No toilet paper in my room, that was a first for me. Toilet seat fell apart, had to put it back together. Toilet handle had to be jiggled a few times to get the tank to refill. Toilet wobbled when you sat on it. Woman that checked me in the evening of 12/2 was super friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Stayed 2 nights here and overall it wasn’t bad but this hotel does need some improvements. First off, the toilet in our room was disgusting and look like it had been there for 10 years. They need to replace it. Second the hotel smelled bad in the hallways on the second floor and the fitness center was lacking. They only had a bike and a treadmill so if you are looking for cardio, you have found it. The coffee here was pretty bad. On the positive side of things, this hotel has great service. The rooms were a good size for 2 people. They did have great fruit and sausages for breakfast. The beds were so comfy and I slept great. Overall, I had an ok experience. I have stayed at worse hotels but this one was good considering the location.

*I was pretty impressed!! I read the reviews and was hoping for the best but expecting the worst, so I will try to cover as much as I can! *The staff was very nice and friendly. Our room was not only clean, but cleaned daily. I appreciate that attention to detail! The hotel is a bit outdated but still nice overall. *Breakfast was awesome (Considering it is hotel food)! There was a decent variety that included both cold and hot choices as well as baked goods and fresh fruit. You can even get fresh waffles! *This hotel is close to many attractions making it very convenient. The parking lot is a bit small and can be difficult to turn out especially if you are headed east, but that is the city for you. *When searching for a place to stay, location and price balanced with quality were my determining factors, and this made for a great choice. Nearby hotel prices are easily double or triple. The downside is there is no pool. I could have gone with a hotel that had a pool and maybe saved a few dollars but we needed to be near Children's hospital, and not 20 minutes away or overpaying. I would stay again!!

COMFORT INN was a terrible experience. The night staff was friendly enough. But management is highly inconsiderate. They will use try and use Police when not necessary to force their ways on guest. Found dirty condom in room. Weight room was not functional. And management will Yell at you for smoking in the front!

Hotel clerk called on the morning of my stay and said my card was being declined and if I didn’t call back by 3:00 they were canceling my room. The expiration date needed updated, so I did that and they said I was good to go. Arrived at 3:30 and none of the single bed room were ready. Dozens of people were waiting in the lobby, the AC was out, and their restrooms were closed. We decided to leave and return late that night after our concert. I checked with the front desk and he assured me it didn’t matter how late we checked in, and I reiterated that it may be after midnight. At 11:55 they called and asked if I was still coming. I said yes, and they said ok but your card is being declined. They had already charged me. I never found out what the issue was, but we finally got a room and it was so gross. There was debris/crumbs/hair all over the floor, stains all over the wall, the bathtub was chipping, the bed skirt was filthy. The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfy and the staff were polite and seemed to be trying their best despite the chaos.

So heres the thing. Overall my stay wasn't bad. The room was alright and breakfast was good each day. The fitness center was definitely lacking, unfortunately. Needs an update. Im at another Comfort Suites right now with a similar issue. My biggest turn offs were basically breakfast starting at 630 and the location. Normally most hotels breakfast starts at 6 which is great because I generally try to be at any work site before 7. Location wise if you are leaving the hotel and making a left turn good luck. Its basically right next to the interstate and its extremely busy. Its close to a light at the interstate causing traffic to back up so you cant get out at all. No light for you just hope for the best. Again service and the room were great, but the other things are going to make me pass on this location in the future.

After reading some of these reviews I was a little nervous about staying here, but I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and breakfast was tasty. It's an older hotel so don't expect the Ritz but it was perfect for an easy one night stay. Thanks!!

There is nothing bad about this hotel but be aware that the best thing is the location. It is located about 15 minutes away from a lot of the best places to go and none of the ways to get there are difficult. The rooms are OK. I tend to be pretty high class with my hotels though. There are no bugs and no mold! Just more like a college dorm. They are currently in progress of revamping the entire thing though so by next year it might be totally ritzy. What we could see looked very nice. If you have any trouble with your card reader the front staff are really helpful. However, if it happens just assume it will happen every night and ask them for help before you go to your room.

