This is what I received for an 8 piece. Was told if I drive 30 minutes each way they will replace my meal.. but will not refund me. Shouldn’t have to drive an hour round trip for this to be made right.

Doesn’t resemble Kfc chicken in any way, shape or form.. Kinda looks like a newborn baby boy who didnt undergo the knife. So dry, I couldn’t swallow, needed lubricant

Took almost 45 minutes to get a 8 piece meal of extra crispy chicken. Before I ordered I asked the cashier, who also turned out to be the manager, if they had enough chicken. She checked and said it was going to be 20 min. I agreed to wait.i went out to my car and waited, since I had 2 dogs in the car. When I came back in 25 minutes later, I heard her ask someone how much longer other chicken and was told 9 more minutes!!! I was pretty pissed and was told that when she told me 20 minutes she meant after it was breaded!!!! Over all it took over 45 min. to get my food!! Also I got a famous bowl which had 4 pieces of chicken in it and they were so overcooked that I couldn't even eat them, the cheese was all clumped together like it had been cold. This KFC is the one on RT 11 by Price Chopper near East Circle Drive in Cicero. Terrible place to go. I would not recommend this place. Either the food sucks, or it's wrong or something else. NEVER a good experience!!!!

I give no stars for service. I’ve had issues with this store before, ie-to go orders wrong and more than once getting home and finding items missing/wrong but today was final straw-sat at to go speaker almost 2 minutes without anyone acknowledging me so as the line was building behind me I pulled forward thinking speaker was broke. The window person told me, with attitude, I had to pull around behind line of cars again to order-nope! Next time I want a KFC fix I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to clay…done done done with this store, oh and gave my $30 to another fine to go restaurant down the road

The 8 pieces for $10 online is a great deal. I will be buying that again for my dad. The pot pie is very good. So is the chocolate cake. I wanted some sweet corn but $3.29 was a bit pricey so I skipped that. The employees were extremely helpful.

Excellent customer service!! JT had me laughing at the drive through. Food was great. I think they are turning this store around. Used to be very poor service!! So much better now!

This place as gone back to where they were 5 years ago, I was there at 10:45 am. I assumed that someone came in early to make fresh chicken for the lunch rush, no they warm up leftover chicken from last night! Coleslaw was disgusting not fresh and they forgot my bisqit! I'm not sure if I will ever KFC again, but definitely not that location!

We tried to order our dinner tonight. First we tried the app - 22 minutes and multiple times being booted or timed out several times, one of us, on her way home from work decided to use drive thru to order for the 3 of us, as 2 of us listened from home on phone. I couldn't get what I wanted so settled for another box meal and added the chicken piece I wanted, and a bowl of mashed potatoes with gravy - 1 extra was wrong, the other never even made it on receipt despite hearing our roomie order it. Another one of us also did not get her Mac n cheese extra - despite us hearing it being ordered. And the one at the drive thru was told that the pot pie wasn't available. We'll just ignore the fact there were no sauces as asked by staff and requested... and there was no butter for the biscuit. I get it, staff was probably busy at 7:30 at night, thus the one was "tossing everything" in the bag and forgot things. I just hope the app gets fixed and staff remembers to double check order both on the mike and at the window. They lost over $10 in error, we lost $5+ on receipt. But I was disappointed, to not have entire get ordered by staff and then to be missing things that were on receipt. We'll think twice before returning, and just go to our KFC nearer to home where new management has improved the service there.
