This property is not maintained properly. Water in the pool is not cleaned. The pillow, curtain and beds in the room are too dirty. Only the nature view from the resort is good They serve only tiffen, that too worst food to have going so far. And also the staff care least about the customer satisfaction.

What a perfect location this is, particularly if you enjoy peace and tranquility. My room was basic but very clean, and even had a kettle! Plenty of hot water and the view from my room window was FANTASTIC. The shared balcony is a great place to chill, you can even take a chair upstairs and sit on the roof top and enjoy the warmth of the setting sun. Highly recommend this place. Very unhygienic. Pillow covers looked unwashed, beds were very untidy, rooms were filled with leech and insects and were dirty. More than half the lights weren’t working. We stayed as a group and one of our friends hurt his leg because of the poor maintenance of stairs (metal stairs on a rainy day with no railing and 50 foot drop right next to it). Very dangerous. Location is very remote with no signal, thankfully they had WiFi. Someone stole my slipper so theft is also pretty common here. Pool was unclean as well. The pretty view acts as a poor compensation for an overall bad stay. Please do not come here, save money and go anywhere else. I learnt the hard way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful resort and i can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. The resort itself was stunning, with lush greenery, and nice view,but what really made the experience special was the exceptional service provided by the manager ajay and the boy name munner.. ❤️ I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a bachelor's friendly resort and memorable vacation. Nice clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, at walking distance of Connaught Place, India Gate, etc. in the city. Very well equipped and modern gym, everything you need for your lifting and fitness.

Excellent service; great experience Perfect place to stay if you have small to medium sized group (4-8 people). you have full privacy with all requirements taken care of. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is homely and delicious; There is a bonfire to sit by in winter nights. There are indoor games such as chess and carrom. There's a badminton court available. Cricket and badminton equipment are also provided. There are walking trails where you can go for a stroll in the morning. Loved our stay. Will highly recommend. And friendly staff to especially sobin and abin.

Resort was good, Staff and food was nice, Road to resort is trekky in the last 300meters. Swimming pool &barbeque were availaible, and friendly staff and especially ajay property manager done a good job..thank tripsy and heaven hills resort teams.
