Awesome hot dogs and fries that are rolled up into the dog and bun. No ketchup needed. Fries are crispy and soft, best of both worlds.

Nice place on Cicero IL where to have a hot dog and chips. Both of them are really good and tasty. For those who depart from Chicago is a worthy place where to stop. Great pictures of the first store (during 50s). They also sell their own t shirts.

Terrible and mediocre food...I ordered a polish with everything...it came with sport peppers...a pickle and onion with mustard...this is what came...no grilled onions due to them NOT HAVING A GRILL. Mustard just thrown all over the bun...NO GRILLED ONIONS!?!?!? Am I in a simulation? Is CERN real? What state am I in? No grilled onions on a polish? Why the heck do they have these toppings? TERRIBLE

First, I love hotdogs. Second, I love old established hotdog places. Outside was run down, and it looked sad. I side did not look much better, but it was clean and smelled clean. The employees seems nice and had no issues with them. Now the food: the fries were cold and undercooked. I could taste the old oil, and that was the start. I really was disappointed and could not eat the fries v Hotdogs: Onions tasted like yesterday onions. Not fresh from this day, the sport peppers tasted a little off. The dog itself was ok. Just like something I would make at home. Checking out: another place that raises the price if you use a card. It turns me off right there. Will I go back..... that's a bug no.

We were told this was one of the original Chicago Hot Dog stands... maybe so, maybe not?? Either way it was a cool place and the Hot Dogs were delicious!! It was a little hard to hear when placing our order through the glass, so that could have been better. We each ordered a Chicago Dog with fries... and, we got a Hot Dog with fries! All wrapped up in the same paper :) Never seen this before. We ended up going back for another hotdog, but because of the hearing issue, we got more fries too! All in all it was ok, just had more fries than we needed. Don't have any plans of being back here, but if we do we will stop in again! Now we know what to order.

Henry's Drive-In located in Cicero, Illinois is a fantastic establishment that I was lucky enough to discover thanks to a recommendation from the one and only Saul Goodman. As a fan of the AMC series Better Call Saul, I was excited to visit a restaurant that was endorsed by such a memorable and iconic character. And let me tell you, Henry's Drive-In did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff was warm and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure that my dining experience was enjoyable. The food itself was nothing short of exceptional, especially the hot dogs. I'm a huge fan of hot dogs, and Henry's Drive-In has some of the best I've ever had. They were juicy and flavorful, with the perfect balance of snap and softness. I also loved the variety of toppings available, which allowed me to customize my hot dog to my liking. But what really sets Henry's Drive-In apart from other fast food chains is the attention to detail and overall quality of the restaurant. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the ambiance was charming and inviting. I also appreciated the variety of menu options available, including burgers, fries, and shakes. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Henry's Drive-In and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Cicero area. Whether you're a fan of Better Call Saul or just looking for a tasty and convenient meal, Henry's Drive-In is the place to go.

This place is on old 66 in Berwyn and has a very good presentation of a Chicago dog and fries. Love that you can get a small milkshake

They do NOT serve Chicago Style hot dogs as advertised. No relish, no tomatoes, no celery salt. Best part of the meal are the French fries. Very fresh and they give you a lot. Hot dog is on the thin side. Not worth the drive for us. Won't be going there again.

After almost refusing to correct the order for the guy in front of me (one dog w/onions, one w/out), because she "hadn't heard him," the older, gray haired woman (owner?) asked me to repeat my order (fish sandwich/shake) because she hadn't heard me. So I spoke a bit more loudly. This woman remarked, "I swear if one other person yells at me..." I interrupted the woman, saying, "You told me you couldn't hear me, so I raised my voice! I wasn't 'yelling.' You should NEVER speak to customers like that. What the f*&k?!"

Classic Chicago Hotdog stand, been going since I was a kid, and my parents went since they were kids. Great Hotdogs, super delicious BBQ beef, not typical, yummy fries, good service, the atmosphere is is clean but not super inviting, it's a eat and get out environment lol. Like I said, it's a classic Hotdog stand, nothing fancy, just delicious food, at reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this place.

Being born and raised in Cicero as a child, I fond memories of going to Henry's. In fact, I was a life guard at Manor Pool not too far from Henry's. We would send someone there to pick up lunch for us. I went to school with the owners of Henry's. I am 56 years old and make it a point anytime I am near buy to go to Henry's. It is really the last hotdog stand on Ogden/ Route 66 from Cicero to Brookfield, IL. When you order a hotdog, the french fries wrapped with the hotdog. If you are lucky, a few of the fries will be on the hotdog. Don't take them off. You need to have them with the hotdog as you take a bite. If you want a true taste of Route 66. You must stop by Henry's. You will want to come back again, I promise.

Was told from a foodie that the hotdogs were a must have. A bit disappointed. Food is Quality but quite ordinary for the price. Fries and hot dog were nothing to hoot and hollar about. The location is quaint and clean but save the trip and go to ur local hotdog stand. It will be cheaper too. 5’dogs (comes with a bundle of fries) a Chicken sandwich cost $39. Overpriced. Go to Gen & Jude’s instead.

I normally eat hot dogs and pizza puffs from here. I had an Italian beef for a change the other day. It was good but EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I spent $19 for just a VERY small sized beef, fries and a drink. I can have the BEST large beef at Portillos for that price. Henry’s beef does not compare to many others and should not ne that expensive for that size.

Hey if you want old school vibe and taste and service. Go here. Small yet friendly place. Plenty of parking and great food. The ladies behind the counter work hard and fast. Prices are old school too. Loved it!!!

Best Chicago style hotdog that I have ever eaten in my 47 years. Plus I did not have to tell them what goes on it. It was the best in my opinion!

Love this place - been coming since I was a kid. The owner always treats his customers like family. I was serviced by Analeese & Chasity and they were super welcoming. They are always so nice to my little one which I love. Overall, the chicken sandwich is my fave with Mozzarella sticks (don’t forget the red sauce).

This authentic Route 66 stop has typical roadside options, hot dogs with fries stacked on top, pizza puffs, burgers, Italian beef sandwiches , fried mushrooms and the like. The service is fast and the food is good.

Very enjoyable! Had a mouthful! Great pricing too, but the tamales, despite being kind of good, were the worst I’ve ever had.

I like the people who work there. They ensure the accuracy of orders going out. This is something that you don't see in big corporate business. People run around and mostly get the job done no matter their accuracy. The crew had me wait a little bit longer because one of the items was not the best quality. They hustled to get me out of there, and I got a great order. Shop local small business, they value you more than huge billion dollar corporations if you want real quality. Thank you.
