This
morning,
I
had
the
MOST
awful
experience
ever
at
the
Starbucks
located
at
the
Palomar/Trolley
location
in
Chula
Vista.
"Jessica"
at
the
drive
thru
she
was
extremely
rude,
had
a
bad
attitude,
got
frustrated
when
I
told
her
the
app
was
pretty
slow,
and
my
order
was
probably
still
not
showing,
her
answer
was:
"If
you
just
put
in
your
order
is
going
to
take
a
while
to
show
up,
so
you
need
to
take
your
time
driving
to
the
window"..
I
pulled
up,
then
she
hands
me
my
order
incorrect,
I
bring
it
up
to
her,
she
just
staaaared
at
me,
as
If
I
was
stupid,
took
the
item
back,
didn't
even
bother
to
apologize,
then
she
hands
me
the
pastry,
and
Jessica
not
shy
right
away
asks
me
to
hand
over
the
wrong
item
back
to
her.
I
got
to
work,
and
not
surprised,
the
drink
I
was
given
was
also
wrong.
I
got
Iced
Coffee
instead
of
Iced
Chai.
I
tried
calling,
obviously
nobody
answered
the
phone.
Starbucks
strives
to
provide
excellent
customer
service,
today
was
definitively
the
exception.
Management
needs
to
re
educate
employees
like
"Jessica"
she
was
NOT
doing
me
a
favor
by
going
there,
last
time
visiting
this
location.
