Good service everyone polite and friendly! Strawberry açaí lemonade with dragon fruit pieces included was okay not good or great! Starbucks LaCenterra got me spoiled as they consistently made a great refresher!

I went to buy a gift card. They didn't have any card holders in stock, then a staff suggested a way to give the gift card in a disposable cup with a lid. Lovely, I love it. Thank you.

Im not sure if Jessica was having a bad day today, but our small interaction of taking me and the kids I nanny’s order was horrible. Jessica was bluntly rude and simply didn’t care that my kid had a couple questions for her. She was in a rush and her attitude makes me never want to come here when she’s working. Im not giving them a one star because I love the starbucks franchise, but she ruined that for me. I hate writing bad reviews but when my kids mention how rude she is, I have to say something.

My go to coffee shop after bicycle rides at George Bush Park. They know my order when I walk thru the door. Always nice to talk to people that bring their pets and sit on the sidewalk. The employees are AWESOME and good people. Stop by and say hello. You won't be disappointed.

Good product. Most of the staff is polite, able to make small talk, and friendly. Leyla is way rude to the customers just trying to make innocent small talk.

Wait, what … Vietnamese coffee? At Starbucks?!?!? Nuckn Futz !!!! With all the “new” independent coffee shops popping up on every corner, Starbucks would have been my last resort, until now. My husband and I went to Starbucks store #06419 and received the best service EVER. Maria accepted the challenge of, not only 1, but 2 “special” requests. This is where Starbucks lost me years ago. Being in service based business myself, NO is not in my vocabulary when it comes to customer satisfaction. Maria had us at YES, under promised and wayyyy over delivered. 🎶Oh, Maria, Maria…. she remind me of a prima barista. ( my rendition of Santana )
