    Closest McDonald’s to the zoo. Super busy but service is like you have never had it any other McDonald’s. They make sure the order it right, very patient. and then delivery it exactly how you like it. Wish I knew the name of the drive thru lady so I could give her kudos.

    Waited 30 minutes in drive-thru. Im not kidding. There was no way to get out and around traffic. Both lines were backed up to the street. Some of the new workers need to be educated on how the rewards app work. Got to the next window and the lady was nice but I then asked for the side Mac sauce and the girl behind her wanted to see the receipt and then waved her hand and said it's in the bag with a jazzy attitude. I told the nice worker Thank you and drove off.

    The poor lady at the drive through window was the only one working to get the line moving, the kitchen staff I could hear yelling and saw stuff being thrown around in the kitchen. The line was 15ish cars long and took 50 minutes. Sandwich was thrown together so carelessly the Mayo was on the outside of the bun with 3 strands of lettuce. And the small fry was not even half full. Was given a coke instead of dr. Pepper. No McDonald’s has ever been like this before, super disappointed, and the lovely worker with the beautiful neck tattoos deserves a raise!!

    Recieved a raw bacon qtr pounder. I am pregnant and ate a few bites before noticing. I was indeed super hungry. They apologized but a warning to anyone to check their burgers and chk. It happened about 10-15 minutes prior to this post.

    I went to mcdonald’s and had a lengthy order, the lady taking the order made us wait over 30 minutes to take our order and kept letting people go in front of us. I told her that we’d pull up to the window to take our order because she kept adding stuff we didn’t ask for to our order. She still couldn’t understand our order and was slurring her words when we were trying to tell her our order and kept making weird hand gestures and couldn’t keep her eyes open, so we asked for someone else to take our order. the woman who was trying to take our order accused us of laughing at the girl who was trying to take out order at the window. (which never happened) we were just trying to place an order. she said the gm was on the way and she wasn’t going to take the order but told us their gm’s number was 911 when we asked. completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I really do think the first girl was on some type of medication or drugs because of her mannerisms, her attention span, and slurred words.

    I got 2 happy meals with apple slices. One of the bags had apples that were molding and a day away from expiring while the other bag was already expired. I was the one who bit into it and it was so nasty. I'm so glad I didn't give it to my kid!I was going to go in to talk to them but they aren't open to walk-ins, so I went through the drive thru. It wasn't a huge issue for me and I wasn't mad but it was nasty, but the problem I had was that they treated me like I was the problem. They offered new apples, which I gladly accepted and thanked them for. I asked for a drink to get the yuck out of my mouth and the lady gave off some serious vibes, non verbal attitude, and judgment like I was asking for something ridiculous. I got my drink and new apples, but I sure did get the stink eye too.

    Stopped in with food from another restaurant for me and my husband and purchased food for our son from McDonald’s. We sat down to all eat and the guy cleaning tables came up very rude telling us it was against the law to eat food from another restaurant at McDonald’s. Kept pushing telling us we needed to leave. He was very rude and aggressive and ended up getting a manager and she told us we needed to leave or they would call someone to make us leave. There were people sitting at tables clearly studying with no food at all. We had purchased Mcdonalds food while there. My issue is with how aggressive and rude the man was that came to our table and how rude the manager was that came over. We spent money at the location. There were others taking up their tables that didn’t spend a dime but were allowed to stay.

    Trying to correct her order several times at the window and they just said go to the first. We were only getting drinks and when we corrected the order we got an extreme I role as a response.... Because they did not get the full. Then when we pulled up to get the order. I've only drinks we had to pull to spot one to wait for a bottle of water.....

    We ordered online but when we presented ourselves to pick up the food they were having a problem with their system. We couldn't retrieve the order but we still got charged for it. No food was given to us. This type of thing happens all the time at this location. Unfortunately they are the only one in the area so you have to take your chances. Also, the kitchen was hazy as if there had been a fire although it didn't smell like smoke.

