The clinic very tiddy and clean. Staffs are helpfull and nice. Dentists also pro and nice too. I also take my toddler for his dental care here. In this pandemic situation this clinic provide you extra PPE for safety. I recommended this dental clinic for your family dental care.

Service was good. But I think it was really too expensive, just for filling one tooth cost more than Rp 4.100.000 and the staff not informing about the price before doing the service. Disappointed

From the start when I wanted to install braces here, I was hesitant when I saw the bad reviews, but the admin explained that it was just a mistake, but in reality when I went through it, this clinic was NOT RECOMMENDED, THE DOCTOR, ADMIN AND WSDC CCM MANAGEMENT ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, they just changed the schedule at the last minute, 3x in a row my schedule was changed by the admin, chaotic management, LIES about the doctor who installed the braces, he said the ortho doctor installed them, it turns out that during the procedure the licensed general dentist installed the ortho... he was unable to solve the problem he made and seemed to run away, no responsible...VERY UNPLEASANT, DISAPPOINTED!!!!

A great place for a dental, with their well-conducted health protocol regarding Covid-19, some really professional and well-mannered doctors, a really good service from the nurses, and also a neat and clean environment. Not to mention the location of the clinic itself that is in the mall, so you are guaranteed to not get bored while waiting for your turn.

1. Treatment is behind schedule. Asked to wait. 2. I often had treatment here before but it wasn't a promo. Well, when CB took the promotional one, the service was very unprofessional. The doctor was a bit pushy, with regards to additional procedures, he didn't feel comfortable refusing it and when I did the scaling, it wasn't like the previous doctors, sorry, it was a bit rude so I decided to just take the scaling, but it seemed like it was still done because when I paid there was a charge. 3. When they were informed they would claim they were asked to wait outside, but in fact the admin wrote the dx: patch reduction but they were asked what the indication was, I didn't know because the doctor had already left (previously the patch was also at the clinic). I paid for the action myself (even though I was given information again about scaling only) and this action was outside of the scaling promo. In the end, because the admin doesn't know the end, the insurance will just call, even though it should be clear. The answer was after waiting a long time too. 4. The promo clearly says free admin fees, but when it was confirmed what the fees were, it turned out they were still being charged and were finally revised. 5. Admin is not cooperative and not customer centric, asked when the tumbeb was like that or because of a promo. In fact, he answered, "Yes, it's definitely different when it comes to promotions." In a sarcastic tone. Even though I paid for my actions myself, it wasn't a promotion. From that experience, maybe if someone is going there, be more careful, check the bill in detail even though it has a promotional logo, be careful if you add action, maybe it's better to have a second opinion first.

The doctor was careless and seemed unprofessional in carrying out actions on patients. This was my child's first treatment here, when he told me what treatment he wanted to take, the doctor seemed a little pushy about carrying out additional treatment, so it was difficult for him to refuse. When scaling was done and bleeding occurred, my child was given drainage but the doctor did not inform me that the drainage was subject to additional fees. This made me shocked when I saw the receipt that was given for a fairly expensive fee. Actually, my child usually goes to another dentist, but because he needed it quickly and the place he was visiting was fully booked that day, he had to come here. With an experience like this, I have given up, I will not have treatment here again.

Very profesional!! Been 2 years didn't go to dentist cause pandemic and afraid of corona. But here, all clean and make you very satisfied. The doctor very friendly too
