This crazy Ohio weather hasn't given much time for walking/hiking. I was so greatful for a gorgeous afternoon. After my business meeting for the day, I spent a few moments admiring this lovely city park. You had people of all ages and walks of life. They had children playing at the playground, older and younger couples hand in hand. People walking their dogs to the dog park and the lovely outdoor seating space. I would most definitely recommend this little gem inside the amazing city of Cincinnati!

Pretty park in the daylight or at night. There’s an outdoor bar where you can grab beer or wine and sit outside on the picnic tables in the afternoons. On certain nights they run a trivia night there as well. Lots of families and kids running through the park. Fun people watching. Beautiful flowers and landscaping.

This park is very nice with plenty of access points. The sidewalks go through and around the park. There are events happening almost every weekend at the park, such as markets, music, vendors, etc. There are always many dogs at this park. This is a lovely place to visit all times of year.

There's always something to do at Washington park. Dogs play, kids play, adults play - there's something for everyone. I live nearby and walk thru all the time. There are mini-festival events every weekend, with food trucks, drinks and other vendors. it's the heart of OTR close to the businesses and restaurants, watched over by Music Hall and several venerable, old buildings. If you're just looking for some good, clean, family fun to get into this is your destination.

Washington Park is an awesome spot for all things community. Dog friendly. Public restrooms. Water splash zone and full jungle gym for the kids, stage for concerts, large grassy area for recreational sports, plenty of benches to rest and people watch, and recently a small bar near the splash zone serving beers, wines, and basic cocktails. No food though and you have to pay for water. Washington Park is a block or two from the heart of OTR too so you are close to a lot of great places to grab drinks and food.

Near to Music Hall, generally safe during the day and early evening, also during events it is patrolled by police. There is a dog park and a fountains for the kids to splash in during the summer. Parking is inexpensive except during soccer games. Nice place to go prior to FCCincy games Food trucks and vendors in the area.

City Flea is a once a month flea market for local vendors. I was expecting more of a traditional flea market (lots of used and old stuff) but was surprised by the variety of mostly new items from locals. Lots of jewelry. Some booths of only vintage clothes. Plenty of food vendors. Great environment! (Visited 9/16/2023. Pix are of today's crowd and the grounds and some items I purchased, not all.)

Great gathering location for families and all kinds of events. Walk-up bar open most days, dog park, large grassy pavilion, splash pad, great fenced-in playground for kids, large shaded tree area, gazebo, public parking garage underneath.

Washington park in winter did not have the same shine as it would have in summer like most parks. However it was very relaxing and I had a good time with the family at the place. The kids enjoyed it and it is a good place to hang out with family. Walking around the park served up some of it's interesting history on the tiny facts plaques they had positioned around the place. Most of the attractions and stalls were closed but I hope to visit it in the summer.

There’s always something fun going on down at Washington park. I love that they have on on-site outdoor bar, and that the whole park is a DORA. We were there two nights in row, Thursday to catch their last Roots revival free concert of the season. Cute dog park, great fountains for the kids to splash in, cheap parking (when there isn’t a soccer game going on)

Gorgeous park, my favorite in the city! There is always such a great community presence, the dog park is very spacious (could use more shade though!!), the park is well-kept with beautiful seasonal flowers and landscaping, and there’s so many fun events happening. Some of my favorite events are the Thursday blue grass roots revival series and the Tuesday workout series!

Very beautiful park even in the cold winter weather! We arrived on Christmas Eve, and there’s almost no one in the park. The surrounding area felt like an up and coming area, but most store space was still empty. Look forward to seeing more interesting stores open in this area!

Easily the best park in downtown Cincinnati. Between the huge lawn, the dog park, and the outdoor bar, there's really something for everyone. Not to mention the amazing view of Music Hall, one of Cincinnati's coolest buildings.

Not being from Cincinnati, this park was a great surprise! Lots of green space and benches, a playground with really fun and unique features, a splash pad, and a bar right in the middle for adults. The park is also within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, so a family could easily make a day of exploring the area!

Beautiful view of the Music Hall from the center of the park. On this day we got to see goats and we visited the dog park which is a very nice place to bring your pet. During the summer the fountain is going too. Always something going on in park! ♥️

Absolutely LOVE Washington Park! Very pretty and peaceful to just go walk or take your kids. They always have something going on down here that fun for the family. The water park is great for the kids.

We love Washington park. The playground is super cute, underground parking makes going there convenient, and it’s nice to be able to grab a drink at the bar there! The greenery is always well maintained, the furniture always seems new, the fountains in the warm season are a hit with my toddler and the music hall makes a stunning backdrop.

