    Don't use this location. Manager on duty needs a little more training on customer service. I came up with a solution for an issue that she had trouble executing in a timely manner. If your team is behind and busy find fast solutions so you can return to the team and get the job done. Don't make that the customers problem.     We had a bad experience at this Particular Starbucks. My husband had the urgency of using the restroom due to health problems andsince we've been driving for a long time. One of workers(Isabella ) said no he can't use it and then she call Melissa who was in charge. Melissa told my husband that he has to buy something before using the restroom my husband told her he would order when he comes back but she refuses to let him go so he has to hold and wait until his order was ready. He had a hard time! We support Starbucks by visiting and buying its products and Sometimes clients need some sort of flexibility and empathy from its company and employees!!

    I've given this Starbucks store three stars only because it doesn't have a restroom. I came to pick up an order that I made through the app and when I asked for the code for the bathroom door, the cashier told me that they don't have a bathroom since it is used as storage. How is it possible that an establishment that sells drinks and fast food does not have a bathroom for its customers. is not acceptable!

    No where to sit down. Bathroom not available not even for paying customers. Horrible service. We ordered a cake pop and the cashier didn't even know that they were out of that specific item to the point that he spaced out and continue with other things until I reminded him about our order. The staff and their faces say everything about their work enthusiasm. Very poor and horrible customer service.

    This coffee shop take 25 minutes to make my regular cup of coffee, the barista was not working properly making lots mistakes and more people waiting for their drinks also the manager see me complaining and never did anything,,,in to when I complained to him ,, he can't even up load a gift card he said is going to give me,,,he have no business running a coffee shop if he can brew a cup of regular coffee,,,, if another manager from a Starbucks see this complain and don't believe me check the video that was yesterday around 6 pm

    Literally the only Starbucks I've ever been to that wouldnt let paying customers use the bathroom. I had to abandon my cart in Food 4 Less next door because their bathroom was closed and then bought a coffee at Starbucks JUST so I could use the bathroom and then STILL had to get back in my car and drive around the corner to Target! Have a heart for your fellow man, people. I know there's a homeless problem near the trolley stop but this is no way to treat paying customers experiencing a bathroom emergency. I mean come on!

    Horrible service, there was two fat ladies who 1 laughed at my order, and the second one was rude at the drive thru register didn’t quite get her name just saw her apron started with a J. And to top it off I wanted an everything bagel and gave me a plain. And my coffee tasted like water, never going there again.

    Woke up bright and early because theyre supposed to open at 4:30am for the drive-thru. Well….it was closed…either the employees didnt want to open the drive thru that early, or the google hours are wrong. Either way, I left to work empty handed.

    FYI you can't do in person pickup before 6am for security reasons. HOWEVER, it is not okay to ignore people waiting outside for their orders. I ordered a coffee for pickup without knowing that they didn't open until 6am and I was waiting outside for 10 minutes and every staff member ignored me. Only one staff member approached me and was really nice, but the rest of them kept ignoring me despite me trying to tell them that my coffee was in the counter ready to be picked up. Oh and even though I ordered ahead, my sandwich wasn't ready. And to the manager that only replies with a link so we can contact corporate, please don't waste your time replying that to my review. Is very obvious that you haven't done anything otherwise you would have better reviews. Teach your team to have better customer service skills.

    Always busy, but name a Starbucks that isn’t packed during lunchtime. The drive thru is slow, but I prefer to use it when I have my toddler with me as it minimizes the amount of times I need to buckle a kicking baby into the car seat. The service is always friendly, but often times I need to verify my order was taken correctly. Nothing is worse than getting a cold drink when you specifically asked for a hot one, or instead of almond milk you get oat milk. I asked the drive thru attendant to fix it once, but it took so long and I felt so bad for the cars behind me that I don’t bother anymore. The drinks aren’t bad, just a little disappointing when it’s not what you originally ordered. I go to a different location now, but will stop by occasionally during shopping trips.

    If I could I would give them a 0 star review. No interest in having good customer service, we went in to get a cold brew and they were out of cold brew, which is fine. The thing is that as soon as the guy said they ran out of it he just walked away from the register and left us there. We just left.

    Reviews are there for a reason... This morning, I had the MOST awful experience ever at the Starbucks located at the Palomar/Trolley location in Chula Vista. "Jessica" at the drive thru she was extremely rude, had a bad attitude, got frustrated when I told her the app was pretty slow, and my order was probably still not showing, her answer was: "If you just put in your order is going to take a while to show up, so you need to take your time driving to the window".. I pulled up, then she hands me my order incorrect, I bring it up to her, she just staaaared at me, as If I was stupid, took the item back, didn't even bother to apologize, then she hands me the pastry, and Jessica not shy right away asks me to hand over the wrong item back to her. I got to work, and not surprised, the drink I was given was also wrong. I got Iced Coffee instead of Iced Chai. I tried calling, obviously nobody answered the phone. Starbucks strives to provide excellent customer service, today was definitively the exception. Management needs to re educate employees like "Jessica" she was NOT doing me a favor by going there, last time visiting this location.

