Cream + Sugar is a total vibe. From the moment you walk in, you are grooving to the sounds of smooth, chill music and greeted by the servers and their welcoming energy. During this visit, I opted for the rosemary and goat cheese toast and an iced coffee. My son ordered the iced chai. My toast was AMAZING. The cranberry drizzle gave it the perfect balance of savory and sweet. My guy LOVED his iced Chai, stating it was one of the best he's had. Literally, my only request is that they add a couple of iced coffee options. That's all I will say because everything else was amazing, and I will both return frequently and highly suggest that everyone who reads this review hurries there (insert heart emoji)!

Great coffee shop! Coffee was good, toast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful! The only con was I think the price of the toast was a little on the high side ($8 for one slice)

Great service, yummy drinks. Got the sweet potato latte with oak milk. Yummy! Not too sweet either which I prefer.

Absolutely a great place to grab some coffee, tea, smoothies, Danish, free Wi-Fi.. lounge inside (social distancing) or enjoy a cool breeze & chat with friends & family outside. Great coffee, friendly service! The first time we visited we were headed out of town, so we had to get takeout. But we’ve since gotten coffee and stayed in the cute shop! Both experiences (take out and dine in) we’re great!

Ambience ambience ambience! Love the whole teal vibe going in there! Made my morning perfectly radiant on a rainy day! There were so many great choices that I had a hard time deciding. I went in thinking I will do the golden milk latte because I totally dig spices in my morning latte but decided to check out the sweet potato one. It wasn’t bad but the sweet potato doesn’t really stand out- should have gone with my original preference. Food sounds good but again the ingredients do not stand out to make a hearty meal. But not disappointed either. I guess I was in a peppy mood anyway because of the decor ☺️

The peanut butter maple banana toast was absolutely amazing. Very filling and just absolutely what I was craving! I also had a spring special drink - iced lavender honeysuckle latte. Subtle flavor and not overly sweet. Will definitely be back when I visit Cinci!

Best cold brew I've had! The place is so welcoming, and the staff are super friendly. Came on a Saturday morning and although there were plenty of people inside it wasn't busy at all. There's a nice chill place in the back with comfy chairs/couch where I camped out. Fabulous way to spend a morning! If I lived closer I'd be here all the time.

Coffee was OK. 12pm 4/12/23 The black bald guy who served my order was so rude to me. Condescending me and belittling me as I placed my order. He sought to humiliate me when I told him the amount of cream and sugar I wanted in my coffee. He then proceeded by telling me that he would have to pour out my coffee and huffed and puffed as he went to grab creamer from the fridge.. I only asked for 3 cream and 3 sugar….. Interestingly enough I think the guy who came in after me noticed his treatment towards me by his facial expression. Sat outside and most of their tables and chairs were chained… Their $3 daily brew is more than Starbucks. Anyway, won’t be returning.

What a cool spot! I will be back for more. I had to be in and out. The service was spot on so I did not have to wait. I would have liked, to look some more. The art and music are sure to get you hyped the day! I was lucky enough to receive a complimentary brunch toast. Maple Peanut Butter Banana. That just sounds heavenly. It was. I also had the golden goat milk latte. I believe I said that correctly. Wonderful. I also spied a lavender drink I must try!

I've been wanting to go here for quite a while, and it lived up to and beyond all expectations. The employees were so kind and personable. The atmosphere was cozy, calming, and creative. My chai latte was delicious, and my husband's drip coffee was some of the best we've tasted since moving back to Cincinnati. Please support this coffee shop! They are doing everything right!💓

I was having my car in for service a few weeks ago and happen to go into Cream and Sugar Coffeehouse while I waited for my car. Coffee was excellent first and foremost, but also the Atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. They seem to have a lot of regulars as well, which is always a good sign. I would highly recommend this coffee house.

This place is so delicious. I stopped here after visiting friends in the area on my way out of town and chose it cause it’s so close to 71. I got their seasonal lavender and honeysuckle latte and the person at the counter recommended the rosemary goat cheese toast which were both SOOO yummy. I will be back whenever in town. And the person I spoke to at the register was so nice. Cute atmosphere and lots of choices for food and different types of flavorful drinks. Highly recommend the lavender honeysuckle latte! I’ve never seen anything like that and it was so good.

Whenever my daughter comes into town, we get coffee and at least one food item. It's our little spot: great coffee, great food, friendly staff, and an overall great atmosphere.

My favorite coffee shop in Cincinnati these days! The cappuccino is always smooth and not bitter. The yogurt with bananas and coconut is so yum, simple & healthy. Love love.

Aaron and Tierra provided a exceptional experience. The coffee was amazing. I was able get some work done in a quite environment without being bothered. Aesthetic decor and artwork all over, with peaceful music in the background. Highly recommend Honey pepper goat cheese brunch toast, Ice Carmel coffee.

I’ve drove by the shop many times and finally stopped in today. The barista helping me was so friendly and made me the BEST iced latte I’ve ever had. I like them on the sweeter side and he even showed me the amount of syrup in the cup they use so I could tell him how much I wanted. I also got the southwest pita which was good as well. Cannot beat the customer service and the drink/food was awesome. Would recommend to everyone!
