Hotel
clerk
called
on
the
morning
of
my
stay
and
said
my
card
was
being
declined
and
if
I
didn’t
call
back
by
3:00
they
were
canceling
my
room.
The
expiration
date
needed
updated,
so
I
did
that
and
they
said
I
was
good
to
go.
Arrived
at
3:30
and
none
of
the
single
bed
room
were
ready.
Dozens
of
people
were
waiting
in
the
lobby,
the
AC
was
out,
and
their
restrooms
were
closed.
We
decided
to
leave
and
return
late
that
night
after
our
concert.
I
checked
with
the
front
desk
and
he
assured
me
it
didn’t
matter
how
late
we
checked
in,
and
I
reiterated
that
it
may
be
after
midnight.
At
11:55
they
called
and
asked
if
I
was
still
coming.
I
said
yes,
and
they
said
ok
but
your
card
is
being
declined.
They
had
already
charged
me.
I
never
found
out
what
the
issue
was,
but
we
finally
got
a
room
and
it
was
so
gross.
There
was
debris/crumbs/hair
all
over
the
floor,
stains
all
over
the
wall,
the
bathtub
was
chipping,
the
bed
skirt
was
filthy.
The
only
good
thing
I
can
say
is
the
bed
was
comfy
and
the
staff
were
polite
and
seemed
to
be
trying
their
best
despite
the
chaos.
