    Terrible service; Diningroom is hardly ever open leaving long drive thru lines and extremely slow servie. Took 20 minutes to get my order. When diningroom was open was sloppy and dirty espeically around trash containers and soda machines. They should just close until they get staffed up and trained accordingly.

    The service at the Bel Air / 2111 Churchville Road location has gone downhill in recent months. Yesterday was the worst, and I won't be back. Going through the drive through at around 10:45 am (9/21/22) I first had to wait several minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I was finally greeted with "Can I help you?" I started to place my order and was cut off with "can I help you?" I replied "Can you hear me?" Response: "can I help you?"; I repeated "Can you hear me?". This went on 4 - 5 times when I heard "Are you there?" I raised my voice and repeated "Can you hear me?". Well they heard that, because they snapped back "yes, I can hear you!" Could she hear me the whole time? Who knows. She continued to be rude while asking me for my order. But I had had enough and told her "never mind, I'm going somewhere else."

    Waited over 10 minutes for our order. The fries were disgusting. The bread for my burger was hard. My sons crispy chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked. This place needs to be cleaned

    Horrible wait time one Two cars behind me and 8’ 1st in line. Ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels and danish and sweet tea. Got drink at window and was asked to pull up to yellow line. Had to wait 10mins for their to bring my food! How is that fast food! Ridiculous!!! Then my breakfast bagel bread was burnt and the sandwich was cold! I tried calling the store several times because I didn’t have time to turn around and they never picked up the phone. Ridiculous!

    I think they had 2 people working on a Friday night at 9pm..placed an order on the app I'm 20min away got there an waited 10 Minutes at the window had people leaving the line behind me. My iced coffee was creamer. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon no bacon and the fries sucked which is usually the 1 thing I look forward to. Was my first an last time here and it's not just this location that's customer service doesn't exist anymore.

    I ordered a fish meal The fries were warm, the fish and bun had been reheated. The bun was very brown, sitting under the warmer too long. The manager gave me a portion of my money back, because I kept the drink. Are things that bad? I won't be going back to that location. Alot of young people working. They didn't greet when collecting money nor when serving the food. I had put this place on time out for awhile. Now, I won't go back. I'd rather drive 15 minutes for better service and hot/fresh food

    I never thought there could be a McDonald's as bad as the one in Havre de Grace! Yesterday, I was proven wrong. The Campus Hills McDonald's is just as bad, if not worse. The bathroom was so nasty that it's indescribable, so I skipped that. Stood in line just to grab a quick drink and was completely ignored by all staff. The register clerk kept talking in her headset and ignored me. Three young ladies looked to be getting off, and they ignored me, the the manager came out with two other employees, speaking Spanish to them, and she ignored me. Finally, the register clerk got off of her headset, looked at me, and stated, "You're just gonna have to wait." then walked away. At that point, it wasn't worth it, so I walked out. Hence, there are no ratings for the food because I never got that far. I'll never go back. I should have known better. A McDonald's is a McDonald's. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but no service is ridiculous.

    Placed my order on line and waited outside. Get home had a double with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Asked for double, clicked on mayo, none for ketchup, cheese, and none for pickles. Happen to be allergic to tomatoes. This type of mistake can be deadly. I didn't eat my burger, and waisted money.

    Ordered 4 plain Double Cheeese Burgers. Once home found 3 had ketchup and the 4th had onions. They were also cold.

    Dining room is closed early with no signage, so the mobile order I ordered for pickup inside had to be picked up via drive thru. A quick trip turned into a 15 minute wait because the drive thru was busy. I wouldn't have placed a mobile order if I had known the inconvenience of the drive thru was going to be an added factor. I avoid this location normally and unfortunately was reminded this evening why I do so.

    The worst McDonalds I have eaten ate. Bread was hard and dried out, and burger burnt and dried out. I have felt like the quality has been declining, but this was just terrible. Would not recommend stopping here.

    As this happened to someone I know, and I’ve experienced similar here, since when is it acceptable to take away food someone paid for because they asked for more ketchup after being handed only 3 and being straight up told no, telling them to pay for it, being told they’re not buying ketchup and saying that’s too bad as you take away their PAID FOR FOOD? And this is a manager?? What happened to customer service, and is the manager really managing food costs that poorly that they’re not only charging people for enough ketchup for their food but taking away customers paid for meals if they express any disagreement to it? The only time this place is even decent is when the District Manager is working. As an experienced food service manager I’m appalled at how this was considerably acceptable. That is theft, on top of poor service, and poor management.

    Worse freaking McDonalds ever. Its sad. It never used to be like that. Service sucks. Food sucks. Lazy lazy lazy employees!!! Waiting at the window for a few cheeseburgers and fries. Order was only 15 bucks. Already paid. At the window and waiting. All the lazy employees leaning around. On the phones. Def different there. Better off going to 711.

    Stopped in for a cup of coffee. Didn't see any ordering kiosk so waited at the counter. Everyone was working on the drive up service. Finally got someone to take my order. Coffee here is very good. The place was very clean

    Quarter pounder seems smaller than they use to be. Fried were a good and hot and plenty of them. They brought food to me at table.

    I don't know why it's become so hard for them to service with courtesy and manners. Also had not been given my receipt and when I asked for it, reply is the machine is broken. Twice in a week. Not to mention that I rarely get my order done correctly.

    Need more training at the register at least 40% of the time when I order a steak egg and cheese bagel sub muffin they convert the order to a steak egg and cheese muffin which has a different kind of egg in it and they don't always put the onions and breakfast sauce on it. I order extra cups of breakfast sauce and sometimes they're full and sometimes they're only 50% full. 10/31/23

    We typically go to the McDonald's in Hickory but they haven't gotten our order correct once in the past 6 months. This location was friendly and got our order correct! Thank you so very much!!!

    Went here twice and had bees fly into my car at the drive thru. I had to jump out of my car because they were right in my face. Once I forgot to put car in park, luckily managed to stop car before hitting person in front of me. Very stressful!

    I've been going to this McDonald's for breakfast lately. The food is typical McDonald's Fair served hot and tasty. The service is quick and no complaints.

    I had to wait at the counter for someone to show up to take my order. I was standing there for 17 minutes. Also the young women who was making my milkshake was standing at the milkshake machine texting on her phone instead of working. Very unprofessional and awful customer assistance/service. Will never come back to this specific McDonald's.

    Churchville drive thru team…amazing!!! Fast and great customer service. Didn’t catch her name but the employee handing out food at 12:40 on Monday was a sweetheart!!!!

    Absolutely horrible! Ordered a quarter pounder meal and got a sandwich that had two kid patties together as the meat with a slice of cheese between them, no ketchup, no mustard and LITERALLY half an onion! Try calling the location for the last 20 minutes and no one answers the phone.

    I'm not sure what happened at the drive in but the dining room was closed and in the drive thru, I swear I was waiting with no exaggeration 30 minutes! Ridiculous, why? then if not enough staffing, close. Poor service but not a reflection of other McDonald's in the area that is so much better. Plus the McDonald's is next to Harford Community College.

    Very polite but overwhelmed employees who are obviously not being trained or managed properly. To the owner/franchisee: you need new management, immediately. If someone had been filming the interactions I just saw in this McDonald's several employees would be promoted and the manager would be fired on the spot. Food quality is fine.