Great place to stay if you’re passing through. Kids would have liked to of had a pool. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms could definitely use an update but were spotless. Walls are paper thin. The people below us beat on the ceiling for a good 30 seconds soon after we got there. We were thinking great- obnoxious people below but just blew it off. Then they had called the desk because my son hopped across the carpeted room and must of thought there was a party going on at 6pm. If you’re petty you might want to go elsewhere. Overall, very clean and friendly.

Don't let the pictures fool you! This place is run down and in a sketchy area. I can't believe they charged me 200 a night. This place is nothing more than a cheap motel with Comfort Inn slapped on the front. As a Choice member I have never seen a hotel this bad under the Choice family of properties. I'll be using Hilton properties going forward. The showerhead was disgusting, the thermostat was not even connected, paint was peeling off the walls, and the carpet just fell dirty to the point where I kept socks and shoes on the entire time I was in the room unless I was sleeping. I am shocked at how bad this place is. NEVER again! The only nice thing I can say is that the staff was very pleasant.

Spent three nights there. The place was perfect for the price. The people at the front desk were all wonderful and helpful with their recommendations for things to do and where to eat. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel then this is not the place for you.

The staff made our stay exceptionel. Very serviceminded and such helpful staff ! The manager and the assistant manager Mrs Ola is an example of welcoming, serviceminded, polite professionals. Thank you for all the extra you did for us and your will to help when needed ! The rooms corresponds to the description, clean and well kept. The maids provided extra towels for us upon request. Would recommend this hotel especially for the people working here. Best regards your guests from Paris, France.

Service was good but our room was dirty (bed spreads had food and dirt on them). We weren't provided enough bedding for a room booked for 5 (the pull out sofa didn't have bedding and what they gave me was stained and had cigarette holes and we were given 3 towels for a booking for 5 booked months in advance). The room was non smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke. Location was close to the interstate and close to the zoo we were planning to visit.

The staff was the best part. They were so friendly and provided the top customer service. The continental breakfast had good options for all and was well stocked. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable.

I got the room for a decent price and based off the reviews I had an idea of what to expect. The room looked a little worn out, but the bed was comfortable and everything else for basic needs is met. Wifi worked well and parking onsite was free. Location is great. Real close to highway, zoo, and tiny boutique shops not far away. Not the best hotel I've stayed in, but it does what it does at a cheaper price. I'd consider staying again!

Wonderful experience rooms were spotless beds comfortable breakfast was great now to the best point we stayed here cause of our son having surgery at UC and everyone of the staff was above what they are paid to do asked everything time how our son was doing. Even when we had to stay more nights than expected they did an outstanding job to help us out. The staff there are awesome. Best hotel experience by far. Will recommend to everyone thank you comfort inn staff for making us feel welcome

Took about 10 minutes to just get checked in. Walking down the hallway there were carts everywhere. As soon as you enter your room you're hit with the smell of bleach and chemicals. After our stay, 3 of the 4 members I was staying with had black/brown colored feet from how dirty the floor was. The only redeeming quality was that during my stay, there was a woman who needed a cane because she couldn't see. Not 100% sure on the details of her sight but one of the employees from the front desk helped her get breakfast and told her everything there was for her.

Hotel & service has a 5 star , great breakfast. ... area is a bit sketchy 🥺 lots of police / sirens ( not heard from inside room) .... Not a place for night life. But a great pit stop stay close to highway.

Staff were okay but the room next to us played music all night long and it didn’t matter how many times I called the front desk, they would not stop. And this was not a weekend night, just a typical Thursday. I recognize this really is not the staff’s fault but if you can’t control a guest or guests then you should have them removed. I was in town for a conference and was not able to sleep until close to 4am. Pitiful.

I was working with my boss at Comfort Inn for 5 days installing new guest locks. The rooms were clean, great hot water and a fantastic tv selection. Their staff is friendly and accommodating which I believe to because of the wonderful GM. I can not say enough about how hard she works to make your stay a pleasant one. Simply the most involved GM I have ever encounters. Teresa thank you making our stay one to be remembered!!!!
