I love TriYoga with LQ! It's so personal, and has vibrant teachers in a great space! The variety of their offerings has something for everyone, and it's awesome to support Main St. businesses! I will definitely be back.

My husband and I went to yoga on Saturday, it was our first time at LQ’s and it was a fantastic experience. We left with great mental and physical clarity. LQ was so welcoming and kind. Will definitely be back!

Maureen Brenner at TriYoga with LQ is a great instructor! I’ve been following Maureen for a few years and she’s always been welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. Maureen makes it a point to foster positivity and learning at all levels. She is an educator through and through. Her classes are thorough and fairly priced at $10.00 currently. She tailors cueing to the needs of her students on a given day and while she will work challenging poses into the practice, she is always mindful of safety. The studio is a relaxing space with all the props you need if you’re a beginner or just forgot some gear at home. The location is convenient with easy parking and near to shopping and a bite if you’re hungry after class. I definitely recommend that you try out her 10:00 am Saturday class. Namaste!

My wife and I are in our 50's. Recently we decided to give yoga a try for the first time. Wow are we glad we did. On Saturday at noon Maria instructed us on some beginner poses and lead the rest of the class on ways to make them more advanced. Making sure that everyone was challenged yet comfortable. At the end of the hour my wife and I both felt like we had a good workout and we felt relaxed. As regular runner etc. I can highly recommend this class.

Attended my first yoga class last weekend with Maria. I loved the class! Maria is a great teacher, adjusting for everyone's varied abilities, while giving us a great workout. She brings a sense of peace, calm, and relaxation while stretching you to the best of your ability.

I haven’t taken many yoga classes before, but I took Lauren’s 12pm Yoga for Creatives class last Sunday and absolutely LOVED it! Before the class, Lauren made everyone feel welcomed and calm. During the class, we found a great flow as a group, and as individuals, and Lauren helped by providing positive feedback and tips on how to fully embrace every stretch. After the class, I felt like the stress I had been carrying around had disappeared! 5 stars would recommend! It was a truly lovely class!

I really enjoyed Lauren's Self-Care Yoga for Creatives class. Even though I'm a business student, I got a lot out of the gentle class. She made me feel welcome and gave me great knowlegable direction. I would definitely consider taking Lauren's class again to help me loosen up, unwind after a stressful week, or just have some fun while learning more about my body. Two thumbs up!

I recently discovered TriYoga with LQ and attended my first class. I joined in on the Saturday morning vinyasa flow class. The venue is cute, quiet, and relaxing. The instructor (Maria) was a joy to work with and even provided modifications throughout the class, catering to yogis of all kinds. I’ve now had the pleasure of experiencing the vinyasa flow class several times and can’t wait to check out what some of the other instructors have to offer as well!

I am new to Triyoga, and my first class was great. The room is small and quaint with soft lighting, and the instructor (Maria) provided a nice playlist of musical soundscapes for the session as well. I've been out of practice since about 2012 and Maria really helped modify the poses to fit any level of intensity. Will definitely be returning.
