Lovely park. Plenty of shade and nice view of the river. I came for the rolling on the river car show. Hundreds of cars from all categories.

Such a nice park, right by the river with an extensive playground. Also, a neat little wooded, level trail (Sycamore Trail) at the north end of the park. Such a hidden gem!

Its a nice park. A big playground. I did see 3 young boys picking on 1 individual child. The autistic boy started scratching at his eyes with anxiety because the kids kept "tagging him all at once" the mom on her phone never looked up once, while a bystander stopped the boys from teaming up on the 1 kid that was a little different from them. Shame on the mom who was on her phone the whole time, but props to the one looking out. Sad some youth dont understand kindness. Other then that, it is a beautiful park. Bathroom clean. Landscape done nicely.

Fernbank Park is truly a gem with its diverse offerings. As I strolled through the park, I was in awe of the breathtaking view of Ohio River that can be seen from the paved trail. The trail itself was clean and well-maintained, making for an enjoyable walk. On my way, I stumbled upon a large playground, perfect for children to enjoy while parents take in the view. But that's not all. The park also boasts a variety of man-made structures scattered throughout the nature trail, which adds a sense of intrigue and wonder to the already scenic walk. And if you're looking for a place to hold a big event, there are even shelters and a lodge available for rent. Overall, Fernbank Park is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a bit of adventure and a stunning view of the Ohio River. Whether you choose to explore the paved trail or venture out into the woods on the nature trail, you won't be disappointed.

My family and I enjoy this park. It's large, clean, and has some great features. There are a few large shelter houses for gatherings, a great play park for the kids, fields where you can throw a ball, fly a kite, or just run, and a long paved path for jogging, biking, or roller skating. The park sits along the banks of the Ohio River which provides for some pleasant views. We visit this park a couple times a month and we're so grateful to have such a great park nearby.

Simply a beautiful park nestled next to the Ohio River where boats glide by and trains whistle as they trek by. Perfect for families, walking and hiking, and escaping the everyday world right in western Hamilton County. A gem.

This was our first time here. We will be back. The entire park was clean. The walking paths were very nice and there was plenty of space for people to pass each other. There was plenty of parking and the rest rooms were clean. Excellent views of the Ohio River as well.

Our dog Sadie loves to come here for walks. Weather permitting, we bring her here several times per week. I had a Total Knee Replacement 16 months ago and Fernbank offers an easy, fairly level paved walking path that I enjoy walking with Sadie as well.

Park and equipment is awesome sits along the Ohio River so you get a good view while kids play I like that there is one way in and out, only gets four stars for the fact there is no swings every park has to have swings. On a side note restrooms were still closed for the season and porta potty was filled to the top.

I enjoy going here as my experience each time is pleasant. The park is clean as are the restrooms considering it's a park. The scenery is beautiful and it's never overwhelmingly busy here, even on a pretty day. Nice trails, forested areas, and benches to sit at to relax. I recommend going here if you enjoy a peaceful park experience.

Frenbank park has a nice long walking trail. It also had a nice big enclosed playground next to bathrooms. Great spot for lunch and to play Pokémon!

These are photos of the Riverview shelter. Awesome accomodations. Level, restrooms right in the shelter, a little raised stage area with 2 electrical outlets, two large grills, beautiful riverview and breeze, horseshoe pits, open space for other activities and tree shaded areas. A perfect place!

Great day for a walk around the park! Beautiful view of the river! I took my dog Maggie. They have drinking fountains for dogs. Not usable jysr yet. Not until freeze threats are over.

This is my favorite part of this area: one of the best parks in the city of Cincinnati. Beautiful walking trail and river views. It’s a wonderful place! They have an amazing playground for the kiddos, paved and nature trails, fishing, conservation efforts, and tons of room to explore and recreate.

I have been taking my kids to the Fernbank Park since the 90's and I now get the opportunity to take my grandkids to the Fernbank Park in the 2020's! The soft cushioning under the playground allows me to sit back and watch the kids be kids without worrying about injuries from a fall or trip over the shoe laces and one of the nicest walking/jogging paths with scenes of the Ohio River and the State of Kentucky along with plenty of natural shading from the trees, myself and my wife enjoy walking and taking in all the beautiful scenery. Several places to have grill outs or party's for the kids and VERY CLEAN. Haven't been there then make sure you stop by it's secluded and the safest place to bring your children for a day of fun in the sun!

This is an outstanding park on the western side of Cincinnati. We recently blogged on a hike that we took on the Sycamore Trail that runs along the Ohio River.

Went to a baby shower that had a shelter near the river. The view was amazing! What I liked was that it would be hard for a child to get to the river as well. The venue was clean and we also had our own bathrooms. Great park!

there is much to do here. trails, picnic areas, the lodge, all these things are waiting for you at Fernbank Park. the Riverwalk has some nice views of the river and there are many places to stop, rest or take some pics. sometimes all you can hear is the river.

Nice little walking trail along the river with great spots for fishing and a majestic old sycamore tree so big we would have needed a third person to get our arms around it!

The park and trail were beautiful. Some of the people not so much. I attended a party there along with my four children. As we were leaving and I was packing four kids in, my youngest dropped her goodie bag and juice.. before I could even react or pick it up a couple started screaming at my child and the man picked up the bag/drink and slung it all over me and inside the car. Other than the crazy we encountered, it was a lovely little park.

Great park for walking, running and/or relaxing right on the Ohio River. Only issue I have is that the entrance is off of a highway where drivers tend to drive much faster than the posted speed limit and therefore makes entrance/exit a bit more dangerous. There is also a train crossing at the entrance that can back up the intersection a bit with longer trains.
