    No napkins, no straws, no sauces, and the cherry on top would be the undercooked raw meat inside the quarter pounders! Beware you could potentially get food poisoning!! Don’t eat here it’s just gross!

    It was a clean place, nice associates and good chicken sandwich. But the restroom doors are not working well, they need to fix them soon. I had a problem with my order, they have to pay attention to what the customer ask, or repeat the order to double check everything is ok.

    Freshest pancakes my son has had. Stopped by from out of town , very clean and fast. Definitely recommend!

    If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. By far, the rudest employees I’ve ever experienced. I am starting to believe this McDonald’s only hires people with zero home training. Clearly this place doesn’t train their employees on providing good service. They don’t apologize , they roll their eyes at you, they look at you like you’re an idiot when they are the ones who keep making mistakes. It’s almost comical.

    20 minutes for one burger… go to any other location the employees must not understand they are at a FAST food establishment. I’d get a burger faster from Gordon Ramsay himself. I don’t know if they take on the role of Ronald because there nothing but clowns here.

    I pulled into the drive thru excited to get some french fries after my shift when I got off work at 3am. When I was about to order I was asked if it was alright that it was cash only in which I replied that was okay. I was told to wait a moment when another car pulled up after I had been there for several minutes already and for some reason this car was asked what their order was before me. I’m not sure why they took the order from the vehicle that arrived after me first but I promptly decided to leave. The way they handled the drive thru when there was only me at the drive thru at first was ridiculous. Why would they take the order of someone who arrived after someone else? SMH. Never returning to this location again.

    This is a good McDonald's and the are being remodeled so they will be bigger soon however, they won't let you eat in or use the restroom until the re vamp is done Dont worry! It shouldn't be too much longer!

    Go during the day, I took my kids during the day and everyone was really nice, not at night, that is a different story. I know the graveyard shift is hard but if you do not like working there find another job. Lady giving the food was very rude.

    The app really works! I hesitated downloading another app and then having the corporation gain from my info. But here, I feel like I do benefit from the app. Got a 20% off my large order today! I saved about 20 buck!

    Child happy meal box wasn't done correctly so when we got out of the car my son's food came falling out from the bottom on to the driveway 🤬😡🤬

    Good friendly people that work here. Can get busy during lunch but the service is always good and as fast as it can be. Place is always nice and clean also.

    Nice place to eat as far as hamburgers are concerned. One big plus is their fries. Mmmm, good tasting side. Burgers are good, and they hit the spot. I make McDonald's one of my stops because I like their food.

    This place is phenomenal. The chef in the back dropped our food to be extra fresh for us. It was exquisite. The atmosphere and the ambiance of this place is impeccable. Cudos and hats off to YOU TCMCD! I WILL BE BACK!

    Typical of most Mickey D's these days, quick to order quick to recieve. Food is usually good like always. A bit pricey unless u go for the value or kids menu. Just like most establishments you generally get what u pay for.

    I went today and the service was terrible, they were parking the cars in the drive thru to get their food, i was missing items so i have to get inside anyways 20+ minutes to receive my order

    I live down the street from this place and this is the second time they mess up our order , they forget to put our products we buy and pay for so it's not free!!! and the fries were all lumpy and soggy when I asked them I wanted fresh fries with no salt , I guess I will not be going there again for any food . and remember the combos and food prices have gone up.

    I always come to this place it’s the nearest the staff is always polite quick friendly but today a guy name Allen toke my order he seemed to be in a bad mood I was ordering and he would not respond I felt like I was talking to my self waiting for him to reply to my order he just said “next window “ and still messed up look work is hard but if you don’t like your work then don’t work there !!!!allen doesn’t like his job

    Possibly the worst drive through experience I've been through (experienced twice within the last month, with both having similar experiences). I ordered my food ahead of time on the McD mobile app, and once we arrived, selected the drive thru pick up option. We proceed to wait an hour (timed, a literal hour) in the drive thru line, with each car in front of us taking 10 minutes or more to pay and get their food. And i know it's not an issue of preparing the food, as once we got to the window and finally received our food, it was cold!! And that was after we waited another 5 minutes at the window after giving them our order code and restating our exact order. I'm not sure what's slowing down the process at this McDonald's, but I'm never going back there again, and am honestly surprised corporate is allowing this to continue consistently at this location

    Never again went thru the drive thru on Saturday ordered at the drive thru window at 9:30;got my order at 10:29 I only ordered 4 Mcdoubles and 2 fries.. The girl at the window didn't apologize for the wait or anything. Gave me my bag and ofcourse cold food!!!! I was so exhausted that I just asked if I could at least have fresh fries because they were cold not even warm cold!!!! The burgers were cold and disgusting but I didn't feel like waiting for them to make new ones. I'm done with McDonald's never again.

    What is going on?? After waiting in line to order, we had to wait in the parking lot for this poor girl walking around with bags of food, looking for their rightful owners. Very disorganized. You are SO much better the the stores at Telegraph canyon rd near the 805 or the store at 3 rd avenue and Naples. Yea, so you were worth the wait, but get it together people…..

    Went through the drive through and wanted to use their app. Gave the gentleman my code # and when I wanted to order from there deal menu he asked for a code again & I told him that there was no code. We went back and forth 4 to 5 times with the same thing himwantinga code & me reading all that was there, but NO CODE. He was not helpful nor was customers friendly, very unprofessional. You could tell by his response he was not there to tolerate not help out the customer.
