As
this
happened
to
someone
I
know,
and
I’ve
experienced
similar
here,
since
when
is
it
acceptable
to
take
away
food
someone
paid
for
because
they
asked
for
more
ketchup
after
being
handed
only
3
and
being
straight
up
told
no,
telling
them
to
pay
for
it,
being
told
they’re
not
buying
ketchup
and
saying
that’s
too
bad
as
you
take
away
their
PAID
FOR
FOOD?
And
this
is
a
manager??
What
happened
to
customer
service,
and
is
the
manager
really
managing
food
costs
that
poorly
that
they’re
not
only
charging
people
for
enough
ketchup
for
their
food
but
taking
away
customers
paid
for
meals
if
they
express
any
disagreement
to
it?
The
only
time
this
place
is
even
decent
is
when
the
District
Manager
is
working.
As
an
experienced
food
service
manager
I’m
appalled
at
how
this
was
considerably
acceptable.
That
is
theft,
on
top
of
poor
service,
and
poor
management.
