I'm booking room with hot water service. But the heat water device is broken. However, it has beautiful view in the garden.

Very basic, some rooms with aircon but without hot shower, some are vice versa. Need to walk outside to get food

0 cleanliness. Stained bedsheet. Pillows and towels have a musky smell. Old tv from the 2000s. Both door and toilet door needs some force to open. Woke up in the morning with no water in the toilet. Have a lot of rules regarding cleanliness. The irony.
