This is my favorite 7-11 that I will go out of the way to visit because the staff is friendly, helpful, and honest! The store is always kept clean which is a must for a successful business! Thank you so much for making this my go-to store!!!

Horrible service from the cashier I don't get how if people like that hired.I came to the store not even a hi and when I was paying with Apple Pay and the machine didn't work for Apple Cash and the cashier yell at me and I told him the machine is not working let me try with the card. Not coming ever again

I walked into this store and noticed how clean and organized it is they were playing music and the employees were really nice they had smiles on their faces which makes a big difference to me…I like this 7 eleven and I will be coming back when I’m in the area.

I would give 0 stars if i could, this is the WORSE 7/11 i have ever been to. The service is horrible, the woman that has the worst blonde hair ive ever seen done has the worst attitude and is NOT HELPFUL at all, except when theres a man who needs help wow the switch flips and she's suddenly so helpful. She purposely gives us the wrong taquitos and just has the worst attitude. We will be paying and homegirl is on her phone not engaging doesnt say one word, a lot of us work in the medical buildings surrounding and have had the same experience with her, honey if you dont want to be helpful dont work in customer service!

It's nearby, the clerks are friendly and helpful, and there are good deals if you use the app on your phone. The register doesn't appear to give app/reward discounts when combined with lottery winnings. The total of the same items today with discounts was $7.86 because I claimed my lotto winning separately. Last week I purchased the exact same items with the discount and also redeemed $18 in lotto winnings, but the register charged me $12.45 for the same items, no discounts applied, even though the clerk scanned my phone app. I tested this again on 8/14/23 with just one discounted item and it did not apply when redeeming lotto winnings. When the clerk re-did the transaction for the lotto and item separately, the discount applied. Make sure to claim lotto winnings separately, not with purchased items.

The cashiers are cool, the manager can be rude sometimes and also the shift leader...even though they are from different backgrounds, they are kinda prejudice at least against dark brown skinned costumers...anyways, ill probably only get water and even then rather be thirsty than feel like a criminal:(....I was already having a bad day too, they just added to the depression

Walked in to the Cashier on her cell phone, while "taking care of customer" Walk over to the coffee area. Counters were dirty, coffee cold and when asked for creamer. She said "there isn't anymore". We walk over to pay for our coffee and my husband is having trouble paying with his debt card. He asked her to put the phone down and help him and she said "stop playing with your card" he got upset and said put the phone down and conduct business! She said "I'll argue with you all you want and I'm talking to my boss!!

I want to buy a Slurpee for my grandbaby and the slurpee machine behind and on the side is really dirty I mean it's all on this side it's like the syrup is like turning black looks almost like to be a mold growing I don't know how 7-Eleven doesn't come out and check these things I worked for an ARCO as an asst. manager I know that they should not be like that. At ARCO we had surprised inspection for any problems.

They shouldn't be allowed to be an Amazon Locker. Google Maps says they are open 24 hrs. 711 should update their hours with them. They are not posted so I guess they close whenever the night employee wants to go home. It's Amazon's fault for letting pice of shut companies have lockers. I spent an over an hour trying to find the locker on 3rd Ave which was supposed to also be 24 hours, so that order got returned and I'm not coming back here again so this also will be returned. Now I know why some Amazon sellers won't allow shipping to a locker.

So I went in for coffee and the location it is very clean but the straws they use are very unsafe if you wanted to spread covid this is the place to go because of the straws they are not individually wrapped so everyone is touching them. And we know everyone has a different way of clean when it comes to thier hands. The coffee was lukewarm not even hot. So other than that it was ok

Absolutely zero reason why a 24 hour store is locked. Can't even get into Amazon to get packages. It's 9 pm....

Not 24hrs I walked there from the hospital to get some coffee since it said 24hrs to find out it wasn’t! 👎

Horrible customer service by Veronica very rude not customer friendly at all. I hope their cameras work to see how rude and disrespectful she is to customers. I will never go to this location again.

The worse customer service by a lady with blond hair, she is so incredibly rude, always on her phone while ringing us up and when she answers to our questions she has such a bad attitude like if we bother her. I work in the medical buildings next to that 7-11 but decided to stop going to the 7-11 because of here. Not only me but my coworkers as well.

It’s a great place to buy! Very clean. Very big you find lots of stuff even stuff that you dont see on others 7-11’s the staff very helpful and patient with customers. The lady on the register allways making sure you got everything you need and smiling with a very nice attitude. Definitely on my top 3 stores to in san diego. 👌🏼👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Employees are very attentive and cooperative. Plenty of food selections with some promotions. Big store and lots of parking space for customers.

I visit here often in morning times! The employees are very nice, respectful even at 630am! Its a young lady, an a couple older guys who are there most of time! Doing a great job! The store is always clean, coffee made and stocked! I've never had a issue with this 7 eleven location! Its convenient for me right on my way to work!

Love this 7-Eleven location. It's a larger one and they have Amazon lockers available to pick up or drop off your previously scheduled packages. One thing that bothering me about this location is their are always homeless people hanging around the store, it can be a bit scary especially at night if u are a woman.

This 7-Eleven is my go to because of the convenient location and plenty of parking spaces. It is larger than other stores in the area and it seems to have been renovated. Always a positive experience when I get my coffee and lotto tickets.