    A woman who looks from Tijuana didn't let me use the restroom. I told her I would order after I got out and she said they don't have public restrooms, when in fact I have use it once or twice. I was meeting a friend there, I texted him no to enter. We went to the one on Third ave., instead. I usually use their Drive Thru to order. And another thing, they give themselves a tip when you use your credit card. Needless to say, I'll never come back to this location.

    This place is a reminder why I hate Starbucks so much, the place is empty of any chairs or any accommodations, they just want you to come, get your coffee, and get the hell out of there. The store makes you feel like a donkey in a barn, just waiting to take your money. Customer service is non-existent, like in most other Starbucks coffees. At starbucks, you are never treated as a customer, you are treated as a purchasing unit with the most efficiency and least efforts to make you satisfied.

    This Starbucks is always out of something. If it's not the white chocolate, it's the medicine ball, and you cant get out of the drive through. They close the inside early and the drive through as well. At times they even put a chair in the drive through. Support the location by dropping your experience. Only then can things be corrected. I would love to continue to consume here.

    I only been to this location twice but both times was greeted before the door closed behind me. The gentleman that was at the register helped me find the drink I wanted and Itzy I believe that’s her name she makes the drinks really good and makes sure she adds a little something to make it 10x better. What an awesome crew at this store.

    Ordered a double smoked sandwich. I noticed everyone who came after me getting their orders. So I asked about my sandwich wnd the girl condescendingly told me it was already at the pickup area. I told her nobody called me and she had attitife3. Cant have attitude with customers in 2023. To many review places and 1 single review can effect revenue production. Be sure you notify customers when their order is ready.

    If you are going to register in google at least you should post the truth about your business hours! Came at 915, google says youre open until 10 and there was a sign at the front door you were closed. Have some respect for customers time. Both drive thru and dine in were closed

    By far the worst Starbucks I've been to. The location of bad, homeless and trolley riders everywhere. The coffee was not hot at all. The service was terrible. I only stopped by because my workers were doing a job in that area and wanted coffee and food.

    My order was done by dove best service in all the Starbucks in the area, definitely returning because because of her outstanding customer service. I feel that she sells the product at a manager skill set. Very knowledgeable on the drinks and food.

    My coffees weren’t made right they just taste plain milk!!! A white mocha is suppose to taste sweet and so as a vanilla crème they don’t have any flavor at all !!

    I just went to Starbucks to ask them if they could give me some water since it’s free and one of the girls that work there told me they were only taking orders through the drive-thru. I told her it was just water since it’s free and she didn’t even want to give me some. They act like I was asking for a lot. Very sad and disappointing. The weather has been so hot and bad. It wasn’t even 5:30 PM when I went in there to ask for some water. I don’t recommend place. Please treat people better.

    It's amazing how a place that sells food and beverage does not let it's customers use the restroom. No restroom no purchase! If enough of us complain and boycott that particular store they will open the restroom to the public again.

    They use to be really fast and efficient in the mornings but has gone downhill since the remodel. Looks like they got new people and it’s so slow. I try to come in my lunch and they’re even slower. Literally takes 15 minutes just to order at the drive thru.

    The worst Starbucks location. Drive through full and when you try to go in and use the bathroom is on keypad. You ask for code and they ask for receipt or a purchase, i told them i was in line for 15minutes ready to purchase but needed to use bathroom. Horrible experience.

    Good drinks, friendly staff, but unforgivingly mismanaged location. The staff doesn't deserve such a cruddy supervisor - she gave her friends free drinks and had the workers make it for them (they didnt even leave a tip). WARNING: no outlets to charge phone/laptop, ANYWHERE.

    I used to shop every day in this location but this Wednesday two workers came to me while i was formed at the drive through and asked me if i could go back to the end of the line because i cut off infront of the truck behind me. I was listening to music and couldn't hear a thing, but apparently truck has been honking its horn thats why they came out to see what was happening. I dont know why the truck owner felt like they belonged infront of me or how can you cut someone off in a drive through line, but one thing is for sure, the employees just decided to side with this person and asked me to go to the end of the line, the lady seemed to feel pretty bad about it, thats why i decided not to make a scene and decided to leave instead, but im never coming back to the stablishment.

    No car for drive-thru, I ordered online, and they wouldn't give me my order bc it was just drivr thru. I nocked the door multiple times, and they ignored me completely. This stsrbuvk peopledoesnt treat you well; they don't deserve to work for any starbucks. I never got my order

    I come here almost everyday and order exactly the same thing, the employees are very nice , very welcoming, it gets really busy at this location but they are very fast and make sure your order is right before leaving.
