I
want
to
start
by
saying
that
I
have
been
very
loyal
to
Red
Dog
over
the
last
few
years.
I
have
used
them
for
my
three
dogs
to
stay
over
the
weekend
and
have
used
the
Grooming
Services
(every
6
weeks
for
4-5
Years).
I
am
not
sure
what
has
changed
but
the
service
at
Red
Dog
Cincinnati
was
TERRIBLE
this
last
time.
I
dropped
off
two
of
my
dogs
to
get
groomed
and
received
a
call
roughly
90
minutes
after
dropped
them
off
that
I
needed
to
DROP
EVERYTHING
and
come
and
pick
them
up.
I
panicked
as
I
was
unsure
what
was
happening.
The
girl
(who
was
helpless)
on
the
phone
told
me
that
it
was
because
one
of
my
dogs
had
an
expired
vaccination
and
that
they
had
to
stop
grooming
immediately.
Upon
arriving
at
the
facility
-
the
manager
was
TERRIBLE.
She
yelled,
she
was
extremely
rude
and
not
understanding
and
demanded
I
leave
with
my
dogs
immediately.
Both
of
my
dogs
were
half
cut.
A
few
things
to
note:
1.
I
was
charged
for
full
hair
cuts.
($75
and
$55).
2.
Red
Dog
should
have
called
us
in
advanced
of
the
appointment
should
they
require
any
additional
information.
The
customer
should
also
know
if
a
vaccine
has
expired
-
but
we
also
have
a
million
things
going
on
24/7.
3.
The
Managment
team
at
Red
Dog
strongly
needs
to
reconsider
a
job
in
customer
service.
I
do
want
to
point
out
that
Amanda
in
Grooming
is
absolutely
amazing.
She
has
gone
over
the
top
over
the
last
few
years
for
my
dogs
and
you
can
clearly
tell
she
cares.
It's
frustrating
that
she
is
backed
by
such
a
poor
management
team
when
she
is
providing
the
level
of
service
that
she
provides
on
an
ongoing
basic.
I
would
not
recommend
Red
Dog
moving
forward
-
which
is
a
shame
given
the
great
past
experiences.
