    I paid for a large and they gave me this. I did not think it would be this freaking skimped out. Manager was rude as well completely avoided taking my order. Finally a sweet girl in the back noticed me however and helped me out. Maybe hire better managers? Plus why is my burger meat hanging by a hair? Literally just puked.

    If I could put 0 star I would the manager Maria Davis is the worst manager she treats the employee so bad osha should come and check this place out I feel so bad for them embarrassing them in front of customers and getting all of our order wrong when I tried to get a refill for my daughter kids meal that first of all was supposed to be Fanta and she gave me coke said I couldn't get a refill because of covid when it was the wrong drink from the beginning we asked her for sauce and she said she couldn't give us any because they were from burritos and she said she will have to charge me $1 for a sauce it's been the worst experience ever and she's is so rude. OSHA come help this employees I don't think it's right being treated like if they were dogs Thus is the lady very unprofessional and rude

    First and las t time in here! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I ordered in the mobile app for eat in, it took soo long to get the order, the guy on front put my order to go i asked fir a tray, wanted to hand it without paper sheet on the bottom, i added on the app condiments, no condiments had to ask for them too. I came to sit and omg as you see the chicken dried almost burnt, the fries dry, the LETTUCE! Crystalized due to time conserved or idk why it was not nice texture, and in the last photo I couldn’t take it anymore I didn’t eat the last bite as you can see have no idea why it looks like that, i was going to ask for it to be replaced before eating but i was so hungry and not happy to wait again so long and didn’t wanted to be picky etc. But then I realized I should’ve. Will not come again soon! Have no idea why people don’t do things right 😤 GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION HERE IS NOT GOOD AS I SEE IN OTHER COMMENTS NOW I KNOW WHY

    Stopped going to McDonald’s on Palomar due to the incompetence crew & started going to the one on Third Ave and the same environment happens at this location. Almost 20 mins. To get my order at night. Drive-tru. Unbelievable. Upsetting, but trying to deal with this. Will Continue to switch locations until the correct one I find.. the fries were cold & the burgers were messy.

    the staff avoid the dine in customers so hard its kind of funny. I asked for ranch but gave me sweet and sour then it took about 10mins to get their attention just to get the correct sauce. Usually always dirty as well.

    Terrible customer service with the girl at the second window. I came in the afternoon around 6:30 and she just threw her hand out the window and not even look at me and said nothing. I asked for ketchup for 2 big Mac meals and she literally gave me 3 packets of ketchup, when I asked her for more and some sauces she said it was going to be an additional 27cents. She also didnt give me my 2 chocolate chip cookies that i paid for. So I only left with 3 ketchup packets...she was so rude and this is not the first time I seen her like this. If you don't like working there QUIT YOUR JOB!!!! But to make matters worse, I paid extra for quarter pounder meat on both big macs...I was so disappointed and the lack of effort and respect you have for your customers. That will forever be the final time I order from your store. I wasted $35 on a meal that wasn't worth what I paid for. If there were 0 stars this would be one of them.

    The customer service at this location is horrible. Before placing my order I politely asked if I could use the bathroom. The lady behind the counter walked away to pass a button, presumably to unlock the bathroom. However, nothing happened. I came back to the counter where the lady was helping somebody else and she saw me, but did not bother to engage with me a second time to find out if everything was ok. I had to find somebody else to help me. Upon entering the bathroom I found out that the stall to use the toilet was not lockable, they're for anybody else asking to unlock the bathroom could have just walked in on me. I came back to inform them about this maintenance issue and the lady who unlocked the bathroom for me just said "I guess it's out of order then", without offering any alternative or even acknowledging that she would let somebody know so I can get fixed I then proceeded to place my order with the mobile app, requesting table service. When my order was ready they yelled out my name so I had to come back to the counter to pick it up. Then what the hell is the point of requesting table service? They to bring it out if you request curbside, which is surprising, because it's much further away. This is three out of three. Not once have they ever brought my food to the table. I entered the restaurant where the service dog and table service would have really been appreciated and made things a lot easier. My couple of bucks probably won't hurt them at all, but his McDonald's no longer exists to me. My biggest complaint is not the fact that my service request was not honor this time, but the consistency in which they don't honor it.

