    I gave THIS LOCATION 2 stars because of this reason. I only ordered 3 items. A large coke and 2 happy meals, but I was asked to wait in the front of the restaurant to receive my order. At the time i didn't have a problem with waiting but once I turned the corner to wait infront of the restaurant I saw that there were 4 other cars waiting ahead of me and I had nowhere to park or to even wait because my car was in the way of all the other cars trying to pass by. Once I did find a parking space I had to wait 15 more minutes to receive my order. And if it wasn't for me flagging down an employee and telling her that I had been waiting for a while. I might of been waiting even longer. It was hot and my kids were fussing and I completely understood why. I was not happy.

    Please correct your hours "open". Dining room closed before 10pm multiple times now. Sign on door states 12am close time. Thank you.

    Nothing is wrong with the food but this picture says a lot. I don't know what the person is trying to tell me with the 13 packets of Salsa and 14 packets of Ketchup but they made sure to include the Strawberry and Grape Jam.

    Like many reviews mentioned, the employee seems not very friendly even compare to other franchises. They also get my order wrong and the employees seems when I mentioned it. I think there is management issue in this store. McDonald’s need to looks this store especially in order to protect the brand name.

    I only give the atmosphere one star because McDonald's took away the atmosphere. When's the last time anybody remembers sitting down inside McDonald's and eating. The pandemic is over fix the problem McDonald's! Your fries are still amazing, though!

    Ordered large fries but I was given half empty. And it’s very cold. I usually get my fries full and hot so I didn’t even bother to double check my bag. I work at Chick-fil-A and I know better than anyone that this is a huge mistake in a fast food restaurant. I’m gonna let it slip this time since it was the first time happening but next time it happens I’m gonna go get a refund for sure. Thanks for your hard work guys. Appreciate it.

    My friends and I was treated with the worst customer service at this location. They had all these rules as if we are asking for a free handout, they didn't give us our slushy or drinks until after our food was done even when we asked for it, because it was melting. I mentioned it to the supervisor, and she didn't acknowledge me on purpose.. Most of the employees didn't speak English. My experience was very uncomfortable the food was fresh at the least.

    Very very bad service! They are incredibly unorganized and I inconsiderate to their paying customers. Try another location if you want quality service.

    This spot was undergoing construction when we stopped. Originally went to use the bathrooms before ordering, but unfortunately found them blocked off at the time. Decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. Also, the pan handler at the end of the drive thru window should not be allowed to sit and beg there.

    did a survey and went back to get my promotional items buy one get one free gave the cashier the receipt with the code and my order cashier went to the manager to ask about the promo the manager didn't even look at the receipt casher came back and sade i couldn't use this her and had to go to the mcdonald's where i got the receipt from i asked her to look at the address of the receipt i gave her it was from them i got it 2 days earlier from the same mcdonalds she didn't know what to say i just went to another mcdonalds got my lunch there

    Got an order of medium fries and large mango pineapple smoothie and a mcChicken. The mcChicken was good and the smoothie was alright could’ve been better it was to liquified and taste more like water, the fries was just the worst, very soggy and no salt. Who ever is managing night crew needs to step it up because the job is not getting done right. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this McDonald’s during night time.

    Horrible customer service. I had to re order FOUR TIMES because they kept getting my order wrong. I was very clear with what I wanted, one bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and a sausage egg McGriddle with NO CHEESE. Every single time I ordered, they gave me anything BUT MY ORDER. Not to mention the tremendous 30min I wasted in there having to go back FOUR TIMES. I wasn’t even hungry by the end. To add, all their doors are locked, and the one you go through is just a tiny space where there’s no restrooms or tables to sit at. To finalize, the outside is full of homeless people. And my daughter and I kept getting harassed by this one homeless lady, who wouldn’t leave us alone. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PLACE.

    Why is this McDonald's Dinning room closed still? It's been closed since the pandemic two years ago. It be nice to eat inside of this McDonald's especially with the new playground as well.

    The short girl at the counter said something stupid to me at 1317 on 10/20/1023 They couldn't get my order right, I can't repeat things 8 or 9 times, I don't need the stress.

    Needs a new management or at least the cooker at night, on a Monday, if there's a human cooking at this location should be removed, cold food, McDonald's Franchise should be embarrassed of this location or the owner should be removed or removed license to sell in this Franchise, you just lost a 1 million dollars profit customer for life, If the owner can't handle a food business, you should sell it and change your business to something else, maybe auto parts but not food business. Bye, next stop IN AND OUT BURGER, Don't go to this place, never.

    Big Macs were COLD. Fries were limp not cooked . It was a online order that i picked up , it said it would be ready . The person serving me did not speak english. She had to get someone else to get my order and i even should them my phone order that said what the order was called! It was that big mac family pack. And then that person she said to me" just one big mac? I told her no that is not my order. I was getting very upset but, just tried to smile. Then that person got another person i showed my phone again to that person. And , i finally got my order. 20 minutes after i got there. I sorry but there is no excuse for that. And i live only 5 mins from there and they werent even busy.

    We arrived and had to walk all the way around the building because all the doors are locked. 0 parking by the front door. Get inside and the lobby is reduced to a 10x10 area using plastic wrap. Looks like an excuse to not clean the lobby. Cramped. Stressful. Bad experience. Will not come back.

    I places an order on the application for some reason it sent it to a different location I got down and asked for help. One of the girls was very helpful and said she had to advise the manager Gina is a manager with the worst customer service possible. It was easy for her to just tell me to go to the other location when I am standing in the location that I wanted to order. An other employee (not sure if she was a manager or not) but very helpful. In my opinion Gina needs customer service classes and an attitude change

    Start Off With Same Mickie D's Different workers its like it dont get better than this never endless game of where's Waldo its like everyone is lost when it comes to working here!. Other than that obviously no matter what they dont do ( after making some noise an eyes meakd they do tend to your situation at hands an solve it as they can Thank God for the customers always right Lol otherwise there would be no reason to come back but just like good ol fashion Round the block fast food ( cant not come back l i mean at least not without getting rear ended by someone while your legitimately parked 2nd take out window but by all means necessary no thank you miss Im not interested But thats for the love tap sure an hell felt it ! 😅😅😅 Hit or miss with this place up to you if you don't care about dammed if you do dammed if you don't like nike JUST DO IT!

    The food is always okay except they always want to talk to you in Spanish at the first window as if all they have are international buyers... I wonder if they do the same to Black and white people? To be honest it's very condescending especially when the cashier acts like they barely know any Spanish... Very idiotic if you ask me.

    Very rude cashiers. Really bad service very disappointed ☹️🥺☹️. The cashier was asking other team members who was going to replace her shift, she needed to go and wouldn't give me my debit card because she wanted to be off. The drive thru line was very long
