First time here on the way to a meeting. Great local hang out with very good coffee. I prefer most local coffee shops over the national chain when available.

Local coffee shops can be the heartbeat of the town. A gathering place of ideas and expressions. This place has that vibe. Great fun coffee flavors. My favorite is Butter Berry with blueberries and butterscotch. I you visiting the area is the place for a cool drink and a great conversation.

A cute little place with really good coffee. Wait times are small and it's good to come with a friend to chat for a bit. There are also plenty of board games available to play. It seems to be pretty popular, as there was a steady influx of people coming in while I was sitting down. There wasn't much food to chose from though. If you want a sandwich to go with your meal, don't get your hopes up.

I love CE! I am there every morning and the staff and I trade terrible dad jokes. The coffee I'd amazing. I wish they would get peppermint flavor sooner but my fireside chat mocha is always good! Hidden 💎.

HORRIBLE SERVICE 😔 Thought I would check out this new place...set my things down and went to the counter. I was completely ignored! They finished the person prior to me and began waiting on the guest that came in after. When I asked if there was a reason she was being waited on first I was told "Oh I thought you were looking at the menu." Sorry, but that's not an excuse to treat someone like they're not standing there. Especially when you've greeted other guests. I found the encounter so disrespectful that I walked out without making a purchase 😔.

Adorable new coffee place! They have fun flavors - even a fun Chai Tea Late (Roasted marshmallow flavor) which I hardly see! Love the vibe and chandeliers! Staff is friendly and there are some games to play like chilling with a coffee to play Uno with a friend!

Super cute shop! Quick and friendly service. Our drinks were delicious and we enjoyed sitting at the bar browsing our iPad looking for an our next vacation spot. Everything about this shop was relaxing and inviting. We’ll be back!

This place is great. I came here to get some work done on my laptop one afternoon. Coffee was great. I picked a table and got to work. They have several different kinds of sitting arrangements - smaller tables, large group tables, a coffee bar like area with plugs, and outdoor tables. They also had several games available. The only downside (from my point of view as someone getting work done) is that around 3:30 a local school must have gotten out and the whole place was inundated with tweens and teens. It had been gloriously quiet and chill up until that point. But I still managed to get work done, the kids were definitely enjoying themselves and eating/drinking, and none of them were ridiculous or disrespectful. I'm also willing to bet they were going to clear out as quickly as they had come, but I had to leave anyway. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been frequenting the Coffee Exchange for several months now and it consistently feels cozy and welcoming. Bodacious coffee, friendly faces, sweet treats… all reasons to be coming back again and again :)

One of my absolute favorite coffee houses in the Cincinnati area! Probably the main thing I miss about living in Pleasant Ridge. They even made me my favorite coffee drink even though it's not on their menu. Thanks you guys! Keep up the great work!

This is a nice shop though it seems like some of the people working there are a bit new to the coffee game. All very affordable, though I would love to see some vegan options on the menu ☺️

My go-to coffee shop! Fast, friendly, and I love the seasonal specials! They also have convenient food options (I like the quiche for breakfast or the egg salad for lunch) that you can either enjoy there or take home. Plus, they’re one of the only coffee shops I know open until 6pm on weekdays. Highly recommend.

I wish I would have stopped in sooner! Great coffee, fun seasonal options, lots of lunch/bakery options. I loved the game wall and plenty of sitting space. I was taking everything in and forgot to mention I needed a milk alternative in one of the lattes I ordered, they were so nice and quick to get another one made for me. Will definitely be back, seems like a great hangout spot!

I’m going to first start off by saying I love how friendly everyone is, and how affordable the baked goods are. The only thing that I’ve ever truly liked from here are the baked goods. They should get an award for their cinnamon rolls, which are the only reason I ever visit here, and 80% of the time they’re sold out. I’ve given their drinks many many chances, but they’re simply not that good. If you’re the kind of person who will drink any old latte, and you love sweet drinks, this is going to be your favorite place. If you want a real latte or cappuccino with the correct proportions and crafted properly…you will hate this place. If you like oatmilk, they do not use barista blend and it always gets over steamed so it tastes burnt. If you want a latte, be prepared for a cup of foam (the exact opposite of a latte). It’s just so disappointing that their drinks are so average because their baked goods are so good and the staff are so welcoming. I think if they could teach the kids (quite literally high schoolers) how to actually craft these drinks, they would be much better. But I don’t think anyone there actually knows how to craft choice beverages sadly. The community loves to support this place, but it’s not the best for coffee drinks. If you want good coffee, go to Oakley or Silverton honestly. It’s worth the 5 min drive. Someone has to tell the truth because a coffee shop should be 5 stars because of their coffee, not because of the atmosphere, baked goods or friendly staff (though those play a part).