    The wait was alright, but when we got the fries, it was 2/3 of the way full. And is obviously understaffed because one person was managing 2 lines of the drive thru.

    Not everyone can speak English that well at this establishment. Just went through the drive and I asked if the ice creams comes in a cone to which the woman responded with asking if I wanted ranch. I said no kindly and reiterated my earlier statement to which she ignored and told me to pull up. I then pulled up as was asked and then paid the cashier. It was at this point I asked again if the ice cream came in a cup. And it was at this point she made a face at me and then ignored. If you can't understand me just say that please. Food was great though not bashing the food just the basic customer service needs work here

    Came to the drive thru this afternoon (4/20/23) and ordered a large Marble Cold Brew. Employee didn't know what that was and said "just a second" . Came back on and asked again what my order was, I replied " A large Marble Cold Brew". He responded back " We don't have that here!" C'mon McD's, DO BETTER!!! ...got home and called the location, of course, phone kept ringing. No answer. THIS IS A TERRIBLE LOCATION! JUST CLOSE IT DOWN! WHY BOTHER!!!

    Stood as the first person in line to order for 10 minutes with staff wiping off clean tables Infront of me. All staff avoided eye contact with me while they attended I'm assuming the drive through orders. 4 people lined up behind me untill I gave up and ordered on the machines they have to order the food. Waited 20-30 minutes for my order.

    Been in this drive thru for 10 minutes.. seriously they can't park the car with the huge order? They have 10 employees rite now I have to come inside and get my food

    Great staff. Very friendly ,fast and organized. Fast food is a hard job. The employees there deserve customer service awards for doing a great job! I'm vacationing here from Pennsylvania.

    Does this location just not have Canadian bacon?? I’ve ordered (online) an egg McMuffin from this restaurant multiple times and every time they’ve given me sausage instead of the Canadian bacon. It says it very clearly on the tag that it’s an EGG McMuffin, not a sausage egg McMuffin. Absolutely ridiculous. If y’all don’t have it, you shouldn’t provide it or at least say something to the customer. $32 for two meals, one not even be right.

    Went to the drive thruw and the service taker told me to wait one minute the car on my left came after me and another car next and two cars were service before me, so I went inside and I talked to the manager and told her what happened and like usual all they said is l'm sorry. They took my order,and they started serving the orders after me again ,instead of giving me things the wrongful attitude l received l got another sorry from another manager.

    I ordered for take out only. All I can say is the shakes are WAY TOO SWEET. Can you guys adjust the sweetness. Do you want the customers blame you for too much sugar in your shakes? Particularly the Grimace birthday shake and chocolate shake. Probably all the shakes.

    waited about 5 minutes for the car infront of me to leave it wasn't a big order they only gave them one small bag and cold coffee my order I was told one price and was charged a different price receipt not giver nor offered, sandwich was not even hot enough and hash brown was cold. also no napkins inside bag

    I ordered a strawberry & cream pie, and has to be a least be 4 days old. The pies wasn't fresh at all. I find it really disappointing and disgusting to serve reheated 2-4 days leftover food to paying customers.

    I spent 32.00 on 2 large meals and I asked the manager for a refill on my soda and she said I have to buy one no refills.. what a joke all mc Donald’s do free refills very disappointed..

    2nd time I've here and try and use the app which never works last time I got charged later I've called Corporate n they say they gonna look into it and send me an email no response i ask manager can I get my ice coffee as it's $1.08 on app she said no that's very good service McDonald's oh and the girl at cash register couldn't understand me because I don't speak Spanish o see why ya got 3.5 star rating

    Could only buy 1 50 cent cheeseburger after I went on the app and stood in line. Mcdonalds needs to be more specific on the qty for the deals. So I wasn't able to get cheeseburgers for the kids.