    As others have mentioned, this location was very busy. I waited in the drive thru for quite a while. When I got to the windows though, both of the women were pleasant, my order was correct and my food was hot. That's more than I can say about a lot of places that get you in and out quickly, so I can't complain much. If you have a bit of extra time, I'd recommend this location.

    Mega quick drive at a busy location during lunch. Don't let the line intimidate you. Hot food, order was correct, prompt service, great customer service. Had a great team implimenting teamwork. Nice job, everyone!

    The girl at the drive thru made it clear she did not want to be there. She was less than pleasant. Bored to take an order. I was getting food for my grandson in the cancer center and going through enough negativity. The boy at the pick up window was very pleasant though so I was grateful for his bright smile and courteous attitude.

    Took 15 minutes to get an order placed in the app. Avoid like the plague because they forgot my drink entirely, left one patty off my double cheeseburger and couldn't even apologize for the delay when they brought out my food. They have 'help wanted ' signs up, I hope they are starting from scratch. Ok, it's possible there are some good employees on this shift but they are hidden well.

    Its always been very busy the times I go which is a great thing for me because it means the food will be fresh. The lines moves along smoothly, not too long of a wait. Customer service has always been pleasurable! Next time i go i will take pics!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I will never visit this location again. I waited in the drive through for over an hour just to be served cold food. They also tried to charge me $20 for my food when what I ordered came down to a little over 8 dollars. After arguing with the girl in the window for a few minutes to explain to her how her math didn't add up she eventually came down to $1 more than what I was supposed to pay. She also tried to argue that they did not offer the deal for the buy 1 get one for $1 when it was clearly posted on the drive through signs. I gave up and paid. A child in 1st grade could have gotten my bill correct. They didn't even give me my receipt so I have no way to formally complain about it either. I have no idea what was going on in there, but someone needs to be fired and replaced. It appeared that they had plenty of staff inside when I looked through their window. If you watch the cameras you will see just how terrible they were doing. My visit was Sunday, October 2nd around 3-4 am. Oh yea their payment systems were down too, so cash only. They had no signage or any indication about this until they told me at the speaker. Luckily I had cash on me, otherwise I would have waited for nothing.

    I waited from 2:10am until 3:15 am to get my food. I was stuck in the interior drive through lane and it took me over an hour to get through the line. The only time the line moved was when 3 to 4 ubereats employees would walk out of the store with hands full of bags of food. They need to prioritize the drive through better because being stuck in a drive through for over an hour is insane. Yes, it was busy, but also the exterior outside drive through line was moving significantly faster because of how it is set up. The inside lane would take one order for every two the outside lane took. I had plenty of time to calculate this while waiting for an hour. The employee who gave me my food was nice. I just couldn't help but wonder what they were doing inside the store while the line would move one car every 5-7 minutes and the inside is closed....

    Well we decided to get breakfast at this McDonald's and we decided to dine in the place was absolutely filthy, the tables were absolutely filthy not one of them had been cleaned properly , not to mention they gave me the wrong sandwich that I ordered. Read the food was at least freshly cooked wasn't in a very good neighborhood. There was a police officer there the entire time we were there and I believe he is stationed there actually. I mean as far as McDonald franchises go I can't say this is the worst or the best just expect what you usually do from a McDonald's.

    This is yet another place that you should just throw some money to them and let them give you whatever they want. They are just going to give you whatever they want anyhow. I've been to this store four times in the last few months. They got my order right once. One time out of four. I don't order difficult. I normally order four double cheese burgers. That shouldn't be hard.

    The McDonald’s here is great, always friendly staff smiling about the store attending to customers, I had a argument the other day with a drive thru attendant who told me to move forward. I know it’s so we can get orders out in a timely manner, however , sometimes you give the wrong order to the wrong car and next thing you know everyone’s orders are messed up. Never pull me forward because I’ll just leave from now on.

    Ok so I'm leaving the pictures up. But I will let people know when things go right. That breakfast steak is back and I was truly pleased with it. I had one and my friend had two. Steak and fish is All I can eat from McD.
