line moving when needed and still able to maintain the floor. The Starbucks is convenient fast and friendly as well.

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble. I missed this location when I moved and I still travel down to it when I can. It has an amazing cafe with special seasonal flavours! Grab a book and take a seat! Melyssa was a sweet, personable, and helpful associate and you can tell she really cares about her team, the store, and the customers. It's my happy place!

Barnes and Noble, to me, is a readers Disneyland. There are so many books and accessories to choose from. I could stay there and read book after book and not get bored. Their small food area does have simple foods and excellent coffees. Yea, when you visit Barnes and Noble, you'll find that it could be your Disneyland. I do. Go for it.

Great place to go if you are looking for books. They have a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction books here. In addition to the books, they also have other items, such as puzzles, for sale. The place is clean and and they do a good job keeping the books in order. There is also a Starbucks with seats located in the store. The store is conveniently located in the mall, which makes it a great place to stop by while you are shopping.

Reading, studying. ocializing, coffee sipping hub. Plenty of seating, parking. Fairly quiet if you go at the right time but Busy after school with kids, so crowded. Starbucks seating area is not cleaned very much, sticky tables n floors. NO OUTLETS FOR CELLPHONES OR COMPUTERS.

Solid place to study with kind and knowledgeable employees. I was looking for the recent Rolling Stone magazine, and one of the sales associates walked me through the different ways I could get it since they didn’t currently have it in stock. One caveat is that they don’t have outlets in the cafe area.

Barnes & No or is one of my favorite stores. We always enjoy coming here, the store is always organized and neat. Employees are helpful and friendly. I love how they wrote recommendations and descriptions for certain oil on the shelves.

This one was like the one's I used to visit back in the day, before the New generations started to work in this places, either this kid's are old souls or very well trained and treated by the person in charge. Either way I'm always happy to See younger one's treat older people like me with dignity.

Excellent customer service. Love how they have handwritten notes about some of the books. Their personal touch makes bookworms feel most at home here.

Would be 5 stars but the cafe was so full there was nowhere to sit and enjoy our drinks we purchased, but there was a man sleeping at one of the tables. Wonderful selection of books! We liked the way the children’s section is arranged, and their manga section is the largest I have seen. So much Harry Potter as well! Store needs more seating overall.

The woman (I believe she was the manager) that I spoke to was so helpful! I was looking for works by a specific author and not only did she happen to have extensive knowledge about him, she also gave me recommendations on which books she felt were more/less worth the read, showed me where to find his different novels, and ordered one for me that wasn’t in store. I got a call 3 days later saying that it had been delivered! I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they carry an extensive collection of board games and cool gifts for kids. Honestly was impressed by how much this corporate book store upped their game from the last time I was in one! My boyfriend and I could have spent hours in there looking at all of the collector’s items and new board games (which there is a lot of now apparently) All of the other staff members were super friendly and welcoming!

The most beautiful place on earth, as soon as you step in the scent of new books hit you last time I visited they had some titles on a discount of buy one and get the second one with a 50% off so it was awesome, I totally splurged on a few books but I absolutely loved it

Awesome book store , you can find almost any book or magazine you are in search for. Starbucks coffee is a plus. Great variety of kids books, games and souvenirs for all the needs of a person. Staff is super helpful and kind. Definitely if you still want to have a great experience when buying books, you must visit them.

Super fun place. Enjoy a great coffee and pastry and browse the latest magazines covers. Revive your love for music by browsing the resurging vinyl titles that they carry and ReDiscover the CD experience. And if you're a reader of course their vast number of books on display can fill your mind and spirit in the months to come.

This is a great location and a good store. It's large but isn't normally super packed. They have a large section of manga, graphic novels, kids books and basically any other type of book you would want. Theres also a large selection of board games and I think there is a toy section too. For some reason they never have bags when you check out. One time wouldnt be a big deal, but this has happened at least three separate times. If you get a membership with then you'll get 10% off most of your items.