LOVE this park! Great to visit no matter the season. There is a bar, dog park, playground, Gazebo, water features, a parking garage underneath, free events regularly and so much more! HIGHLY recommend coming here. It's in a beautiful part of Over The Rhine (OTR). Check out their website to see a calendar of events.

Lot of renovations have been made and lots of amenities added. A dog park, playground, outdoor market and cafe are some of them, as well as an underground parking garage for convenient parking. Very nice

City Flea did not disappoint. Crafts, edibles, clothing, jewelry, home decor & plants ... So many talented, friendly & helpful vendors (many repeats which I was happy to find Vintage Liz again). Family & dog friendly.

Huge park with tons of shades and plenty of available parking. You may need to pay premium parking especially when there are special events but it is great that a lot of them are just walkable. Safe, clean and well maintained. Visited here during the soccer Pregame event and it was the best decision we did! It opens about 3 hours before the FCC soccer game and features food trucks, parades, kids games, face painting, free balloons, free music, booze and more. The pre game food trucks prices are very reasonable so worth getting it before going inside the TQL stadium. Fun for kids and adults alike.

Nov 3rd 1 year after Cameo Crossing over my Sisters Sherry & Jeanne went down To Washington Park and spent some time. Walked all 4 corners of the park. Sat on a lot of benches . We prayed, we laughed with Cameo and others and I cried lot. My grief is deep. LOVE YOUR PEOPLE ABOVE ALL ELSE! I miss her so. All of HER I love you Cameo

We recently visited the dog park on the grounds of Washington Park. The flowers are so beautiful and it’s such a peaceful park! The dog park itself has a cute little fountain inside-some dogs play in the water and others drink. We did bring our own balls to throw though. I didn’t see any toys available. Our dogs had a blast and everyone seemed so friendly! Right outside the fence is a bar that serves alcoholic beverages, spiked hot chocolate (I highly recommend), or other beverages. We will definitely be returning!!

Hump Day believe camels was from honey hill farms. Was a FC soccer event. There landscaping is amazing over there. If people could see what this park looked like back in the day to what it has turned into today its unbelievable. Downtown is really starting to turn into something nice. We just need some more attention on the youth and the violence going on down here now. And the scooter traffic on the sidewalks people( pedestrians) are getting hit by scooters walking out of store fronts at 20 miles an hour.

Washington Park was in the middle of town. It's a very busy spot so no parking was available nearby. It was nice to walk through and enjoy the scenic buildings. They have a type of restaurant/bar here to buy food and drinks, a playground for small children and a dog park. They had a cute Mitten Fest too where they decorated some of the trees with crocheted decor.

We were in Cincinnati with one of our kids for my wife’s job. While she was working I took the kiddo to the park and we both loved it!! There is a dedicated space just for kids that looks like it has a really fun water feature (it was off when we were there), there’s tons of green space, and what looks like fun little places to grab a snack and a drink (we didn’t partake in that). We will definitely visit again when we’re in Cincinnati!

Beautiful park with lots to do. The park is open, has lots of space, a kids place area, walking path, and dog play area. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the dog place is very small and was very crowded.

Awesome park. There is something for every age and taste. You can quietly pick nick under the beautiful big tree and then bring your kids to the sprinkle playground and/or the kids playgroung. Then bring your dog to the dog park. Or just drink a beer at the bar. And all this while having a amazing view at the Music Hall and the other beautiful buildings around the park.

Beautiful park in the heart of Over the Rhine. Always some sort of weekend event going on in the warmer months. There is a small dog park as well. In the summer they have kickball tournaments you can watch or sign up to play in too!

This is an excellent example of what Urban Park planning should be, lots of different spaces including green space, water play, dog parks, and a performance stage. What time of year the city does a good job of putting on events here and making sure we are utilizing the space appropriately, great parking, restroom, even beverage and alcohol options are available

It's a beautiful place with plenty of places to sit and relax. At light there's lights arrayed perfectly by the gazebo. Also, the building across the street is amazing.

Best park downtown plain and simple. I love the little bar and seating area, the dogs always make me happy, and the view of music hall is amazing. Great place to come to for an event, or just to hangout.

This is a nice park in Over-the-Rhine. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This park is well maintained, has sidewalks which go throughout the park, a gazebo with seating around it, and a dog playground. It’s located next to the Cincinnati Music Hall and the Washington Park tram stop.

A wonderful park where during the summer there are events like free movies. I've attended a good festival here that was nice There's a cute little dog park Praying for music Hall. It's a versatile space for over the Rhine. If I recall correctly, there's also a splash park where pale can cool off. It's really got a lot of amenities for the summertime.