    Don't eat here much but absolutely love the breakfast 2/$5.00 egg, sausage sandwich. Has 2 drive through, so lone moved quick. Breakfast stops at 1030 there.

    I go here every morning on my way to work. Normally they are nice and efficient. Today the service was rude and disgusting. I will be looking for other options.

    They had a sign yesterday saying they were out of Halloween boails. Today we went no sign. They gave us the box and at that with a prince you. My son was so updated. Someone needs to keep track of the order properly.Your paying for something you want.That not right. They should run thin gs properly by.My son is going for the hally pail not a paper not and then a princess toy

    I get there and they tell me i can't use my app deals, my wife orders 20 nuggets and 2 orders of fries from her app. The drive thru workers were slow, and confused. They didn't know what we ordered, kept asking for us to show the order on the app. Took like 10 min at the window for them to give us our food. We did a total of about 20 min there from start to finish because of their long line. We asked for bbq sauce and they charged us. So, once we are home and started eating we noticed the fries were drench in salt, a lot of salt. My wife had to shake the salt of them in a kitchen strainer. Just total disappointment with that McDonald's night crew.

    Service not what it use to be. Half the workers don't speak English. Food is what it is. You don't come here for great food.. so I came back after a few months. And still more of the same. The workers having a five minute conversation before even acknowledging im there. When she finally asked to take my other. I asked if she didn't want to finish her conversation first. Then I saw her the ray of sunshine the manager. She still looks likes she hates her job. It's no wonder this is the worst McDonald's on Chula Vista. The one on I and Broadway or telegraph. Are so much friendlier and organized. When I go to third it's like I've entered a funeral service. It's sad considering all the great memories I had at this location as a child. Only go here if you speak Spanish. The whole staff speaks limited English

    After nearly 10 minutes in the drive thru I finally got to the window and the employee was off to the side coughing. She then tried handing me a bag of food from the table she was coughing over. When I told her I would not take food that had been cooughed all over she replied, "Oh, this is not your food" and walked away. Please, if you work in food service and have to cough go to an area where there is not any food, cough, and then wash your hands. All I wanted today was a McChicken and a Diet Coke but I don't think I will be eating McDonalds for a while after this one. :-(

    Barely go to Mc Donald's anymore and was quickly reminded why. For once they got the order correct and right for an order for 5 people so I was happy with that but the fries were sad and depressing. I remember a day so long ago when fry containers were full and the fries were hot.. I get the salt thing and I don't mind adding salt but if McDonalds could focus on just their fries alone we would be repeat customers. McDonalds could have the best fries hands down from any fast food joint if they just strived for quality and consistency. I'd wait an extra 3 mins if needed be. Bring back my childhood and bring back full hot fresh fries.

    The guy from drive through 08/26/22 8:30 pm was so rude and vulgar. This was my last order because I will never spend my money at McDonald's despite the nice Manager Jennifer. I will delete the useless app {it places an order everyday without even knowing about it}. They should valorate customers. McDonald's does do that and I better spend my money where they can respect me and valorate as a customer.

    Staff management is rude to customers. They told my son to order on the machine when the machine was not working. My son is very respectful to adults and could not believe how rude she was as a manager. She didn't even give him his drinks. He had to take the receipt out to show her he paid for the meals. Never going back to this McDonald's.

    I give a cause I can't give a zero. Morning staff are hard workers but early shift management is real bad especially tall light skinned guy, and a lady with pony tail dark brown hair. I give them a Freaking "0"!. Now evening staff and Management are great and compassionate understanding. Great staff I give them a Freaking "5"!

    Me & my daughter waited 25 minutes, for 2 combos in the lobby. Apparently they gave our order to someone else. Didn't even offer a shake or extra burger for the wait. Customer is not what it use to be 15 yrs ago!!🤔
