Where do I even begin?! Now a days it’s almost impossible to find an office that has great customer service and competent staff members. I was referred to them for a surgical procedure, but they didn’t take our insurance and everyone in the Houston area that did, either had zero availability or never answered their phones. From the moment I called to ask questions, Alexis was an absolute gem! She patiently answered ALL of my questions without any hesitation or frustration. After hours of back and forth communication on a Tuesday afternoon, her & Dr. Jeffrey magically found a way to fit me in the following morning without me spending an arm and a leg. I was sold and blown away by the business before even stepping foot inside. The procedure was quick and painless and for the first time ever, I can’t wait to go back to the dentist. These individuals are a blessing from God and I’m so grateful for their kindness.

This is a beautiful office with a highly professional staff. Stephanie and Shay were very welcoming. They provided great service and made me feel very calm though I was going to have an extraction. Dr. Jeff is an excellent surgeon. He extracted my wisdom tooth quickly and gently. This is an exceptional dental office offering outstanding service from all of the staff. I highly recommend.

Katy Dental Experts has excellent customer service the dental assistants are so kind, knowledgeable and explain the procedures very well. The dentist himself was awesome, full of jokes, very nice, and they work with you and explain everything to the T. Will be coming back very soon.

Katy Dental Experts is the most exceptional dental office I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized the office was. I was immediately addressed by name and escorted to a patient room prepared for my procedure. Dr. Chu was professional and personal with me, treating me with care and expertise. I had previously gotten bad dental work, so I came in with great anxiety. However, Dr. Chu made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, he saved my teeth and made them look beautiful again. Not only was the treating doctor good, but the assisting staff was also very kind. They cared for all my needs and helped me feel calm and safe during my procedures. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Chu and his staff are absolutely amazing. They truly put their patients first and accommodate their needs. I would recommend Dr. Chu 110%. He is not the average dentist by far. He is truly passionate about his craft and always goes over and beyond for all his patients.
