I recently had the pleasure of visiting Small Batch campsite that exceeded all of my expectations. The site was clean and well-maintained, making for a great camping experience. The owners of the site were extremely knowledgeable, and were always available to answer any questions or offer advice on the best places to visit in the surrounding area. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the access to the Long Mynd walks. The trails were well-marked and provided stunning views of the surrounding landscapes, offering a great opportunity to get out and explore the area. I can highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained space to pitch their tent. I saw access points for Caravans too.

Lovely campsite in an idyllic location. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The site has most facilities you would require for a short stay. Walks from the campsite are lovely and the two pubs in the village are great for food and ales.

I had an amazing time staying here, I haven't a single bad word to say. Pam and Oscar are the owners of the campsite, they were very kind and accommodating. The campsite is near the heart of the Shropshire hills just a 2 mile walk/drive from church stretton a lovely village with a variety of shops, restaurants and a few good pubs. I cannot put into words how life changing this trip has been for me, you'll just have to go and see for yourself, and if you do, say hi to Pam for me x

Campsite is in a very picturesque setting and ideal for walking routes. The plots are in a slightly sloped field accessed by a track. We had 48 hours of rain at the start of our stay and the site got very muddy - there's not much they can do about it, just the nature of the site and late April / early May weather. They provided rubber mats for helping cars around. The experience got much better in the sun. Facilities are basic but fine. Freezer and charging points available.

Just a one night stop over for my dog and me. Friendly owners but not intrusive. All basic services with no fuss. Beautiful rural area and small, pretty campsite. Walk straight onto the long mynd or to the 2 nearby pubs. Would recommend.

Driving through a ford to reach the site helps set the scene, with a babbling brook running the full length of one side of the field, and a steep ridge behind the other side. At the opposite side to the field entrance is a style for wonderful walks. The site is well laid out with numbered pitch markers to ensure space between users. Great to see children playing together. Friendly, helpful couple who run (and presumably own) the site. Stayed in our self-contained moho, so didn't use services. A stone's throw away is the village with an array of intereting old houses, not to mention two excellent freehouses which both offer food. Will definitely return.

This site is all about location. If you love camping close to a lovely town with amazing views and walks this one would be one of the best sites. The site has been on since 1920 and is run by a lovely couple.

Wonderful location and very friendly hosts. The only thing lacking was there were no apparent recycling facilities on site.

Can't fault this small, beautiful site. Pam and Oscar are lovely I don't know how they have strength to run this place. The showers are clean, hot and free. The setting is amazing, views of Long Mynd just wish I could have climbed up there.
