I
came
to
the
ER/IGD
to
get
my
son
treated
but
the
administration
process
was
a
way
too
long.
In
2021
my
son
rushed
to
the
ER/IGD
again
twice
in
the
same
year
and
still
the
procedure
was
way
to
long
and
I
have
to
told
doctor
and
nurses
that
my
son
need
more
treatment
with
arguing
first
:).
I
PREFER
to
go
to
OTHER
hospital
since
then
until
I
have
no
choice
to
go
to
this
hospitalβs
Tumbuh
Kembang
klinik
today.
And
what
surprise
me
is
the
management
and
administration
is
still
the
same,
NO
SIGN
OF
IMPROVEMENT.
Before
I
made
an
appointment
by
phone,
I
asked
their
chief
customer
officer
on
how
should
I
register
my
son
to
get
an
occupational
theraphy
at
Hermina
Mekarsari
Tumbuh
Kembang
Klinik
with
reference
from
other
hospital
medical
rehabitilitation
doctor.
She
said
I
canβt
go
straight
to
make
appointment
with
the
theraphist
but
should
make
an
appointment
with
the
medical
rehab
doctor
in
Hermina
Mekarsari
first.
Long
short
story
I
made
appointment
via
their
registration
centre
phone
number
and
I
came
to
register
in
the
BPJS
counter.
The
officer
said
there
are
two
different
appointment
regarding
medical
rehab
doctor:
for
general
purpose
and
for
tumbuh
kembang.
And
tumbuh
kembang
have
a
different
registration
phone
number.
I
was
told
to
come
to
klinik
tumbuh
kembang
on
4th
floor.
I
asked
the
officer
there
that
I
want
to
register
my
son
and
they
told
me
that
there
is
a
waiting
list.
Normal
question
is
what
date
will
be
available
as
a
waiting
list
and
they
said
they
canβt
confirm.
Whattt!!!
I
asked
once
again
should
they
have
a
schedule
of
the
waiting
list
and
said
theyβre
not
sure
since
the
schedule
for
the
waiting
list
is
based
on
the
doctor
permission.
To
make
sure
again,
I
asked
if
March
schedule
are
full
and
what
about
April?
They
said
March
schedule
are
full
and
they
canβt
confirm
April
schedule.
Ridiculous.
The
hospital
administration
and
information
management
is
seriously
a
mess.
