We
tried
to
order
our
dinner
tonight.
First
we
tried
the
app
-
22
minutes
and
multiple
times
being
booted
or
timed
out
several
times,
one
of
us,
on
her
way
home
from
work
decided
to
use
drive
thru
to
order
for
the
3
of
us,
as
2
of
us
listened
from
home
on
phone.
I
couldn't
get
what
I
wanted
so
settled
for
another
box
meal
and
added
the
chicken
piece
I
wanted,
and
a
bowl
of
mashed
potatoes
with
gravy
-
1
extra
was
wrong,
the
other
never
even
made
it
on
receipt
despite
hearing
our
roomie
order
it.
Another
one
of
us
also
did
not
get
her
Mac
n
cheese
extra
-
despite
us
hearing
it
being
ordered.
And
the
one
at
the
drive
thru
was
told
that
the
pot
pie
wasn't
available.
We'll
just
ignore
the
fact
there
were
no
sauces
as
asked
by
staff
and
requested...
and
there
was
no
butter
for
the
biscuit.
I
get
it,
staff
was
probably
busy
at
7:30
at
night,
thus
the
one
was
"tossing
everything"
in
the
bag
and
forgot
things.
I
just
hope
the
app
gets
fixed
and
staff
remembers
to
double
check
order
both
on
the
mike
and
at
the
window.
They
lost
over
$10
in
error,
we
lost
$5+
on
receipt.
But
I
was
disappointed,
to
not
have
entire
get
ordered
by
staff
and
then
to
be
missing
things
that
were
on
receipt.
We'll
think
twice
before
returning,
and
just
go
to
our
KFC
nearer
to
home
where
new
management
has
improved
the
service
there.
