Took my daughter to get her ears pierced, earrings ended up falling off a week later due to the worker not tightening the hook at the back, mind you this was after we mentioned to her several times that we didn’t think it was tight enough. Anyways we called Claire’s to let them know the piercing fell off & they said we would have to purchase a whole new kit because it was 8 days later and the supposedly cutoff is 7 days. Also wanted to note that we called multiple times and spoke to different people and they all gave different answers on why they couldn’t repierce my daughters ears.

Do not get your piercings done here! I went to pierce my earlobes 6 days ago and it feels and looks as though an infection is occurring. Originally when I got them pierced, I asked the piercer to guide me which size would be best for my second hole in my ear. She told me that 3mm would be good because it would look good if it was too big because it was my second piercing on that ear. I even told her that I didn’t want it to be too small. So anyway, she pierced it and now I’ve been in pain for 6 days. Today I called them to see if they can take it out for me . I was told that they do not take piercings out because of liability issues. She told me that all I had to do was pull on both ends in opposite directs really hard. I told her that I attempted that but was not successful. So I told her that I believe it was too tight and she said that it was not but the post on the 3mm jewelry that I selected was too short because I have a big earlobe. She told me that I should change it to a longer post. I asked her if I would pay for it because I was initially guided incorrectly. When I asked if there was anyone I could talk to that could help me, she immediately hung up in my face. A complaint against them has been filed because they are clearly incompetent in their work. For them to not have any regard for the customers when they were told of an infection speaks volumes! IF YOU CARE ABOUT TOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING, DO NOT COME HERE!!

I’ve just left the store very disappointed. I went to get piercing and the lady was not attentive. She didn’t even ask where I would like my piercing done, didn’t compare to my other side which I wanted to match and she took my hands off when I tried to show her because she had already cleaned up. How can I proceed to have it done like that? I felt that instead I was buying a service she was making a favor to me… She was like angry to do her job.

I went with my daughter to get her ear pierced and we met with the most kind, very professional, polite, sells rep, max. She made my daughter feel very welcomed and safe and was very sweet and caring and informative during her ear piercing. We have been to Claire’s previously for other piercing but have never met a sells rep as sweet as max. I hope she continues to work there. Overall our experience was wonderful

I like to take my daughter here because it has a lot of cute things for her, but don’t expect to be greeted or helped. We bought $50 worth of stuff and we were never spoken to. Wwhen we were ready to check out, we stood at the register with no acknowledgment, and the only employee was putting necklaces on a spinner. I thought I saw her look up a couple of times and ignore us, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and walked over there and I told her we were ready to check out. She didn’t look up from what she was doing, and just said, “I’ll be there in a minute. “At this point I had to leave the store because I was irritated and my husband had to purchase the items and the girl was very rude to him too. This was on Saturday at noon.

I Love Shopping Here The Customer Service Is Always Good & They Are So Very Patient When It Comes To Piercing The Little Kids That Be Scared/Nervous These Ladies Do Amazing

The staff are great and always very friendly. My daughter absolutely loves coming here. It's organized and very cute. The only thing is that the carpet is so dirty and I feel like because of that the store has a strange smell.

Went there today to get my nose pierced! Easy process all the way through, I felt it was sanitary, the young lady was clear about how to clean it and care. They had a great sale while we were there buy 3 get 3 free so my daughter shopped stuff for herself!
