My bride and I just tried out the new Mexican joint in The Villagio where Local Bar used to be called Liana’s. It was fantastic! We had the Mar y Tierra (surf and turf) and it was top notch! The salsa had some smoke to it, which was pleasantly surprising. The green sauce was a little too ranchy for me, but others may like that. Their charro beans were out of bounds! Best I’ve had at a restaurant. And the drink will take your pants off! Highly recommend. Gotta go, cops are here to talk to me about the pants thing. Buen Provecho!!

🚨🚨 Mexican restaurant ALERT!!! 🚨🚨 If you like Tex-Mex such as Gringxx and that Ambrixx place #lacenterra you got to give this place a chance. Seafood wise could also throw down jabs at Vidx Mariscos. Be avised that food is more on the "Mex" side of the Tex-Mex stuff so be prepared for an enchanted experience with super attentive service.

I am Mexican so I know about a real Mexican food taste. And this is great! Taste like homemade!!! Not Tex-Mex. The attention is just too good!! I liked the atmosphere too. I highly recommend this place! The bar looks very nice and the bartender Augustine is very attentive and knowledgeable.

Best sport bar in katy area I recommend.

Fantastic new find. Enjoyed everything from the cocktails, the food, and the top notch customer service. Can tell they also did an awesome renovation and looks like they've got a private room available now too for gatherings or small dinner parties. Hope they will consider having a Latin Dance night as well. Will definitely be back and would recommend!

Food very good. Quality of beef excellent. A cut above the normal Tex/Mexican food.

When trying new resturants you have to have low expectations. 14 out of 15 will not be any good. Liana is that 15th resturant that has really good food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend it. We will be going there when we want Mexican food.
