All services are okay, starting from security nurses, doctors, The pharmacy section is a bit slow, waiting for hours

Very bad service I am going to have an OP tonight, the administration staff told me to check in around 10-11 am, and guess what? I have to wait for 4 hours to get a room which I already booked a few days before. This bad service start since they accept BPJS. Along with that come the long queue, miscommunication, etc. Hope they will improve the service soon, before other new hospital open soon.

I had bad experience when my dad was hospitalized there a couple of years ago. Some nurses are so rude. Me and my families were waiting for since in the morning for the doctor, then finally the doctor came at 9 pm, and she just check a little bit but didn't say anything about the blood test result or any update about his condition, she just came for formality. My dad's condition was even worse after drinking the medicine when hospitalized for 3 days there, and he asked to go home because he didn't feel comfortable at all with the service and the medicine just made him weaker. When he went to other hospital and drank the medicine, he got recover so fast. Hopefully this hospital improve their service, and serve patients with heart!!

it was my bad experience, the hospital is not that clean especially the toilet is so dirty. also the service some of the nurses are not really show they hospitality to me and it doesnt make me comfortable. it took so long to get the laboratorium result, they said i should wait for 40 minutes but the truth is ive been waiting more than 2 hours. not recomended hospital.

bad service. there is a doctor who keeps one person who has no conscience when the patient is in a coma casually telling the family that the patient does not last long ... and nurses who are slow and not friendly to the patient's family ..Until the patient's dead..

Back in circa 2018-2019 I came to the ER/IGD to get my son treated but the administration process was a way too long. In 2021 my son rushed to the ER/IGD again twice in the same year and still the procedure was way to long and I have to told doctor and nurses that my son need more treatment with arguing first :). I PREFER to go to OTHER hospital since then until I have no choice to go to this hospital’s Tumbuh Kembang klinik today. And what surprise me is the management and administration is still the same, NO SIGN OF IMPROVEMENT. Before I made an appointment by phone, I asked their chief customer officer on how should I register my son to get an occupational theraphy at Hermina Mekarsari Tumbuh Kembang Klinik with reference from other hospital medical rehabitilitation doctor. She said I can’t go straight to make appointment with the theraphist but should make an appointment with the medical rehab doctor in Hermina Mekarsari first. Long short story I made appointment via their registration centre phone number and I came to register in the BPJS counter. The officer said there are two different appointment regarding medical rehab doctor: for general purpose and for tumbuh kembang. And tumbuh kembang have a different registration phone number. I was told to come to klinik tumbuh kembang on 4th floor. I asked the officer there that I want to register my son and they told me that there is a waiting list. Normal question is what date will be available as a waiting list and they said they can’t confirm. Whattt!!! I asked once again should they have a schedule of the waiting list and said they’re not sure since the schedule for the waiting list is based on the doctor permission. To make sure again, I asked if March schedule are full and what about April? They said March schedule are full and they can’t confirm April schedule. Ridiculous. The hospital administration and information management is seriously a mess.

I can say the medical service is good. BUT= The parking fee is just too expensive for an open parking area (no roof). The toilet (gent) is not clean and stink for a hospital. Need a dedicated janitor to look over the toilet intensively and keep it clean! Additonal important note: I know doctor has personal live and things to do out there, and sometimes came late from their schedule. But Patient has a right to have doctor on time too. Being late 15-30minutes is OK for me. But 1 hour and more is not acceptable. Please the management mind this.

What a bad hospital. Couple times never get a good service, very slow and emergency unit cannot diagnose the patient well. How can a patient with covid syndrome diagnosed with 'greges'. That's the doctor said. And after 3 days, the patient helpless. Please, don't just looking for money, you fight with people's life.

The hospital is easy to reach located next to Metland Cilengsi. The staff were not that helping and unfriendly. This was the first time I went to this hospital and I don't know what to do. The staff only pointing at some papers with unpleasant expression. The woman restroom is very dirty, stinky and smelly. It was very bad. No toilet tissue, no soap, footprint everywhere and the water running all the time make the restroom wet. The doctor was not good as well. I was seeing dr imelda. The schedule must be at 8. The staff said she would come at 8.30 but she came at 9.30. The patients were waiting so long. She was also unfriendly and didn't give clear information. Seems like she was in hurry. But some people said that another doctor were good. May be I should see another doctor for the next visit.

From registration, service, payment everything is super slow...

Very bad service. Waiting the madicine at the farmasi since 9 until 12 aclock is insane. I totally don't understand what are they doing in there, but every time I asked them, they said not yet. Met the doctor is very short time even.

Hermina Mekarsari Hospital has very, very poor service to BPJS patients. It prioritizes self-paying patients (exclusively). There were 27 BPJS patients who had arrived from 2 pm. The doctor has arrived but is still upstairs for exclusive practice. Imagine that the doctor comes to the BPJS patient at 7.40 in the Night. FYI : There are BPJS patients who are pregnant women, small children, priority elderly patients. A few days later I came to Hermina Mekarsari Hospital because there was an internal referral. The night before I had confirmed with the call center for BPJS doctor registration at 7-9 in the morning. I came before that hour, it was after practice hours the doctor had not come. Suddenly at 8.35 in the morning (almost close to the practice limit at 9 in the morning). The doctor was told he couldn't come. The nurse station was not good to provide information about that. I was told by nurse with lazy act to re-schedule from the beginning and then please go home. Just like that. I better find new Hospital which welcome to BPJS user.

To long waiting doctor and yes... same with another customer. Bad service if we use BPJS. The doctor is not on time with schdule practice.

Usually I go to Hermina Jatinegara but now I go to Hermina here but the service is really different. At Hermina, the emergency room takes a very long time to examine one patient, it can take more than 30 minutes, the staff are friendly but the service is a bit lazy. THE ER IS SO LONG, ANYWAY, AAAAAAAAA. It turns out I'm not the only one who feels that the service takes a long time, other reviews also say that but the improvement is still the same to this day.

So far I am very satisfied with all the services at Hermina Hospital. Last month my wife gave birth with SC CITO, all the nurses were friendly and helpful even though they were in a rush because of very little time and it was sudden. Everything went smoothly until the recovery period and during the period of care for my baby who had to be in the NICU and hospital for 6 days, the nurses were all ok, there were no shortcomings in my opinion. Moreover, Dr. Fajar is the best ob-gyn doctor 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from the beginning of pregnancy until delivery, always under his supervision and guidance (thank you doc) always providing detailed education and fast and appropriate treatment. Yes Lord. When I was my mother, the service wasn't really good, I just left the infusion for quite a long time until I spoke 3 times, it wasn't too good to be told to go home, so my mother didn't make any changes at all, with the help of my family who was a midwife, but thank you for taking care of my mother while I was there, more Even better, especially the nurses. Then my grandmother had an operation, she was told to go home even though there was no recovery or better, maybe the nurse or doctor would understand better, but my grandmother was not better at all, it was a success, thanks to the efforts of the doctors and nurses😊😊😊
